N.Y. Jets stud Buster Skrine says Michael Vick is without a doubt the hardest throwing QB he's ever faced ... telling TMZ Sports he almost broke his finger deflecting one of Vick's passes.

Skrine gives us the lowdown on just how much sauce Vick put on the ball ... and it's safe to say his hands are relieved the 4-time Pro Bowler's retired.

Christina Milian and her much younger NFL player boyfriend seem to be getting along just fine for a new couple.

The 35-year-old Milian and 23-year-old Brandon Wilds -- who suited up for 4 games for the New York Jets last season -- grabbed some grub in Hollywood Friday.

Wilds is slotted pretty low on the Jets' depth chart ... might be why he looks so comfortable on that bench.

There will be no bad blood between the Yankees and Derek Jeter if #2 becomes an owner of a rival MLB team ... this according to George Steinbrenner IV.

Allen then says he longed for that type of support -- he had a relationship with his dad, but was raised by a single mom in Chicago -- claiming Ball's controversial parenting would've made him even greater.

UFC fighter Pearl Gonzalez WILL fight at UFC 210 after the NY State Athletic Commission cleared her to participate despite having breast implants.

The NYSAC said it conducted a review into Gonzalez based on information that came to light at the weigh in Friday morning. MMAFighting.com said the information was that Gonzalez has breast implants.

But moments ago, the NYSAC issued a statement saying, "The Commission has completed its review and has cleared Ms. Gonzalez to participate in UFC 210."

She will make her UFC debut against Cynthia Calvillo on Saturday night as planned.

It's the second major UFC bombshell of the day ... following Daniel Cormier's mysterious weight cut at the UFC 210 weigh-ins ... when he lost 1.2 pounds in 2 minutes.

Ex-boxing champ Kelly Pavlik worked out two plea deals in a single day, resolving charges relating to a pellet gun attack from 2015 and allegations of breaking and entering in 2011.

As we previously reported ... the former WBO and WBC middleweight champ was charged with felony assault in 2015 after he shot a guy with a pellet gun.

Prosecutors added the breaking and entering charge stemming from a 2011 incident where he allegedly broke into a foreclosed house and stole piping.

A rep for the Mahoning County Court tells us Pavlik pled guilty to a reduced charge in the gun case on Thursday. He was sentenced to 6 months in jail, but the judge suspended the time.

In the breaking and entering case, he entered a supervised diversion program that will last at least a year. If he successfully completes the program, the charge will be dismissed.

2:57PM PT -- The 49ers just announced they've cut Tramaine Brock.

49ers CB Tramaine Brock was arrested for felony domestic violence near San Francisco ... after he allegedly got physical with a girl he was dating.

Santa Clara police say they responded to a report of domestic violence on Thursday night at 9:35 PM. When they arrived, cops say they made contact with a woman who had visible injuries.

Officials tell TMZ Sports that Brock was NOT on the scene when they arrived ... but later went to the station to talk to cops. He was then booked for felony domestic violence.

Cops say the woman's injuries were minor, and she did not require medical attention.

Brock, 28 -- one of the best players on the 49ers defense -- was taken to Santa Clara County Jail. A judge has not yet set bail.

LaVar Ball claims his comment criticizing white players on UCLA's basketball team wasn't racist ... saying "that's just a realistic fact."

Ball joined "Tiki and Tierney" on CBS Sports Radio to address his controversial statement ... “You can’t win no championship with three white guys because the foot speed is too slow.”

Ball insists he wasn't blaming Lonzo's teammates for losing to Kentucky, saying he places all the fault on his son.

"But I said prove me wrong that you can’t win nowadays with three white guys on the floor at the same time," Ball says. "I’m not saying I don’t like white people and white people can’t win or nothing like that."

"I’m just saying when you have more athleticism (on the floor), it’s kind of hard when you don’t have the foot speed. That’s just a realistic fact.”

“It’s not racial. I can’t be racial. Some people just take it the wrong way and that’s okay."

Michael Rapaport has had ENOUGH of LaVar Ball's trash talk -- and just tore Lonzo's dad a new a-hole for the comments he made about "white guys" being inferior basketball players.

The actor/basketball fanatic said he's sick of people giving LaVar a "pass" under the guise of being a "good father" ... and says it's time Ball starts being held accountable for the offensive statements he's made.

He also rips LaVar's Big Baller Brand shirts -- saying they look "uncomfortable as f*ck."

How the hell did Daniel Cormier lose 1.2 pounds in 2 minutes??!?

Huge dump? Big puke? Quick sweat session??

That's the question everyone is asking after the UFC star miraculously made weight for his UFC 210 fight after a nearly missing the cut at the official weigh-in Friday morning.

Long story short ... Cormier weighed 206.2 at his initial weigh-in -- 1.2 pounds over weight.

He left the room and came back 2 minutes and 24 seconds later ... and somehow, weighed in at 205 exactly. The fight with "Rumble" Johnson is now official.

But everyone wants to know what changed in those 2 minutes. Some conspiracy theorists think he grabbed the towel that was shielding his naked body and pressed down to fool the scale.

For the record, event officials have called BS on that theory.

Ex-Florida Gators player Daniel McMillian -- who's gunning to picked in the NFL Draft -- was arrested for sexual assault and kidnapping Thursday night in Gainesville, FL ... TMZ Sports has learned.

According to a police report, McMillian -- who was a LB on the team for 4 years -- invited a woman over to his apartment around 3:40 PM. When she arrived, he allegedly took the girl into his room and exposed himself.

Cops say the woman told D.M. she was uncomfortable and tried to leave, but he blocked her exit. He then allegedly grabbed her butt, before she kicked McMillian in the genitals, and ran out of the apartment.

The former 4-star high school recruit was booked for 2 felonies -- sexual assault and kidnapping -- and is being held in jail on $40k bond.
