It was a long night giving birth on a live stream, but Twitch star Fandy, her hubby Bryan, and their brand-new baby still popped by TMZ ... spilling the tea on their totally unorthodox delivery.

The trio hit up "TMZ Live" Wednesday, with Harvey and Charles grilling them about saying goodbye to the concept of privacy ... but Bryan shrugged it off, saying it wasn’t a big deal for them since they just wanted to educate people -- especially men -- on how birth really works.

Bryan opened up even more, telling us it was an eye-opening experience for him too ... and he hoped sharing it could help others prepping for the whole birth process.

Scary scene down in Brazil ... a man hung on for dear life after falling out of his seat on a huge Ferris wheel ... and it's all on video.

The horrifying incident went down Saturday night at the ExpoQuinari agricultural fair in Senador Guiomard ... and footage shows a man clinging to the Ferris wheel's spokes as the ride spins.

The guy's seat broke during the spin on the giant wheel ... and he desperately hung on and tried with all his might not to fall to the ground.

A crowd sees what's happening and folks are in full-blown panic below ... and the wheel turns and then stops when the man is at the bottom.

Former UFC fighter Suman Mokhtarian has died at the age of 33 after being shot and killed in an alleged targeted attack in Australia.

According to The Daily Telegraph, New South Wales officials believe Mokhtarian was out for a walk when the fatal encounter happened. Witnesses told police shots rang out of a red Audi around 6 PM local time before the car sped off.

Mokhtarian was shot in the upper torso ... and paramedics tried to revive him, but efforts were unsuccessful.

A Disneyland guest suffered a possible heart attack while riding the famed Haunted Mansion ... and was later pronounced dead, TMZ has confirmed.

Police tell us ... a woman in her 60s was found unresponsive on the Haunted Mansion ride around 6:30 PM Monday.

11:09 AM PT -- Court documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, show Julian Fleming is facing nine total charges ... including one count of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, one count of homicide by vehicle and one count of aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence.

Additionally, the docs note Fleming allegedly had a BAC of .118 shortly after the crash.

9:54 AM PT -- Julian Fleming's attorney, David Bahuriak, tells TMZ Sports ... one of the charges his client is facing is homicide by vehicle -- and he's convinced the prosecution's filing is "wrong."

"In my view," the lawyer said, "the prosecution here took a tragic and unavoidable accident and turned it into a crime when the facts don't support that. The facts don't support criminal homicide."

Bahuriak added Fleming "lost the love of his life" during the crash ... and "this prosecution does nothing to advance the interests of anyone."
