Landon Donovan's finding ways to keep his mind off that World Cup snub -- including a hot steak date with a hot chick in Beverly Hills last night ... and TMZ Sports has the pics.

Donovan and a mystery woman (who bears a striking resemblance to his ex-wife Bianca Kajlich) hit up Mastro's Steakhouse in Bev Hills.

FYI -- Donovan and Bianca were officially divorced in 2011 ... 5 years after they tied the knot. Bianca is now married to "Loveline" co-host Mike Catherwood.

Sources close to the situation tell us Bianca and Landon are still cool with each other. In fact, we're told the relationship is "friendly."

As for the new lady on Landon's arm -- no word if they're "official" or simply good friends ... but they did look pretty happy together.

Though Landon would probably be happier if they were eating steak together in Brazil right now.

Justin Bieber shocked a gym full of people yesterday -- not with his basketball skills, but by keeping his shirt ON while he was balling.

Going topless has kinda become JB's trademark, yet he hit the hardwood at Equinox in West L.A. for a pickup game with his buds ... and actually wore a black tank (and headband) while playing.

Justin didn't totally disappoint though. Check out our hot, sweaty footage of him leaving the gym.

It's all fun and games until someone gets shot in the face ... just ask New Orleans Saints running back Khiry Robinson who took a pellet to the grill during a paintball outing last week ... and TMZ Sports has the dramatic (hilarious) video.

It all went down this week at Paintball Command in Mandeville, LA where the Saints -- including QB Drew Brees and head coach Sean Payton -- gathered for a team-building paintball outing.

The video is pure hilarity, showing Khiry woofing and talking trash Tony Montana-style ... only to end up like Tony did -- on his back.

You can hear staff member Angel Santiago SCREAMING for everyone to stop shooting once he realizes Khiry got blasted -- and you can see the paint all over Robinson's face.

But don't worry ... we're told Khiry wasn't hurt at all -- and got back to paintballing right away.

For the record, we're told only one player complained about the pain from getting shot by a paintball -- Thomas Morstead ... who happens to be the kicker.

Shaquille O'Neal is no JOKE at the turntables ... and will actually IMPRESS the crowd when he makes his debut as a nightclub DJ in Vegas next week ... so says Kenny "The Jet" Smith.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Shaq -- aka DJ Diesel -- inked a deal to rock the wheels of steel at Chateau Nightclub in the Paris Hotel next Friday ... and he's taking the gig very seriously.

In fact, Smith tells us he's personally heard Shaq's DJ skills and says straight up -- "He's good ... I'm telling you man, you're gonna be surprised."

Smith says Shaq's been practicing behind the scenes -- and he's so good, Kenny says he would hire the Big Fella to DJ one of his own parties ... "for the right price."

So, what kind of music is Shaq's specialty? Kenny says there's a particular genre that's right in his sweet spot -- check out the clip.

They don't call it the Stanley CUP for nothing -- which is why a bunch of L.A. Kings players used it to serve up champagne to hot chicks in Vegas last night ... and TMZ Sports has the pics.

Donald Sterling knew full well he was being tested for Alzheimer's when a doctor examined him last month ... but it's unclear if Donald knew his control over the L.A. Clippers was on the line.

TMZ Sports has obtained a letter written by the examining doctor to Shelly Sterling's lawyer, Pierce O'Donnell. According to the letter, the doc met Donald at his house on May 22. Shelly was also present.

After the exam the doctor concluded Donald's mind was impaired by the disease, to the point he was "at risk of making potentially serious errors of judgment, impulse control, and recall in the management of his finances and his trust."

Here's what's murky. It's unclear if Donald knew he was being examined for the purpose of determining if he should be stripped of control over the team. The doctor explains Sterling had previously been examined by a doctor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center who concluded he had Alzheimer's, and the doctor was there for a second opinion.

The doctor writes, "I asked him if he knew why I was there, and he said, 'I think so.'"

Keyshia Cole is officially pulling the plug on her marriage to ex-NBA player Daniel "Boobie" Gibson -- 3 months after revealing they had split.

Sources close to the singer tell TMZ she's already drawn up divorce papers and we're told she plans to file them any day now. The couple has a 4-year-old son.

Keyshia and Boobie had 2 wedding ceremonies ... the first in May 2011, and then a bigger -- aka expensive -- one four months later in Hawaii. One divorce will get the job done though.

