Magic Johnson tells TMZ Sports ... "it's a shame" that Donald Sterling feels his girlfriend shouldn't bring black people to Clippers games.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Sterling went crazy on his GF after she posted a photo of her with Magic on Instagram -- with Sterling saying she shouldn't be seen in public with blacks.

Magic tells us, "It's a shame that Donald Sterling feels that way about African-Americans."

He adds, "He has a team full of amazing African-American basketball players that are working to bring a championship to Clippers fans. The Clippers also have a strong minority fan base."

Multiple NFL cheerleaders tell TMZ Sports ... they're neither shocked nor offended by the vagina maintenance handbook that was given to Buffalo Bills cheerleaders ... telling us it was probably the result of a previous "issue."

Shaq vs. Barkley ... apparently, this is really happening.

The NBA legends have been joking about fighting each other in an MMA match -- but last night on TNT, it seems the two are actually planning on squaring off on May 14th.

The two have even set rules for the event they're calling, "The Beatdown in A-Town."

Rule #1 -- The two will start on the ground and the fight will consist of grappling only
Rule #2 -- No punching in the face!
Rule #3 -- No gloves.

As for why they've eliminated punching, Barkley explained ... "I don't want to hurt his face .. you want him uglier on TV?"

Barkley -- who's been training in MMA -- says he plans to choke out the Big Fella ... Shaq respectfully disagrees.

At one point, Kenny Smith asks the two ... "Why are you doing this?"

NY Giants co-owner Steve Tisch has made a vow -- the G-Men will absolutely, positively NOT have another sub .500 season ... as long as he can help it.

Tisch was leaving Craig's in L.A. last night when we asked if he thinks Eli Manning will bounce back from his disappointing 2013 campaign.

"Nothing from last year will look anything like this year," Tisch said ... "this year will look like nothing from last year."

Tisch also gave his thought on Trump potentially buying the Bills ... and who he thinks will go #1 in the upcoming NFL Draft.

Jason Kidd's son was not blown away by his father's rookie performance as an NBA coach ... despite the fact the Brooklyn Nets are currently in the playoffs!

WWE Hall of Famer Jake "The Snake" Roberts is one surgery away from being cancer free ... and his best bud Diamond Dallas Page couldn't be happier.

We broke the story ... Penthouse made the offer to pay the ladies a fair income in the wake of a federal investigation that the women were being significantly underpaid.

Now, sources connected to the situation tell us ... one of the cheerleaders contacted Penthouse to try and negotiate a deal.

We're told both sides made a serious effort to get a deal done ... but in the end, it just didn't work out.

A guy in Nevada is suing the NFL and the Seattle Seahawks for $40 million ... claiming he was illegally barred from buying tickets to the NFC playoff game ... just because he's geographically undesirable.

San Francisco 49ers superstar Aldon Smith will NOT be charged with a felony for allegedly telling TSA agents he had a bomb on his person at LAX earlier this month ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The L.A. County District Attorney's Office tells us ... the case has been kicked down to the L.A. City Attorney's Office for possible misdemeanor prosecution ...where the stakes are a lot lower.

We broke the story ... Smith was arrested on April 13th -- and cops say he was "belligerent and uncooperative" during the arrest.

The City Attorney is deciding whether to charge him with a crime of falsely reporting a bomb threat.

Novak Djokovic has beaten Nadal again ... at least in the race to have a kid -- 'cause the tennis great just announced that his Fiancee is with child.

Djokovic made the announcement on Twitter ... writing, "Jelena is pregnant!!! We will be parents soon! #blessed."

The 26-year-old superstar has been dating Jelena Ristic since 2005 ... and back in September announced their engagement. No word on how far along she is.

So much for Rob Bironas' plans to marry Terry Bradshaw's daughter on the NFL legend's ranch in Oklahoma ... there's been a last minute change of plans ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Don't worry ... Rob and Rachel are good -- and they're still planning to get married in June ... but now, they've changed the venue to a fancy Dallas hotel.

Brandy was walkin' into the London Hotel in NYC yesterday when we took her all the way back to 1996 ... when 17-year-old Kobe (who was about to be drafted into the NBA) brought Brandy to prom ... as friends.

Brandy tells us she had an "amazing" time with Kobe -- and was especially grateful because she wasn't in a "regular" school and didn't have a prom of her own.

And while she says she no longer has her dress from that night in Pennsylvania ... Brandy tells us her mom STILL has the corsage for safekeeping.

As for Kobe's boutonniere ... it's whereabouts are unknown.

Eddie George tells TMZ Sports ... he's writing a 1-man stage show about his life ... complete with Shakespeare and hip hop ... and hopes to perform it later this year.

George has been focused on the theater ever since he hung up his cleats in 2004 -- and says he found it therapeutic to help cope with the adjustment into his post football life.

But after acting in several productions, the Heisman Trophy winner decided it's time to write his own play ... and has been hard at work for the past 2 to 3 years.

"It starts with my dream of playing football ... and I use anecdotes about my father, mother, coaches and other important people in my life to tell my story."

George notes, "I wove in some hip hop to help chronologically tell the story ... and some Shakespeare-style storytelling to go along with the hip hop."

Eddie says John Leguizamo has had a huge influence in his transformation into a thespian -- "I went to see John on Broadway and I was amazed. The way he broke the 4th wall, it was intriguing to me."
