Not exactly a great punchline ... but it is true, and it's all caught on "udderly" shocking video!

The wild moment went down earlier this week in Nanyang, a city in China's Henan Province ... when a cow ran in through the front door and caused quite a bit of mayhem, clearing the place out, and bumping a large piece of furniture holding the camera in the back capturing the scene.

"Bling Empire: New York" star Lynn Ban died weeks after a skiing accident that landed her in the hospital with a brain bleed ... her son announced this morning.

Lynn died unexpectedly after posting about her accident and her subsequent brain surgery several weeks ago. Lynn's son, Sebastian, shared a series of family photos on Instagram, saying he thought her fans would want to know she died Monday.

Lynn starred on the reality TV show, which follows a group of wealthy Asian-Americans living in New York City. She was a jewelry designer.

Prince Harry just got a lot richer after striking a last-minute settlement with Rupert Murdoch's News Group Newspapers over accusations he was spied upon by predatory tabloids in a lawsuit.

Harry's attorneys issued a statement that both parties have reached a settlement Wednesday just one day after the trial was set to start.

NGN released its own statement, saying, “We acknowledge and apologize for the distress caused to the duke, and the damage inflicted on relationships, friendships and family, and have agreed to pay him substantial damages.”

A$AP Rocky is headed for court on gun charges ... the Grammy-nominated rapper just turned down a plea deal from L.A. prosecutors, opting to face a jury trial instead.

L.A. County prosecutors offered him a deal -- if Rocky pled guilty to one of two felony charges, he'd serve 180 days in jail, and he'd get a seven-year suspended sentence, with three years on probation. But, AR told a judge today he's decided to decline to take the deal.  Rocky could be sentenced to up to 24 years in jail if found guilty in a trial.

We caught AR on the way into court this morning, but he didn't offer any comment.
