A dazed Hope Solo was yanked from her car by cops after being uncooperative during her DWI arrest earlier this year ... new police video shows.

The footage -- obtained by Queen City News -- was captured on a Winston-Salem Police Officer's body-worn camera on March 31 ... just after he was called to a North Carolina Walmart parking lot over reports that a woman had been asleep behind the wheel of a running car with her kids inside.

Video shows when the officer walked up to the GMC Yukon at around 10:20 PM, Solo -- a U.S. women's soccer legend -- appeared to be passed out with her head resting on her driver's seat while her engine was on.

Solo immediately became alert following the officer's knock on her window -- and during ensuing questioning, she appeared to be completely out of it.

She mumbled, scrolled through her phone and even took a call. She insisted she hadn't been drinking -- and had only stopped to take a nap because she was tired.

The officer, though, suspected she was drunk -- and told her he smelled alcohol coming from her vehicle. She then began arguing with the man and another officer who had arrived on the scene to assist.

The cops asked her to step out of her car repeatedly, but she refused. Her kids, meanwhile, could be heard screaming and crying in the background.

Ultimately, one of the cops grabbed her by the arm and pulled her from the ride.

Footage shows Solo continued to be combative, refusing field sobriety tests. Cops then put her in handcuffs. She could be heard later in the video yelling while walking with an officer, "Oh my God, you don't need to f***ing touch me!"

Solo was eventually hit with three charges over the case -- driving while impaired, resisting a public officer and misdemeanor child abuse.

In July, she reached a deal with prosecutors to close out the case -- pleading guilty to DWI. In exchange for the plea, her other two charges were dismissed.

Solo was given a 24-month suspended sentence ... and was also ordered to pay fines and fees, among other stipulations.

Following the case's disposition, she said in a statement, "I underestimated what a destructive part of my life alcohol had become."

"I continue to be a student of the greatest school called life and I will continue to learn and grow from these experiences," she added. "I will continue to gain empathy, knowledge, and stories to share."

Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson certainly raised a lot of eyebrows this weekend with many wondering if the former couple had rekindled things yet again ... but we're told it simply isn't happening.

Kim Kardashian held a massive Halloween bash at her Hidden Hills estate for all of the youngins in the Kardashian/Jenner family. However, a video recap North posted from the party had everyone talking because you see Tristan front and center.

Sources connected to both Khloe and Tristan tell us ... he was only there to spend some time with his son and daughter -- he and Khloe aren't an item in any romantic capacity.

What's more, we're told he and Khloe have repaired their relationship to a point where it's easy to co-parent, and Khloe wants Tristan to be able to attend holidays and fun events for their kids for the rest of their lives without drama.

We're told at this time, there's not a chance Khloe would get back with Tristan romantically -- he's destroyed those chances -- they're in a really good place and he's a great dad.

TMZ broke the story, Khloe and Tristan hired a surrogate to bring another baby into the world. However, unbeknownst to Khloe, Tristan had gotten another woman pregnant ... embarrassing Khloe by cheating on her once again.

Stassie Karanikolaou is taking after her BFF Kylie Jenner when it comes to throwing a banger ... she had a huge Halloween party and some of the biggest celebs pulled up in killer 'fits.

The shindig went down Halloween night at Delilah in L.A., and Stassie stunned in her take on Medusa.

Lots of stars pulled up in their season's best including ... Lil Nas X, Tyga, and David Dobrik. MGK and Megan Fox also showed up in their couples costume.

Among other big names in the building ... Tana Mongeau, Todd Gurley, Wiz Khalifa and girlfriend Aimee Aguilar, Diplo, Addison Rae and Omer Fedi.

Chantel Jeffries, Bronny James, Adam Lambert, Anwar Hadid also were in attendance for the affair -- which seemed to be lacking spookiness, but more than made up for it with the badass costumes.

Several fans had a strong message for the Brooklyn Nets amid Kyrie Irving's backlash for posting about an antisemitic movie on social media -- donning yarmulkes and "fight antisemitism" shirts while sitting courtside at the game.

The group sat near the Indiana bench during the Pacers vs. Nets matchup in Brooklyn ... and Kyrie reportedly acknowledged them by making a thumbs-up gesture.

One of the fans claims Irving spoke to them during the contest ... saying he was "grateful for you guys," although they felt it was in a sarcastic tone, according to the New York Post.

The fan said the shirts were a message for the Nets ... adding the team should cut ties with Irving.

The move comes on the heels of Kyrie's decision to tweet out a link to "Hebrews to Negroes: Wake Up Black America," a movie that has been accused of being filled with stereotypes and tropes.

Kyrie defended the move ... saying he "meant no disrespect to anyone’s religious beliefs."

"The 'Anti-Semitic' label that is being pushed on me is not justified and does not reflect the reality or truth I live in everyday," he added. "I embrace and want to learn from all walks of life and religions."

