Justin Bieber just broke his "no photos" rule in a big way ... letting an obscure rap duo shoot a rap video in his castle.

The Biebs recently ran into a guy named BB the Jerk, a member of the L.A. rap duo These White Kids. Turns out Justin's a big fan of the duo's YouTube videos. The next thing BB knew, he and his rap partner were partying at Bieber's pool party.

At the party BB casually mentioned he had a new song called "Michael Phelps" and Justin suggested they get a video camera on the spot and shoot the music video for the song.

The video features hot chicks, of course, Bieber jumping fully clothed into the pool and there's even a cameo with Brazilian superstar Neymar Jr.

Looks like the 2016 Rio Olympics may have a new anthem.

Former heavyweight champion Charles Martin was shot in the forearm earlier this week, and is laid up in the hospital ... TMZ Sports has learned.

A passenger in Martin's car told LAPD officers they were in downtown L.A. around 5 AM Tuesday when 2 men approached the vehicle and got into an argument with the boxer. According to the police report ... the men started shooting, but missed and fled. Martin got in his car and chased the alleged shooters, but crashed into a utility pole.

Police say that's when the suspects returned and opened fire again. This time, Martin took a bullet to his forearm, and the suspects fled again, this time in a car.

Officers responded and transported Martin to the hospital.

We reached out to Martin and he says the officers saved his life -- he was losing a lot of blood when they arrived at the scene. Martin says he doesn't know the suspects, and has no idea why they had beef with him.

One big difference in Martin's version of the story is he says he was trying to get away from the gunmen -- not chasing them -- when he crashed.

The former IBF heavyweight -- who lost the belt earlier this year -- adds he was worried the shooters were coming back to finish the job. He says he jumped in the bed of a parked pickup truck when he "looked down, and saw a pool of blood. I said to myself, 'I gotta get outta here. I'm gonna die. I'm gonna bleed to death.'"

"I have to pay respect to the cops. They saved my life."

Roy Jones Jr. says he's super stoked his kid is an elite athlete ... and even happier it's not in boxing ... 'cause according to Roy the sweet science is too dangerous and cutthroat for his boy.

Roy and his kid, Roy III, came on "TMZ Sports" (Thursday at 8:30 PM PT on FS1) when the guys asked why RIII -- who's a high school hoops star ... didn't pick up the boxing gloves like his old man.

Roy answers ... and we gotta say ... it's a pretty good one.

Before making the trip to Rio, Team USA cruised around Atlanta and rocked out to some of the biggest songs to date like "Party in The U.S.A" ... which they've obviously rehearsed many times.

A national smoothie chain wants athletes everywhere to know they are completely and 100% PED FREE ... this after an NCAA star publicly wondered whether or not the joint was safe.

It all started when Brad Kaaya -- the Miami Hurricanes QB projected as a top pick in next year's draft -- questioned whether the supplements at Smoothie King were okay by NCAA PED testing standards.

Kaaya was obviously trying to make a point about the testing ... but even still, a rep from Smoothie King (800 stores nationwide) was quick to tell TMZ Sports the athletes have ZERO TO FEAR.

"Our proprietary Gladiator Protein, which is available in smoothies and in retail, is free from banned substances and perfectly safe for all athletes."

Want iron clad proof? The company says their products have already been tested ... by the NBA ... as part of a deal to get naming rights for Smoothie King Center ... where the New Orleans Pelicans play.

4:15 PM PT -- A rep for the Cache County District Attorney's office confirmed Green is being investigated for ANOTHER sexual assault incident, making it 4 total.

10:55 AM PT -- Falcons owner Arthur Blank addressed the Green situation Thursday morning at training camp ... saying, "we don't want anybody connected to the organization who has those kind of accusations against them."

7:09 AM PT -- The Atlanta Falcons have cut Torrey Green. Our NFL sources tell us his release is directly related to the ongoing rape and sexual assault investigations.

An Atlanta Falcons rookie linebacker is at the center of TWO separate rape investigations ... after two different women told cops he sexually assaulted them while he was a star player at Utah State.

TMZ Sports has learned ... the Cache County Attorney's Office in Utah is actively investigating Torrey Green -- a 6'2", 220 pounder who signed a free agent contract with the Falcons back in April.

INCIDENT #1 (January 14, 2015) -- The accuser claims Green took her back to his apartment, pushed her onto the bed, removed her pants and began to have sex with her against her will.

The accuser told cops she was VERY clear to Green she did not want to have sex ... telling him, "Please stop, I don't want to do this" ... but he "went for it" anyway.

