Tamera Mowry is giving out crucial and timely advice for the new Powerball winner -- as they cash in on that fortune, she's warning the instant billionaire to simply beware!!

We got the "Sister, Sister" star at LAX Tuesday ... and she got really candid about her thoughts on the SoCal resident who hit it big, and scored the winning ticket for the $2.04 billion jackpot.

Tamera warns that kinda money can actually be dangerous because, as several previous winners could testify ... the cash makes you a walking bank, and an easy target.

She tells us, there's actually a really grim history of lottery winners going missing ... or worse, getting murdered! It's a dark topic she says she got familiar with while working on daytime TV.

ICYMI, the winning lottery ticket was announced Tuesday. It was sold in Altadena, CA ...  making the ticket holder Cali's first billionaire winner ever AND it's the largest lottery prize in history!

The bottom line ... Tamera just wants the winner to steer clear of all the crazy folks out there. Her advice is simple ... whoever hit the jackpot should use it wisely, donate, and be safe in these streets.

As for the actress, she says if she ever comes across this kinda money ... she's giving away half.

Aaron Carter's home is bustling with activity a few days after his sudden death -- his fiancé is moving her stuff out, and deputies are there too.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a woman called L.A. County Sheriff's deputies to the late singer's home Tuesday afternoon, telling cops she wanted deputies to "keep the peace" while she retrieved her belongings.

A couple moving trucks are parked outside Aaron's home in Lancaster, CA ... and his fiancé, Melanie Martin, was pictured opening the front door, wearing a hoodie.

Our sources say police arrived at the property 10 minutes after the call came in, with cops keeping an eye on things while the moving process unfolded.

It's unclear why Melanie felt she needed law enforcement there to keep things calm ... but it appears a couple other folks were helping her pack.

Aaron had a live-in housekeeper, but we don't know if she was there while Melanie was grabbing her stuff. As far as we know, no one else was living there with him.

Law enforcement tells us no crimes were committed at the home, and deputies consider it a civil matter. We're told all the cops have now left Aaron's home.

La La Anthony ensured her son, Kiyan, will have the best birthday gift ever ... she pulled a one-of-a-kind Miles Morales Spider-Man card worth over $100K, and mom's reaction is amazing!!

And, the odds of landing the unique card ... one in 602,400!

Anthony recently visited Ken Goldin at the Goldin Auctions company headquarters in New Jersey where she cracked boxes from the 2021-22 Upper Deck Marvel Spider-Man set ... and got the Purple Light FX Miles Morales card.

“Breaking boxes with my son Kiyan is the highlight of the hobby for me," La La said. "I love understanding a world he’s a part of and enjoys so much. I was so excited to bring home this incredibly rare card to him, it’s truly a gift of a lifetime."

La La's reaction when she saw the card was priceless ... she was absolutely shocked, explaining they'd never landed such a prized card in the past.

Of course, Morales took over as Spider-Man for Peter Parker after his comic book death a decade ago.

Kiyan, 15, is an avid collector of Marvel and superhero cards, so the gift from mom will surely mean a lot to the rising hoops star.

“The fact that La La pulled this one-of-a-kind card featuring Miles – an inspiration and hero that so many people look up to – is really marvelous," Goldin, who has sold some of the most valuable memorabilia items ever, told us.

"This was the first one-of-one card I’ve ever pulled in my more than 40 years of collecting, too which made it even more special!”

Before this creative guy turned into a popular YouTuber and an influential makeup artist, he was just throwing on his furriest beanie, trying to stay warm and doing makeup in Bethlehem, NY.

Michael Jackson's estate is not just content with preventing the potential sale of MJ property the estate claims was stolen from the singer's home after he died ... they want it all back.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Michael's estate is seeking to recover $1 million in property the estate believes is being wrongfully possessed by Jeffre Phillips.

TMZ broke the story ... MJ's estate claims Phillips was engaged to one of Michael's siblings and used the sadness and chaos around MJ's 2009 death to take a bunch of private and personal property from the singer's Carolwood House, with the estate recently preventing a potential sale of the items.

Now, Michael's estate wants to recover the allegedly stolen property ... which the estate claims is worth seven figures.