Joe Tsai -- the owner of the Nets -- spoke out against Irving's post ... saying he was disappointed in the superstar's decision to share the project.

Tsai also said he wanted to meet with Irving to help him understand why his actions were hurtful.

Kanye West -- who is also facing his own backlash -- commented on Kyrie's actions ... calling him a "real one."

As for the game, the Nets won 116-109 ... with Irving earning 28 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists.

He did not speak with the media after the contest.

Tom Brady says there hasn't been bad blood between him and Gisele Bundchen during their recent divorce proceedings ... revealing Monday it's all been "a very amicable situation."

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB opened up about his split from his supermodel wife for the first time since she filed the docs in Florida last week ... speaking about the breakup and the fallout from it for around two minutes on his "Let's Go!" podcast with Jim Gray.

Brady never mentioned Gisele by name, and spoke largely in vague cliches, but he did say, thankfully, things haven't gotten nasty between the two former lovers.

"Obviously, the good news is it’s a very amicable situation," he said ... before adding his focus is now on two things -- taking care of his family, and winning football games.

"That's what professionals do," the 45-year-old said.

"You focus at work when it's time to work and then when you come home, you focus on the priorities that are at home. All you can do is the best you can do. And, that's what I'll continue to do as long as I'm working and I'm being a dad."

Brady also addressed whether or not it's all affected his play on the field this season ... and he said no -- explaining he's had to deal with a lot in his personal life throughout his 23-year career.

"Everyone is going through different things," he said. "We all have our unique challenges in life. We're all humans. We do the best we can do."

"Stranger Things" fans can now live out their worst nightmares -- the infamous Creel House in the hit series has hit the market.

The iconic haunted house, which is home to the Creel family and Vecna's lair in the Upside Down in Season 4, is now up for grabs in Rome, GA ... and it's listed for $1.5 million.

The home was purchased in 2019 for a mere $350k, but it's been restored to its original form and it has quite the history ... from the show and in real life.

The main house is 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and was originally built in 1882 ... that alone makes it a landmark. The estate was once a very successful bed and breakfast. There's a separate guest house in the backyard of the one-acre lot.

We're told producers of the show were looking for a Victorian-style "haunted house," and reached out to the owner in July 2019 to seal the deal for filming there.

They used exterior shots of the home and some of the interior ... but the house was also recreated on a sound stage near Atlanta.

We are told the owners of the home love it, but wanted to test the market for interest, considering all of the "Stranger Things" hype.

Lamar Odom has been reunited with his beloved Lakers championship rings -- the ex-NBA star says the man who bought the bling years ago made an incredible gesture and gifted them back to him.

42-year-old Odom famously pawned off the rings in 2016 to help pay medical bills after his near-fatal drug overdose at the Love Ranch brothel ... and they were eventually sold at an auction in 2020.

Lamar opened up about the 2009 and 2010 Finals keepsakes on the debut episode of his new "On The LO" podcast ... saying he was flat broke and in the darkest time of his life after his divorce from Khloe Kardashian ... and he regretted giving them up ever since.

But the story has a happy ending ... because Lamar says when he went to the Laker game on Oct. 20, he happened to run into the exact fan who bought the rings for $36,600 and $78,000 each.

Odom says the guy -- who regularly attended Laker games during his career -- explained Lamar should have them back ... because he's the one who earned them alongside Kobe Bryant.

But the two didn't even have to negotiate a deal -- the man gave them back to Lamar for free!!

Kylie Jenner dressed up as Elvira for Halloween -- and she's got the horror queen's stamp of approval, with one proviso.

Elvira tells TMZ ... "I didn’t get a heads up that Kylie was doing the costume, but she did the costume justice and it was very flattering." While it sounds like Elvira was digging the shout-out, she goes on to say an actual digital name-drop would've been appreciated.

She adds, "It would have been even more flattering if she tagged me."

Kylie threw up at least 4 different Instagram posts showing off her costume -- which was recreated to match Elvira's iconic look to a T. You can tell she respects the one and only, but as Elvira mentions ... Kylie never really connected the virtual dots for a notification.

She did tag the studio that shot these, and even gave herself a nickname ... "kyvira." Kylie got a lot of love in the comments, but it doesn't appear that Elvira herself said anything. It's also unclear if she officially "liked" any of Kylie's posts.

Tory Lanez will soon be on court-ordered house arrest, but if he’s at all sweating his new ankle bracelet, he certainly isn’t showing it.

The rapper was spotted outside the Corrective Solution facility in LA Monday, the place where folks go for GPS, alcohol, and drug monitoring. You can see the metal tracker on his ankle … but interestingly enough, he was cracking his signature smile.

TMZ broke the story, Tory was ordered to house arrest until November 28, when his trial with Megan Thee Stallion kicks off. The order came after TL was accused of attacking August Alsina in Chicago in September.

You'll recall, Alsina claimed Tory sucker punched him and posted bloody pics of the aftermath after he apparently dismissed him in passing earlier that day.