After the incident, the woman claims Green said to her, "You aren't the kinda girl that would report rape? Because that would ruin my career."

The woman went to the Utah State sexual assault center that same night and nurses administered a rape kit.

Green told cops the woman is lying -- insisting he stopped his sexual advances when she "hesitated" ... and says he would never have sex with anyone against their will.

INCIDENT #2 (Nov. 21, 2015) -- A different woman claims she and Green had been drinking a lot at a party when he took her to a room, locked the door and begged her to have sex.

The woman says she remembers saying "No" and trying to leave the room, but the door was locked. Next thing she knows, Green is on top of her, her pants were off and she was in pain.

The woman got a rape kit and went to police, but cops say she stopped being cooperative. The case has been kicked over to the D.A. anyway.

There was a 3rd incident involving a 3rd woman ... who claims she was also sexually assaulted by Green in November ... when he groped her several times against her will. She also went to police.

We spoke with Jacob Gordon, a prosecutor in the Cache County District Attorney's office, who told us all the cases are being reviewed for possible charges -- so far, a decision has not been made.

We reached out to Green multiple times over several days -- but have not heard back.

Blake Griffin is f****** hilarious ... and here's video proof.

The L.A. Clippers superstar took the stage at the Just For Laughs event in Montreal last week and flexed his comedy skills for the crowd ... and we gotta say, he drew some pretty big laughs.

Blake's no stranger to the funny business ... having taken classes at a UCB Theatre in L.A. ... but this time his material was WAYYYYY more Richard Pryor than usual, including a story about bangin' a stripper.

Al Sharpton says it's downright UN-AMERICAN for the USA Hoops squad to get luxury treatment in Rio ... saying they should show some unity and rough it with the rest of the Olympic athletes.

If you didn't know ... the men and women's hoops teams got HOOKED UP in Brazil ... staying aboard a sick luxury liner while the other USA athletes get the freshman dorm experience in Olympic Village.

We got Sharpton out in NYC and asked about the accommodation inequality ... which he said is not only unfair ... but goes against everything the red, white and blue stands for.

It's worth noting ... the USA men's hoops team hasn't stayed in Olympic Village since the '88 games ... with the crew staying in hotels since the pros brought their celebrity status to the mix in '92.

Russell Westbrook displayed even more loyalty after signing his huge deal to stay in OKC ... by taking his mom out for a nice meal in Bev Hills.

Jacksonville Jaguars' Denard Robinson is almost off the hook in his bizarre pond accident ... 'cause all he has to do is pay a small court-ordered fine.

The 25-year-old running back was cited for careless driving after crossing a few lanes of traffic and crashing his car into a retention pond on July 3rd.

According to Florida Times-Union's Larry Hannan, Robinson just pled no contest to the citation. The judge ordered him to pay $100 fine and said he'll get no points on his driving record.

Robinson was not present in court, but sent his attorney, Henry Coxe, on his behalf. He argued Robinson's car drifted after he fell asleep at a red light ... but barely went into the water.

Coxe gave us a picture that shows where Robinson's car was when the tow truck showed up.

It pays to make out with Cristiano Ronaldo ... 'cause just days after her Miami romp with CR7 ... a huge underwear company wants IG model Casi Davis to take her clothes off ... and put their skivvies on.

The guys over at Ethika Underwear -- a brand rocked by huge celebs like The Game, Nicki Minaj, and Klay Thompson -- fired off a letter to Casi, offering her a spot on their team as a model and brand ambassador.

"After seeing the photos of you and Cristiano Ronaldo, our team did some research and took notice of how into fitness you are ... We think you would fit perfectly with the rest of the major athletes, models and ambassadors we work with."

Aaron Rodgers' brother says it's "unfortunate" the way "The Bachelorette" featured the rift between his family and the NFL star on the show ... saying the coverage hurt his family.

Luke Rodgers -- the oldest of the Rodgers brothers -- appeared on "TMZ Sports" (airs Wednesday night on FS1) ... and says the fact producers continued to inject Aaron into the show rubbed him the wrong way.

The good news ... Luke says the love between his bro, Jordan Rodgers, and JoJo Fletcher is 100% LEGIT -- telling us, "I've never seen my brother so happy."

WNBA superstar Elena Delle Donne -- the reigning MVP of the league -- has come out publicly for the first time ... revealing in a piece for Vogue magazine she's engaged to a woman.

E.D.D. had never addressed her sexuality in public before ... but in the Vogue piece acknowledges her fiancee Amanda Clifton ... with whom she lives.

It should be noted that Delle Donne and Clifton haven't been shy about being seen together ... regularly posing for pics on social media.
