The former Dolphins OT was out Friday night throwing up a 'W' outside MAIN Nightclub with a fan named Tym from Compton.

According to Tym, Martin and his entourage hung out at a house party, drinking straight through the night ... and most importantly ... never uttering Richie Incognito's name.

Georges St-Pierre should hang up the gloves forever ... rather than risk a pathetic, washed-up comeback attempt like Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard, and Chuck Liddell ... so says UFC commentator Joe Rogan.

Joe was in Calabasas when we asked if he thinks GSP will ever return to the octagon. Rogan told us "no one knows but him" ... but added that he should probably just call it quits.

According to Rogan, studies have shown that Georges was blasted with over 800 head shots during his long run as welterweight champ ... and suggested he could be struggling physically, as well as emotionally.

Lamar Odom can't be that torn up over his impending divorce, because he was out training hard yesterday for what he still believes will be an NBA comeback to save his legacy.

We've obtained a birth certificate for Julia Chavez ... who was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA yesterday afternoon to Junior and his baby mama Frida Munoz. It's Junior's first child.

A judge just gave Eva Weinberg 6 months in federal prison, with 3 years supervised release to follow. She was also ordered to cough up around $2.3 MIL in payback.

As we previously reported, Eva -- along with her reported bang buddy/partner in crime, Michael Stern ... jacked at least $2.2 mil from Freeney back in 2010, when they were working as his financial advisors.

The US Attorney's office initially asked the judge to avoid giving Weinberg jail time (as a reward for playing ball in the case) ... but yesterday Freeney asked the court to give her a harsher punishment, and the judge obliged.

Trash talking boxer Adrien Broner got his ass beat and his welterweight title stripped in a stunning loss to Marcos Maidana this Saturday ... but TMZ Sports has learned, there's now a full-blown investigation into allegations of cheating.

Sources close to "the Problem" tell us ... the Texas Boxing Commission is now analyzing video of the fight which some say shows Maidana taking what looks like a pill during the WBA welterweight championship fight last Saturday.

The rules are so strict ... even water needs to be tested prior to a fight before the boxer can consume it. Pills and any other substance for that matter are off limits.

Broner -- who was previously undefeated -- says the loss hasn't shattered his ego ... he's confident the investigation will prove Maidana cheated.

We're told the boxing commission will reveal the results of the investigation in 1-2 days.

In court docs filed Monday in Cali ... the Chargers LB calls his ex-financial advisor Eva Weinberg's plea deal a "travesty of justice."

As we previously reported, Eva -- along with her lover and partner in crime, Michael Stern -- jacked at least $2.2 mil from Freeney back in 2010, when they were handling his finances.

Stern pled guilty ... and got 5 years in federal lockup. He also had to return $2.5 million in stolen loot.

Eva also pled guilty to a lesser charge in exchange for a lighter sentence ... 36-months probation with 8 months being served under house arrest.

But in the docs, Freeney claims Weinberg "lied repeatedly to the [prosecutor] and FBI" about her involvement in the scheme -- laying most of the blame on Stern -- just to score an unfairly sweet deal.

Georges St-Pierre isn't letting a few life-altering personal issues put a stop to the party train ... in fact, the former UFC champ hit the clubs HARD in Miami just a week after announcing he was taking a break from the Octagon ... and TMZ has video.
