NBA 'We Are One' Shirts Exploding #1 Selling Item at NBA Store
They've only been on sale for 2 DAYS ... but the NBA tells TMZ Sports the "We Are One" shirts in support of the L.A. Clippers have already become the NUMBER ONE selling item in the NBA shop.
The league began selling the shirts on Sunday May 3rd ... with all proceeds going toward anti-discrimination and tolerance organizations.
Of course, the league adopted the "We Are One" slogan after Clippers coach Doc Rivers wrote the words on a team white board in the locker room to rally the Clips in the wake of Donald Sterling's racist comments.
The league has also used the slogan in NBA commercials.
The NBA wouldn't tell us how many shirts have been sold so far -- but it's clear, it's not just Clippers fans snatching 'em up.
Oksana Baiul Judge Bench-Slaps Skater You Lose and Your Case Sucks!
Former Olympic ice skater Oksana Baiul didn't just lose her lawsuit against her former agents -- she was practically laughed out of court ... with the judge calling her case frivolous and "bizarre."
Baiul had sued the William Morris Agency (now WME) ... claiming they locked her into a series of contracts back in 1994 when she was 16-years-old and didn't speak English good.
She demanded more than $1 MILLION in lost earnings and other damages -- though William Morris claimed it did nothing wrong.
Now, a judge has sided with the agency ... and in her brutally honest opinion in the case, wrote ... "The suit is frivolous and frankly, bizarre."
Translation -- Oksana = nevdakha (that's "loser" in Ukranian).
Ex-Vikings Linebacker Catches HUUUGE Break After 2nd DUI in 2 Months
He faced up to a year in jail, but former Minnesota Vikings linebacker Erin Henderson won't spend another day behind bars -- after cutting a deal with prosecutors for his second DWI arrest in 2 months.
Henderson was cut by the Vikings after he was arrested on New Year's Day -- 6 weeks after he was busted for allegedly driving around Minnesota while hammered.
Because it's his 2nd DWI arrest, there was a real chance Henderson could have faced the maximum punishment -- 1 year in the slammer.
But TMZ Sports has learned .. the 27-year-old struck a plea deal in which he agreed to plead guilty to 1 count of DWI and in exchange he was sentenced to 2 years probation and time already served in jail (2 days).
He was also fined $1,120.
Henderson has expressed remorse over the arrests -- and says the time he spent in his cell immediately following the bust made him realize he needed help ... claiming his "using was out of control."

Dr. Dre FELL IN LOVE with Tom Brady's mega-mansion in L.A. -- and put an offer to buy the house almost immediately after it hit the market back in March ... TMZ Sports has learned.
We broke the story ... Tom and Gisele listed the 18,700 sq. ft. Brentwood estate they custom built from the ground up for $50 MILLION after barely spending any time living in the place.
We're told there were "multiple interested parties ready to put offers on the house" ... but Dre swooped in with a solid offer first ... and T&G decided to sell to the Doc.
Sources tell us the deal has not yet closed -- but it's close.
Tom and Gisele were offering the house fully furnished ... but sources tell us Dre has his own stuff he wants to put in the house -- and has chosen to pass on all of the stuff the Bradys spent years collecting from various trips around the world.
As for Dre's finances, he was recently listed in Forbes richest hip hop stars with an approximate net worth of $550 MILLION.

Former WBC champ Victor Ortiz wasn't impressed with the Mayweather vs. Maidana fight ... in fact, he has a word to describe both men -- and let's just say it's another way to call a cat a kitten.
Ortiz -- who LOST to both Mayweather and Maidana in his career -- was out in L.A. after the fight this weekend ... when he shot off some serious smack talk about the boxers.

