Simone Biles is putting all the rumors to rest -- confirming she did, in fact, get a boob job recently ... and she's quite literally head over heels because of it!!

The Team USA gymnastics hero revealed the procedure on Wednesday ... alongside a video of her doing a flip in her backyard.

Biles said the stunt was monumental on several levels -- she hadn't tumbled in a year, she was breaking in the trampoline at her new house ... and it was her first flip with the new boobs (well, she used a cherry emoji ... which is often used for breasts).

The man accused of igniting the catastrophic Pacific Palisades wildfire in Los Angeles has been hit with a federal indictment.

According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Jonathan Rinderknecht was indicted Wednesday by a federal grand jury on three counts including two felonies. They're all tied to the New Year’s Day blaze that destroyed nearly 7,000 homes and businesses and caused an estimated $150 billion in damages.

The indictment charges him with arson affecting property used in interstate commerce, destruction of property by fire, and timber set afire which are all serious federal crimes.

Diane Keaton's family says she died from pneumonia ... and a longtime friend tells TMZ the actress' death didn't come as a surprise because she had been ill for a while.

A longtime friend of Diane's told us she was struggling with an unnamed illness leading up to her October 11 death ... and the decline in Diane's health meant news of her passing was "not a shock" to the pal.

Diane died this past Saturday at age 79 ... and as TMZ first reported, the L.A. Fire Dept. paramedics responded to her home around 8:08 AM, transporting one person -- confirmed by sources as Keaton -- by ambulance to a nearby hospital.
