Kylee Anderson -- singer and childhood besties with popstar Benson Boone -- is dodging questions regarding rumors of her being the reason Benson and his ex-girlfriend Maggie Thurmon called it quits.

Kylee stopped to chat with us while leaving Skybar in L.A. Wednesday night ... and we asked her about the recent rumors that she is involved in the split -- after Maggie posted a since-deleted cryptic TikTok about cheating ... Kylee tells us she "can't answer any questions like that."

We broke the story Benson and Maggie split in September ... and folks noticed they unfollowed each other on social media ... but eagle-eyed fans were quick to point out the they both unfriended Kylee -- stirring up speculation she had something to do with the fallout.

Jake Haro -- father of Emmanuel Haro, the 7-month-old baby who was reported missing back in May -- pleaded guilty to second-degree murder Thursday.

Haro entered the guilty plea during a scheduled felony settlement conference, and according to NBC Palm Springs -- who had a reporter in the courtroom -- he became visibly emotional ... breaking down in tears while admitting to the crime.

Rebecca Haro -- Jake's wife and Emmanuel's mother -- is also facing a murder charge in connection with their son's death ... though she is still pleading not guilty. The child's remains are still missing.

Katie Thurston refuses to see her cancer diagnosis as terminal ... especially after the viral rumors about her death hit her hard when they started circulating in August.

We caught up with the former 'Bachelorette' after her appearance on "Good Morning America" Tuesday ... and, we had to ask how she was doing after the online rumor of her passing swept the internet.

Thurston says the early part of the death hoax was the hardest ... and, she tells anyone who might experience it to "show up for yourself" -- adding it's all part of the highs and lows of navigating cancer.

12:20 PM PT -- It appears Diane began seeing the doctor September 24th and last saw her doctor on Thursday, October 9th. She was pronounced dead on Saturday, October 11th.

Diane Keaton has been cremated ... and her death certificate backs up what her family said ... that she died from pneumonia ... and there were no other significant contributing factors.

In the death certificate, obtained by TMZ, the official cause of death is listed as primary bacterial pneumonia.

The document also says Diane died Saturday and was cremated Tuesday.

Hasan Piker's dog Kaya yelping on a livestream has led to death threats for the political streamer over rumors he makes her wear a shock collar ... but he says it's all a big misunderstanding.

In the October 7 clip of his daily live stream, Hasan scolds his dog and seems to be reaching for something right at the moment she yelps ... leading scores of viewers and commenters to accuse him shocking her as punishment.

Former world champion boxer Ricky Hatton is believed to have died by suicide, according to a provisional cause of death delivered at a coroner's inquest in Manchester, England, The Guardian reports.

Alison Mutch, the senior coroner for Manchester South, stated Hatton's cause of death was hanging, reports ESPN.
