President Obama says his #2 is ALL IN on the Eagles rookie QB -- with Joe Biden advising POTUS to get on the "Wentz Wagon" ASAP.

Obama was stumping for Hillary Clinton out in Philly earlier Tuesday -- when he talked about how impressed his Vice President was with Carson Wentz when he attended the Eagles game over the weekend.

"He told me, 'Barack, you gotta get on the Wentz Wagon!'"

It's pretty funny ... but Obama says there's NO WAY he'll root for the Birds -- "I explained, 'Joe, I am a Bears fan and we play Philly next Monday night. So, I gotta stick with my team!"

FYI, Biden's a HUGE Eagles fan -- and even took pics with the team after Wentz led the team to victory on Sunday.

Rosie Perez is sick and tired of Canelo Alvarez avoiding GGG's quick hands ... saying it's past time the Mexican superstar step up to the plate and take on Gennady Golovkin.

We got Rosie out in NYC -- looking pretty amazing -- and asked her thoughts on GGG's punishing performance against middleweight contender Kell Brook this past weekend.

She told our guy she thought GGG looked great ... so great that Rosie says she's getting kinda pissed he's not getting a crack at the big PPV fights ... namely the rumble with Alvarez, which would be the biggest fight in boxing.

Lil Wayne just put himself in the national convo about race and police brutality by revealing a bombshell -- he's NEVER dealt with racism.

The rapper made the surprising admission to Skip Bayless on "Undisputed" on FS1. Check out the vid ... Skip asks Weezy -- who grew up in New Orleans -- about race relations and what he experiences in his day-to-day life, and uhhh ...

The guy who invaded the field during the 49ers vs. Rams game last night -- and covered more ground than Case Keenum -- was arrested immediately following his 4th quarter romp.

The invasion actually went viral, thanks to the brilliant live commentary of MNF announcer Kevin Harlan ... who proclaimed, "The guy is drunk, but there he goes!"

He later described the incident as, "The most exciting thing to happen tonight."

It was.

But it came at a cost for the invader -- who happened to be an underage male ... according to the Santa Clara PD.

A police spokesperson confirms the kid was arrested for an unspecified misdemeanor.

More importantly ... maybe the Rams should give him a tryout.

The NFL has no plans to fine Tennessee Titans linebacker Avery Williamson for his custom 9/11 cleats he wore on Sunday ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Williamson planned the tribute back in August and had custom cleats made with a patriotic theme and the words, "Never Forget" on the back.

Williamson said he was contacted by a league rep over the cleats and advised not to wear them. Several police organizations and even his coach offered to pay for any potential fines.

But when we asked the NFL if Williamson would be fined, since he ended up wearing them on Sunday -- we were told straight-up by a league spokesperson, "No, nothing anticipated."

As for the cleats, Williamson is auctioning them off with proceeds going to Operation Warrior Wishes.

Kid Rock ain't a fan of Colin Kaepernick's protest.

The rocker was performing "Born Free" at Fenway Park in Boston over the weekend -- when he stopped mid-song to tell the crowd, "Man, f*** Colin Kaepernick!"

Lil Wayne says he IS retired from music ... at least, for now ... and it's all over his war with Birdman.

The rapper just appeared on "Undisputed" on FS1 -- where Skip Bayless got straight to the point and asked if his tweets about retiring from music earlier this month were real.

The explanation ... Weezy says when he posted the tweet, he was PISSED OFF following a heated argument over his business relationship with Cash Money Records.

Wayne claims Birdman owes him millions -- and it's having a real impact on his personal life.

"I have a family. I have kids. I have a mother. We have bills. This is just business."

Wayne says he will NEVER work with Birdman ever again -- and for all intents and purposes, considers himself retired ... at least, until he gets paid.

He did send this message to his former boss -- "Gimme mine and I'll walk free."

Snoop Dogg LOOOVED Antonio Brown's twerkalicious touchdown dance Monday night -- in fact, Snoop busted out a version of his own right after the game!

"You see that dance he did??? He just f***ed 'em," Snoop said.

Ryan Lochte was on the verge of being attacked Monday night during the live season premiere of "Dancing with the Stars" ... and the men who rushed the stage were taken down by security and detained.

Lochte had just finished a foxtrot with Cheryl Burke and they were standing next to Tom Bergeron to get the judges' feedback, when a group in the audience ripped their shirts open to reveal the round symbol for "No Lochte" on their t-shirts. The group was booing the swimmer when one rushed the stage.

Both men were arrested for criminal trespassing.

Colin Kaepernick's National Anthem protest has made it to "South Park" -- where the guys spoofed the controversy with a "Cops Are Pigs" version of "The Star-Spangled Banner."

In a 30 second teaser for Wednesday's show, a bunch of the characters are singing the Anthem at a sporting event with the following lyrics ...

"Colin Kaepernick is brave ... cops are pigs, cops are pigs

Wait, someone just took my stuff, I need to call the cops

Lil Wayne is finally gonna tell the world if he really plans to make good on his threats to retire from music -- and it's all going down TODAY.

Weezy is all set to appear on "Undisputed" on FS1 -- where Skip Bayless will ask him straight-up if he's hanging up the mic for good ... as he hinted on social media earlier this month.

Of course, the legendary rapper has been at war with Birdman -- who he claims owes him millions of dollars and has been holding his never been released album, "Tha Carter V," hostage.

Wayne's been so pissed off over the situation, he's been following Drake from city to city -- where he's been jumping onstage and screaming, "F*** Cash Money."

But the real scare came when a clearly frustrated Weezy tweeted, "I am now defenseless and mentally defeated & I leave gracefully and thankful I luh my fanz but I'm dun."

Rap fans freaked out ... and huge stars begged him to reconsider ... and the next day, he sort of backpedaled.

But now we're finally gonna get our answer once and for all ... when Weezy sits down on "Undisputed" at 9:30 AM ET, 6:30 AM PT on Tuesday ... don't miss it.

Tony Romo's upgrading in Dallas in a BIG way ... he's building a massive new home in a prestigious gated community ... and TMZ Sports has pics of the pad.

The Dallas Cowboys QB's new home is under construction on a 3 ACRE plot of land he purchased a few years back.

According to tax records, the land alone was valued at more than $4 MILLION when it was assessed in 2014.

As for the home itself, it looks huge ... public documents show it will boast 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 wet bars, 2 fireplaces, a pool with a cabana and much, much more!

Our sources say construction is about 3/4 of the way done.

Romo has listed his other Texas home -- a 5,551 square foot mansion for $1.05 million ... so we're guessing he plans to move in pretty soon.

Coach Allen Iverson???

Maybe ... 'cause his buddy, Tyronn Lue -- coach of the world champion Cleveland Cavs has invited his old nemesis to join his bench.

In case you missed it, Iverson gave Lue a big shout-out during his Hall of Fame induction speech this weekend ... and said they became good friends after the legendary "step-over" at the 2001 NBA Finals.

Iverson also mentioned in his speech that point guards seem to become the best NBA coaches -- and since A.I. played some P.G., we asked Lue if "The Answer" was a candidate for a job.
