A birthday party for one of Kodak Black's kids apparently turned into a huge brawl over the weekend ... and we're told it's all because of some baby mama drama.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... one of Kodak's baby mamas got into an argument as the bday bash was winding down -- and a massive fight broke out. We're told Kodak was there celebrating his 3-year-old daughter, Queen Yuri.

Our sources say Queen Yuri's mom, reality TV star Maranda Johnson, was part of the argument that led to the fight ... though it's unclear who she was beefing with.

Billy Ray Cyrus is calling for peace amid some family infighting ... sending prayers after one of his kids accused him of sending a legal threat.

BRC posted a YouTube short with his song "Somebody Said a Prayer" along with a message to his fam.

He says, "Praying for my family. For my children … sons and daughters…and their mother. Let this moment be the start of healing ❤️‍🩹 for us all."

Malcolm LaVergne -- the attorney serving as the special administrator of O.J.'s estate -- filed a suit against Primary Holdings, LLC ... a company he says is owned and operated by Justin Simpson, O.J. and Nicole Brown Simpson's son.

LaVergne says Primary Holdings purchased the house -- while O.J. was living there -- back in Aug. 2022, in order to shield the property against Simpson's creditor claims.