Michael's estate claims the items Phillips allegedly stole from the home include hard drives, laptops, iPods, CDs and DVDs believed to contain non-public performances and unreleased concert footage ... which the estate says alone is worth at least $500,000.

MJ's estate also claims Phillips made off with a bunch of Michael's handwritten notes with bits of song lyrics ... plus personal computers, cassette tapes, a photo album with MJ on the cover, a black bag with a skull on it, framed record awards and a Michael Jackson doll.

Ex-NFL star Domata Peko's father-in-law had a helluva Tuesday -- it turns out his gas station sold the $2 BILLION Powerball-winning ticket ... resulting in a $1 million payday!!

The 37-year-old former Bengals nose tackle -- who played the majority of his career in Cincinnati -- shared the exciting news just now ... saying, "My Father In-Law Sold the winning PowerBall (ticket) 2 billion $"

"Congrats Baba."

Joe Chahayed -- who owns the Joe's Service Center gas station in Altadena, CA -- turned into a local celeb after it was announced he sold the winning ticket ... with folks in the area heading to his store to take selfies with him.

Joe told reporters he's had some winning tickets in the Super Lotto and Fantasy 5 at his location in the past -- but those tickets were only worth up to $9,000.

BTW -- Domata reportedly made over $47 million in contract money over the course of his career.

Joe says he's not going to retire just yet ... but his family can expect a really nice Thanksgiving.

Nikita Dragun left a swanky Miami Beach hotel in handcuffs ... after cops say she was walking around the pool in the nude before dousing officers and security guards with water.

The transgender influencer was arrested Monday night on a felony charge of battery on a police officer ... and it sounds like she was having too good a time at The Goodtime Hotel.

According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, cops responded to a report of someone causing a disturbance and being extremely disorderly at the hotel. Police say when they got there, hotel security told officers Nikita had been causing a disturbance for a long period of time and walking around the pool area naked.

Cops say security also told them Nikita ignored demands to stop causing the disturbance and at one point intentionally threw water on hotel staffers.

Once officers arrived on scene, they say they went with security up to Nikita's room, where they heard loud music being played.

Police say Nikita opened the door after several knocks, but when security explained to Nikita she needed to cut it out or she'd be asked to leave the hotel, Nikita slammed the door in their faces.

A few moments later, cops say Nikita opened the door again and asked security, "Do you want more?" Officers say Nikita then swung an open water bottle, causing water to hit and spill on both the security guard and the officer, resulting in her arrest.

Nikita was booked for felony battery on a police officer, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor battery. She was booked at Miami-Dade County's Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on $5,000 bond.

Kyrie Irving reportedly had a "productive and understanding visit" with NBA commissioner Adam Silver on Tuesday.

The report comes just 5 days after the All-Star guard was suspended at least 5 games for failing to adequately apologize for sharing a film containing antisemitic beliefs on Twitter.

Silver was furious with Irving after several opportunities to denounce antisemitism and the contents of the film ... saying he would be meeting him in person to address the matter.

"While we appreciate the fact that he agreed to work with the Brooklyn Nets and the Anti-Defamation League to combat antisemitism and other forms of discrimination, I am disappointed that he has not offered an unqualified apology and more specifically denounced the vile and harmful content contained in the film he chose to publicize," Silver said at the time.

According to Shams Charania, the meeting went down earlier today ... and the report states it went well for both sides.

The report says the conversation is "paving the way" for the Nets and Irving to move forward ... which could potentially mean his return to the court once the 5-game punishment is up later this week.

TSA agents in South Florida aren't pullin' anyone's wing after confiscating a raw chicken -- one that turned out to be fully loaded.

The Transportation Security Administration posted the raw crime Monday ... showing the offending bird stuffed with a handgun after it was seized at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

The bird seemed to be completely packaged, with the firearm wrapped up tight in plastic and then jammed into the bird ... a pretty dangerous spin on the whole Turducken craze.

Chickens -- raw or cooked -- are ok to travel with passengers, according to TSA's guidelines, but obviously, firearms inside said chicken ... ain't gonna fly.

FYI -- the airports in FL have seen a MAJOR spike in illegal guns at security checkpoints ... with 700 total found across the state so far this year, but we're guessing nothing like this.

