The post was full-on mama mode -- no legal talk, no drama -- just birthday love and cuddly snaps of the toddler smiling alongside his mom.

"NYPD Blue" star Kim Delaney denies she was wasted when she crashed into a motorcycle  ... and told a judge she left the scene because she’s too famous, TMZ has learned. 

According to court docs filed by Kim, the actress claims she was not drunk when she fled the scene of a 2022 car crash. 

The actress admitted she was involved in a car accident where she rear-ended a man named Dzhamal Badalov.

"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" star James Marsters is on his way to staking his way out of marriage number two ... he's finally settling his divorce from Patricia Jasmin Rahman after a painfully slow, 5-year legal crawl.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ, James and Patricia hammered out a written agreement covering everything -- their property, marital rights, and support -- and signed on the dotted line. All that's left is for the judge to sign off on the deal.

Patricia first pulled the plug in 2021 ... a decade after they quietly tied the knot in an intimate L.A. ceremony.

King Charles III is weighing in on the arrest of his brother, formerly known as Prince Andrew, saying he fully supports the police investigation into Andrew's alleged wrongdoing in connection with convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

As the world knows, Andrew was arrested Thursday by British cops at his home in England on suspicion of misconduct in public office.

The ex-royal has been under tremendous scrutiny due to his longtime association with Epstein, who died by suicide in his Manhattan jail cell while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges in 2019.

King Charles has now issued a public statement, sharing that he's deeply concerned after learning of Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's arrest. 

Charles then said there will be a "full, fair and proper process by which this issue is investigated in the appropriate manner and by the appropriate authorities."

LaMelo Ball was in no mood to be seen after his car crash in Charlotte ... new video obtained by TMZ Sports shows the Hornets hooper quickly dipping into a Lamborghini that pulled up to the accident scene to pick him up, as his '22 GMC Hummer EV Edition 1 sat wheel-less in the street.

Sarah and her ex-husband, NASCAR driver Brian Vickers, inked the deal back on December 18, 2025.

Per the agreement, Sarah got to keep five Israeli artifacts selected by her ex from among items including a sword, glass tear jar, small oil lamp, small vase, large jar, medium cup, large oil lamp and a metal arrow tip. She also got to keep half of a collection of Israeli coins.

TMZ Sports ran into the actor and Pats superfan outside of ABC Studios in New York City on Wednesday, just a week and a half removed from New England's 29-13 loss to the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl LX.

We asked Mark about the loss and Maye's setbacks -- he had three turnovers and was sacked six times -- but Wahlberg ain't sweatin' the crushing loss to the season, and their star player's struggles.

"Okay, but he went to the Super Bowl in his second season," Wahlberg said when asked about the Maye haters. "That's pretty good!"

Nancy Guthrie's kidnapper could be identified from DNA left at the crime scene in Arizona, according to Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos.

Nanos sat down for a "TODAY" show interview Wednesday about the Guthrie case and, at one point, discussed the DNA found at Nancy's home in Tucson.

The sheriff said, "We believe we may have some DNA there that may be our suspect, but we won't know that until that DNA is separated, sorted out."

2/19/2026 -- 11:21 AM PT -- TMZ has confirmed Lil Poppa died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Lil Poppa -- a popular rapper based out of Jacksonville, Florida -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office in Georgia tells TMZ ... the rapper -- real name Janarious Mykel Wheeler -- was pronounced dead today at 11:23 AM ET.

His cause of death was not immediately released.

Haley Kalil is doubling down on her effort to get a judge to throw out a lawsuit her ex-husband Matt Kalil filed against her after she shockingly claimed his massive penis torpedoed their marriage.