L.A. Clippers Settle $5 Million Lawsuit ... with Cheap Tickets
The L.A. Clippers got out super cheap in a war with some of their fans -- settling a $5 MILLION lawsuit by throwing around some cheap tickets in the nosebleed section ... TMZ Sports has learned
We broke the story ... the Clips were sued by Ari Friedman who claims the team spammed his cell phone after he participated in an interactive text message game during a Clippers game at Staples Center last year.
In a class action suit, Friedman demanded $5 million in damages claiming the team had promised he wouldn't get return texts.
The team adamantly denies any wrongdoing, but we've learned the two sides have agreed on a deal that's gonna cost the Clips WAYYYYYYY less than $5 mil.
Each person in the class will get their choice of ...
A) two tickets to a designated home game (in the nosebleed section) ... or
B) one ticket and a $20 dollar voucher to the team store.
Choose wisely.
For his troubles, the Clippers also threw Friedman an extra $1,000.
Hey, better than nothing.
Arian Foster LOST BET, REFUSES TO PAY UP … Says ‘Fun Run’ Savant
Arian Foster pulled an Aaron Rodgers – and not in a good way – allegedly LOSING a bet he made over the game “Fun Run” and refusing to pay up … TMZ Sports has learned.
The person behind the allegations is “Martyn” – the 3rd ranked “Fun Run” player in the world (“Fun Run” is a hugely popular multi-player cell phone game).
The drama began on April 25th … when Arian challenged the whole internet by tweeting “Fun run king. Come get washed.” Apparently Martyn was feeling dirty because he tweeted back to Arian “I bet you your jersey you can't beat me,” along with a screen shot showing he was the third ranked ‘Fun Run’ player in the world.
Arian’s response “Get On” and oh baby it was on.
Martyn tells TMZ Sports the two played three times with Arian losing ALL THREE (embarrassing) … but Arian NEVER sent the jersey and refuses to address the issue.
However, Martyn says Foster has continued to challenge him in the game – “He obviously wants to beat me."
Martyn --who’s from England-- says he isn’t too peeved about the whole thing because he doesn’t really follow American Football – but notes, “Arian was on my fantasy team this season.”
Foster’s fantasy numbers from last year? 542 yards and ONE touchdown… Martyn should get a jersey just for that.
Attempts to reach Foster were unsuccessful.
Kevin Johnson 'Adam Silver Is an American Hero'
Adam Silver has already achieved LEGEND STATUS in America ... so says Mayor Kevin Johnson who tells TMZ Sports the guy handled the Donald Sterling situation like a true "American hero."
Johnson -- the mayor of Sacramento -- was super influential in Silver's decision to ban the disgraced Clippers owner from the NBA for life ... and moments ago in D.C., he praised the commish for being "so strong and so decisive."
KJ also explained why Michael Jordan's opinions on the matter were so important -- and why basketball fans should feel proud about buying their next pair of Air Jordans.
Check out the clip.
Adrien Broner 'I Love All Mexicans'
He's been under fire for saying he "beat the f*** out of a Mexican" after his fight with Carlos Molina this weekend -- but now Adrien Broner tells TMZ Sports he meant nothing but love.
Jaws hit the floor in Vegas on Saturday, when Broner addressed the crowd after the fight and said, "I've beaten up Africans and I just beat the f*** out of a Mexican."
Jim Gray reprimanded Broner in the ring for the comment -- but now, the fighter tells us he didn't mean any harm.
"I love all Mexicans," Broner says ... adding, "Molina put up a hard fight."
So far, no comment from the Molina camp.
Jameis Winston MOPPED LIKE A CHAMP During Community Service at YMCA
Jameis Winston mopped, swept and cleaned his ass off at a Florida Y.M.C.A. to complete his community service ... and sources at the center tell TMZ Sports Jameis was a natural.
We've learned ... the Heisman Trophy winner has completed all 20 hours of his required community service stemming from his crab leg theft at a grocery store last week.
Winston decided to put in his time at a Y.M.C.A. in Tallahassee ... where he worked for 5 hours a day for 4 straight days, beginning Thursday night and ending Sunday afternoon.
We spoke with someone at the center who tells us Jameis "put in work" -- cleaning gym equipment, mopping floors, sweeping and other janitorial work.
"He was good, the members loved him ... we were happy to have him."
Now that his comm. service is complete, Winston will NOT face criminal prosecution -- and he's already been reinstated to the Florida State baseball team.
Nice job.
Wes Welker PASSIN' OUT $100 BILLS After Huge Kentucky Derby Victory
Wes Welker channeled his inner Lloyd Christmas at Churchill Downs this weekend -- passing out $100 bills to strangers after winning THOUSANDS of dollars on the Kentucky Derby.
Unclear what bet hit for the Denver Broncos receiver (trifecta? boxed trifecta? super trifecta?), but Welker left the cashier with STACKS of hundred dollar bills.
And people at the race track tell us ... he was in such a great mood, he handed out several $100 bills to complete strangers to celebrate his big victory. We're told he handed out at least $600.
Eventually, race track security advised Welker to move toward the exit before things got chaotic ... but dude, STRONG MOVE, WELKER.
Cam Newton My Ankle's Not 100% ... Yet
Cam Newton's ankle is still on the road to recovery ... 'cause 7 weeks after the Carolina Panthers QB underwent surgery, he's still rollin' around in a walking boot.
The good news -- Cam was moving around pretty quickly at the airport in D.C. this morning ... and didn't seem bothered by the walking boot on his left foot.
FYI -- Cam went under the knife on March 18 to tighten up some ligaments after rolling his ankle in Week 10 last season.
Newton is expected to be ready to go when training camp kicks off in July.
