Vida Guerra and Sara Underwood are headlining ... in a lawsuit against a NYC strip club accused of stealing pics of smoking hot chicks to make them look like strippers.

A total of 8 models -- including Jessica Killings and Rosie Jones -- banded together, saying Sugardaddy's Gentlemen's Club has been jacking their photos and posting them on its website and social media pages.

In the suit, the women say some of the pics have been altered to make it look like they're working the pole at Sugardaddy's. All the girls say they never worked there, nor did they give the club permission to use their photos.

NFL vet Shaun Smith set off a firestorm when he tweeted a photo of his handgun along with what sounds like a thinly veiled threat to his haters, but he says everyone's got him wrong.

The ex-Bengals and Chiefs defensive lineman says he was going back and forth with fans on Twitter about KC's upcoming playoff game, when things got a little heated. He tells TMZ Sports, "Everyone was talking all this macho stuff."

Washington Nationals superstar Ryan Zimmerman beat Peyton Manning to the punch -- filing a lawsuit against the Al Jazeera network for its story claiming he used performance enhancing drugs.

The Nats' first baseman was named in the same story that accused Manning of using HGH. In his lawsuit, Zimmerman says where he's concerned ... Al Jazeera's report is "categorically untrue." He goes on to deny taking HGH or any other PED banned by Major League Baseball.

Zimm's suit is likely the first of several to come. Charles David Sly, Al Jazeera's source for the HGH allegations ... has since recanted. As TMZ Sports already reported ... Manning's camp is also considering taking legal action. However, we're told IF he does it won't happen until after the NFL season.

In the docs, Zimmerman takes a huge shot at Al Jazeera as an organization ... saying it's "plagued with low ratings" and many of its execs are jumping ship.

He's going after the network and the lead reporter for damages in "the millions" to his reputation and future sponsorship opportunities.

LeBron James took a family approach to the holidays -- doing New Year's in Aspen with his mom and her rapping bf.

4:30 PM PT: Sources close to Ciara tell TMZ ... "Ciara has never prevented him from seeing his child. Future is jealous that she has moved on and is happy. He is unable to move on and co-parent in a healthy way."

We're also told Ciara believes Future uses their situation to stay in the press in order to "promote his music."

Future has gone off on baby mama Ciara because she ruined his Christmas by shutting him off from his own son.

We're told Future planned a huge Christmas dinner and wanted all of his kids at the table. Ciara agreed at first but then went radio silent. Baby Future never saw his dad and it sent Future through the roof.

Sources close to the rapper tell us the two parents haven't been on speaking terms for a year. They communicate through a family member but now Ciara won't deal with anyone on his side.

Our sources say the rapper was hoping Ciara's relationship with Seattle Seahawk QB Russell Wilson would make the bitterness subside, but that hasn't happened.

It's so bad ... the rapper thinks it may be time to get a judge involved.