We should note, no charges were filed in the Alsina case ... and Tory's lawyer attorney, Shawn Holley tried to argue TL’s side by saying there were only allegations made by Alsina without hard proof.

Meanwhile, prosecutors argued TL needed to be remanded into custody because he violated the conditions of his bail in the Meg case ... claiming he was a threat to public safety and monetary bail wouldn't cut it.

As we reported, TL is being charged with firing the gun that injured Meg back in 2020. He has pleaded not guilty.

Phillies fans made sure Justin Verlander got anything but a warm welcome when he showed up to the stadium for Game 3 of the World Series ... and the ace returned the favor by flipping them off!!

The playful moment went down when the Houston Astros' team bus made its way to Citizens Bank Park for Monday night's matchup ... and when it passed by a group of Philadelphia backers, JV decided to give the finger.

The fans loved it ... with one person even saying, "That was great!!"

But, once Justin got off the bus, he gave a thumbs up before doubling down on the gesture -- giving the bird once again with a big smile on his face.

"Hey, that's for you!!" Verlander said.

The fans erupted in laughter ... and it's clear the whole interaction was all in good fun.

Kanye West was very clearly agitated on social media over the weekend, but his anger was also apparent at his son's soccer game, getting into a heated exchange with another parent.

We've obtained video taken Saturday while Saint played soccer. You can see Kim Kardashian sitting in a lawn chair and surrounded by security while an animated Kanye stands about 30 feet away. It's unclear exactly what he's upset about, but you see Kanye waving his arms in frustration.

From there, another woman -- who is a family friend -- approaches Ye, appears to say something to him and then he storms off.

A witness tells us Kanye came back a few minutes later, seemingly after he had cooled off, and watched the rest of the game without incident.

As we've told you, Kim and Kanye aren't talking -- and that appears to remain true in the video from the weekend. It was a few weeks ago at North's basketball game when Ye showed up wearing a "White Lives Matter" shirt ... we're told Kim didn't interact with Kanye at all during the game.

Quavo apparently isn't done rehashing his past relationship with Saweetie ... using their old elevator fight to create a new visual for a music video.

The 2 active Migos -- Quavo and Takeoff -- dropped the video Monday for their song "Messy" ... and they're dredging up the incident where the then-couple went at each other inside an elevator at LAX.

In the music video, Quavo is solo as he acts out his reimagined elevator scenario. While there's no female companion with him, there is an orange Call of Duty box ... just like the one Saweetie snatched from him during their 2021 altercation.

Quavo co-directed the video with DAPS -- he's clearly in control of the vision ... which refuels the fire from the songs lyrics where he raps, "I said, 'Caresha Please' ’cause she too messy/Bitch f****d my dog behind my back, but I ain’t stressin’/You wanted the gang, you should’ve just said it, we would’ve blessed it."

As we told you at the time, investigators decided not to pursue charges based on insufficient evidence to make a substantial case.

In the court of hip hop law ... Saweetie might want to drop a diss track or something because Quavo has been relentless.

The Donda Academy basketball team continues to pay for Kanye West's actions -- the squad will no longer be playing in a tournament at Morehouse College due to his recent antics.

The Donda Doves were originally scheduled to play against The Skill Factory in Atlanta on Nov. 6 ... but given the controversy surrounding West, the host decided to pull the plug on the whole thing.

A spokesperson for Morehouse says the school "cannot condone, in perception or implication, the recent divisive and unproductive statements by Ye, formerly known as Kanye West."

Of course, Morehouse's decision isn't going to sit well with Celtics star Jaylen Brown, who has publicly advocated against Donda hoops players being affected due to Kanye's words.

Brown -- who parted ways with Donda Sports agency last week -- recently said that he will sponsor any event willing to host the team.

"This can’t negatively impact these student-athletes," Brown said. "We all must ensure they complete their senior yr both academically & athletically."

Although Donda's men's basketball team hasn't officially been scrapped ... it seems imminent since they have little to no games scheduled, and organized practices have been limited.

Twitter is now on a rollercoaster ride, courtesy of its new owner Elon Musk ... and technology columnist Kevin Roose says the ride could lead to a whole new app within a matter of days.

Kevin joined "TMZ Live" to forecast the bird app's future on the heels of a wild weekend brought on by Musk himself -- his retweeting an unsubstantiated Paul Pelosi conspiracy theory is raising major concerns about how much misinformation he's going to allow.

Political consequences aside, Roose says there could be a lot of financial fallout from Elon's early moves.

He believes Elon's Pelosi tweet signals there will be a constant tug-of-war between Twitter being a free speech forum ... and one that regulates misinformation and hate speech -- and that battle will impact advertising revenue.

Kevin notes ... advertisers generally don't love placement next to toxic content, and after dropping $44 billion for the platform, Elon needs it thrive as a biz.

As for Twitter's employees ... Kevin says big-time layoffs are expected this week, and Elon's already booted all of Twitter's previous executives and board members.