There's at least one powerful celeb who ain't buying Kyrie Irving's apology ... Howard Stern absolutely shredded the NBA star, calling him a "f***ing moron" and a "douchebag!"

Of course, Irving (kinda sorta) apologized last week hours after he was hit with a minimum five-game suspension for pushing an antisemitic book/film on social media. Many felt the apology fell well short of what Irving needed to say to undo the harm he caused.

Count Stern, who happens to be Jewish, among that group ... the world's most famous radio host went in on the 30-year-old hooper Monday morning during his show.

"This Kyrie Irving is a complete douchebag. I mean what a f***ing ... you know he's a flat earther? He's a douchebag," Stern said.

Then, Howard mockingly imitated Kyrie, saying ... "Just let me hate the Jews. Don't bust my balls. I just wanna go on Twitter and hate Jews. Can't you just leave me alone? Everyone hates Jews. Why ya picking on me? I'm just an NBA player. I don't understand anything. A lot of people hate the Jews. Why ya picking on me? The Earth is flat. I think Jews are lizards. Next question. Just leave me be," Stern said to his millions of listeners.

Kyrie has served three games of his suspension ... meaning if he satisfies the team's requirements to return -- meeting with Jewish community leaders, etc. -- he could return this Saturday against the Clippers in Los Angeles.

Even if he returns, Irving reputation has suffered a massive blow ... as have his pockets.

Nike suspended its lucrative partnership with the Nets guard and halted the release of an upcoming signature sneaker.

It's not the first time Stern's gone after a celebrity who made offensive comments. Just a few weeks ago Howard compared Kanye West to just about the worst person possible ... Adolf Hitler.

"Kanye used to be fun crazy. Now he’s like Hitler," Stern said, also calling Ye a "douchebag."

A couple weeks after Stern made the comments, Kanye responded while on a podcast, telling him to "shut the f*** up," adding, "I used to be a fan of you."

Unlike Ye, Irving is yet to fire back at Howard.

Aaron Carter was working on a sitcom before he passed away ... and we're told the production is going to honor him by moving forward, dedicating the project to his memory.

Brian Farmer, writer and director of "Group," tells TMZ ... Aaron and co. wrapped on the pilot episode of the show a month ago -- and he's since gotten a blessing from Aaron's camp to complete the project and dedicate it to him.

He says the show revolves around group therapy and pushes for mental health advocacy -- something we're told Aaron was eager to open up about, playing a fictionalized version of himself.

Brian tells us he was a kind soul that was a true pleasure to work with -- adding being a part of the show gave Aaron something positive to work toward.

The pilot's currently in post-production, and will be shopped around to networks once completed ... alongside Aaron on the show -- "Freaks and Geeks" star Samm Levine, Anne Judson-Yager from "Bring It On Again," and Mike Starr from "Dumb and Dumber" & "Goodfellas."

Olive Chiacchia, who played his love interest on the show, posted about losing her costar over the weekend ... saying, " I wish the world saw you the way I do, and saw your side of the story."

Shakira and her sons are packing up and heading to Miami -- after she and her longtime BF turned ex Gerard Piqué have reached a new custody agreement.

In a joint statement to TMZ, the former couple says, "We have signed a custody agreement. Our sole objective is to provide our children with the utmost security and protection and hope that they can continue with their lives in a safe and calm environment."

The Colombian pop star's legal team reportedly came to an agreement with Gerard's reps during a 12-hour-long meeting. Shakira will be uprooting from Barcelona to MIA with their sons next year.

A source close to the former couple tells us the two "signed an agreement that is best for the kids -- which is their main focus and after 8 years of living in Barcelona -- her and the kids will now move back to her longtime home of Miami, where all the maternal family is."

ICYMI, Shakira and Gerard announced they would be calling it quits after 11 years together, back in June.

The last time we saw the two together publicly, they were supporting their son Milan at his baseball game ... and it appeared there was a lot of tension between the two, barely interacting.

Drake and 21 Savage's hot new album, "Her Loss" is gonna be their loss in court ... if Vogue gets its way -- the magazine's suing over fake covers the rappers used to hype their record.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, Drake and 21 have been promoting "Her Loss" by posing on what certainly looks like a legit Vogue cover, leading fans to believe the company would drop the special edition soon -- some media outlets even reported on the issue.

