Judge to Allen Iverson: I'm Garnishing Your Wages to Pay Back Your Jeweler

Published | Updated

Allen Iverson's bank account has been commandeered by a Georgia judge ... who's garnishing the former NBA star's earnings so A.I. can repay a 6-figure debt to his flashy GA jeweler.

According to court papers obtained by TMZ ... Iverson was sued back in 2010 for allegedly stiffing Aydin & Company Jewelers on a $375,000 bill.

The records show ... A.I. never responded to the lawsuit ... so a default judgement was issued in favor of the jewelry store ... allowing A&C to collect $859,896.46 for the bling, court costs, interest and attorneys fees.

But A.I. still didn't pay ... so earlier this month .. the judge signed off on an order which allows the store to recoup their loss directly from Iverson's Wells Fargo bank account.

World Record Big Wave Surfer I Have Superhuman Underwater Survival Abilities

Published | Updated

He already holds the world record for surfing the biggest wave on the planet at 90 feet (below) -- but pro surfer Garrett McNamara still thinks he can shatter it ... with his incredible customized oxygen-enhanced wetsuit.

Garrett tells TMZ, the suit was enhanced with a special oxygen pocket developed by Camelback -- the water canteen company -- designed to hold a small oxygen reserve in the suit's lining, allowing McNamara to breathe oxygen underwater through a straw.

According to Garrett, the suit would give him several extra minutes of survival in case a massive wave buries him below the surface -- and in those situations, minutes can save a life.

McNamara tells us, he's currently looking to break his 90-foot wave record with the new suit -- hunting down a 120-footer in Nazare, Portugal ... where the biggest waves in the world break.

McNamara says he uses military-grade wave-tracking technology to follow the swells -- the same tech used by the Navy.

He even has a private jet at his disposal -- to make the 5-hour flight from Miami to Nazare at a moment's notice.

We asked McNamara how he knows he'll survive -- he simply replied, "I don't."

Published | Updated

NFL superstar Ray Lewis admits he fathered an 11-year-old boy in Florida ... and he's totally willing to provide support -- with one caveat ... he doesn't want the baby mama to get her hands on the money.

According to court documents filed in Florida, Lewis has an ongoing paternity case over his son with a woman named Sharnika Kelly. In court papers, Lewis acknowledges being the father, but the issue of support is slightly more contentious ...

According to the docs, Lewis is hesitant to fork over money to Kelly because he says she has an outstanding judgment against her in a civil case ... totaling over $1,000,000.

In the docs, Lewis says he has "grave concerns about the Mother's character" and feels she'll siphon off money meant for his son ... either to pay off her debt or support her other child ... not Ray's.

Lewis is asking the court to establish a guardianship for his son to manage any support Lewis eventually pays.

Lewis and Kelly had a hearing scheduled for last month, but Lewis had to reschedule because he had a game in San Diego. The judge has yet to rule on his request.