Condé Nast, which owns Vogue, says that isn't the case ... despite Drake giving the brand and editor-in-chief Anna Wintour a shout-out online for getting a blessing.

Condé Nast claims Vogue and Anna "have not endorsed ["Her Loss"] in any way" ... and have asked multiple times for all promos using the Vogue name to be taken down, but nothing's been done.

The docs say the rappers falsely promoted the Vogue collab on social media, and put up posters of the "cover" in major cities.

Condé Nast also claims Drake and 21's teams sent out an email blast about "celebrating Drake's Vogue cover" ... saying street teams across the country would even be handing out copies.

People on the streets allegedly got their hands on the false mags, according to the docs ... and many claim it's a direct replica of Vogue -- even including a fake pic of Anna posing with Drake. Wow!!! Can't say they didn't go all out.

Condé Nast wants a judge to shut down the use of the Vogue mark immediately ... and it wants at least $4M in damages.

We've reached out to Drake and 21 Savage for comment ... so far, no word back.

Aaron Carter was in and out of rehab therapy sessions up until his death, and we're told his last scheduled appointment -- which he missed -- was supposed to happen Friday night.

Sources close to Melanie Martin, Aaron's fiancée, tell TMZ ... she was desperately trying to get him help during their off-and-on relationship -- although he mostly kept her in the dark about any recent addiction struggles.

Our sources say Melanie signed up Aaron for outpatient rehab after confronting him back in September. As we reported, he got a welfare check around that time when fans got worried he was huffing compressed air off-camera.

We're told Aaron agreed to go through the program, with the idea that it would go a long way in helping him regain some custody of their son, Prince -- who's currently under the care of Melanie's mom.

Sources say he stopped the program briefly, but was reinstated last week -- Aaron was supposed to have an online session Friday evening, but was a no-show. When the facility reached out to tell Melanie, she broke the tragic news to them.

Keep in mind, it's possible -- if not likely -- Aaron missed that appointment because he'd already died.

TMZ broke the story ... cops were called to Aaron's Lancaster, CA home Saturday morning for a report of a drowning -- the housekeeper found his body in the bathtub, and the last known contact with him was 2 AM Friday. Aaron's cause of death is currently deferred by the L.A. County Coroner's Office until toxicology results are returned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ there were multiple cans of compressed air in his bathroom and bedroom ... as well as prescription pills.

Don't ever, EVER make a bad call in the presence of Meek Mill ... the rapper tripped a referee during the 76ers game and it was all caught on live TV!!

Kidding ... it was clearly an accident -- a funny accident -- and the ref was totally fine.

The Philly rapper was sitting courtside with Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin and Will Makris at the Suns-Sixers game at the Wells Fargo Center Monday night.

The "Dreams & Nightmares" rapper got in on the action in the 2nd quarter when his stretched-out legs got in the way of the officials running alongside the court near the Sixers' bench.

The ref fell right near Sixers' coach Doc Rivers ... who helped him back to his feet. MM quickly apologized to the ref.

Meek also acknowledged the incident on social media, using lyrics from Jay-Z's "Empire State of Mind."

"Hov once said 'I be spiked out I can trip a referee'", Meek said, "Lol I apologized to him that’s brazyyy tho 😂😂😂😂"

Rubin, however, says differently ... saying on his IG story, Meek tried to put the blame on him.

Justin Bieber is performing at Takeoff's memorial service this week ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us JB is set to hit the stage Friday at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta. Unclear how long his set will be or what exactly he might be performing ... but we do know he'll be there and mic'd up to sing.

Justin doesn't have any solo songs with Takeoff specifically, but he's done a couple collabs with the Migos -- "What You See" and "Looking for You" -- plus another couple with Quavo ... so there's a connection there.

Bieber doesn't appear to have posted any tributes to Takeoff, but this might be the ultimate way to honor the late rapper. Bieber's and any other performance is gonna be a closely guarded secret the day of ... all phones are going to be confiscated from anyone attending.

Worth noting ... Bieber postponed his world tour earlier this year to focus on his mental health, so him coming back to this is significant.