Interestingly, Cole just released a new single called "She" which seems to allude to a female lover: "Down to try something different/Lips and legs/Soft skin so feminine/Curves like me/Covered in my cherry scent."

It may not be a prestigious world title win ... but TNA wrestler Bully Ray says he's been honored with something not many people in wrestling can lay claim too -- a Mae Young fart.

Bully -- aka Bubba Ray Dudley during his WWE run -- was out in Rockefeller Plaza Wednesday when we asked if he'd ever been hit with a stinker while wrestling an opponent.

Bubba says the most memorable time it happened was in 2001 when he famously powerbombed 76-year-old Mae Young through a table.

The poot was real powerful -- you gotta hear his explanation.

The Miami Police Department is coming out swinging against the Colin Kaepernick accuser -- claiming her allegations that cops tampered with evidence are total B.S. and they can prove it.

We broke the story ... the accuser, Jayniece Prichette, filed a complaint with the PD claiming "corrupt" cops tampered with her toxicology tests and rape-kit evidence ... and ultimately destroyed her case against the NFL star.

But a spokesperson for the Miami PD tells us the cops NEVER handled any of the medical tests or the rape-kit -- insisting that evidence was collected by medical personnel at a rape treatment center. The rep says cops never laid a hand on the evidence ... and only learned the results of the tests when the rape center contacted them with the information.

There's more ... Miami PD says they reached out to Prichette to follow up on her complaint -- but say she "wasn't cooperative" ... and officials ultimately made the decision to end the internal affairs investigation.

Terry Bradshaw admits his joke about Peyton Manning habitually choking in Super Bowls was "tasteless" ... but he tells TMZ Sports he sure as hell won't apologize for it.

Bradshaw's been getting some heat ever since he took aim at Manning during his 1-man show, "America's Favorite Dumb Blonde" earlier this week and said:

"Peyton Manning, considered the best quarterback to play the game today. Nobody would argue with that -- if you like winning good during the season and losing Super Bowls, that’s your guy."

Now, Bradshaw tells TMZ Sports ... "I got caught up in the moment -- it just popped out."

But he's adamant he wasn't trying to be mean to Peyton -- he was just making a harmless joke -- and says there's absolutely no need to apologize.

"Does Jay Leno call and apologize to people when he makes a joke about them?"

Bradshaw says he respects Peyton as "one of the greatest QBs ever" -- and thinks Peyton will probably think the whole thing is funny.

Life's a beach ... and then your husband's team chokes in the World Cup to Uruguay -- at least that's the way the World Cup shook out for Wayne Rooney's wife.

Coleen Rooney was spotted out at a beach in Rio on Wednesday -- kicking around a soccer ball while rockin' a hot blue bikini.

Of course, the very next day ... Wayne and Team England lost a key match to Uruguay ... and now they need a miracle if they hope to advance to the next round (Italy needs to beat both Costa Rica and Uruguay, PLUS England has to beat Costa Rica).

They say "happy wife, happy life" ... and the same rings true for NBA superstars -- because Carmelo Anthony's wife tells TMZ Sports her opinion definitely matters when it comes to where Melo will play next season.

LaLa Anthony was out in NYC yesterday -- and while we pressed about Melo, she made sure to remind us to go see her new movie, "Think Like a Man Too."

The hand-written notes from Mickey Mantle's emotional farewell address -- scribbled from his deathbed in 1995 -- just sold at auction for $24,000 ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Mantle scribbled the notes on a PGA scorecard right before he gave his last public speech (which was nationally televised from Baylor University).

One of the most memorable lines from the speech -- "I didn't know how Lou Gehrig could here [sic] at home plate knowing he was going to die and say he was the luckiest man on the face of Earth [sic]. Now I think I know."

The item was part of a big sports memorabilia auction put on by Grey Flannel Auctions -- which also featured a Michael Jordan game-worn rookie jersey ... which sold for $25,076.

There's more ... a 1927 New York Yankees "Murderers' Row" signed photograph -- with autographs from Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig -- raked in almost $72k.

An autographed game-used Hank Aaron jersey from 1974 -- the year he broke the all-time home run record -- was also snatched up for a cool $29,586.

So far, the identities of the buyers are unknown -- but clearly, huge sports fans.

Dwyane Wade's ex-wife, Siohvaughn Funches-Wade, is suing the NBA All-Star's team of lawyers and a bunch of Chicago-area cops for $50,000, accusing them of conspiring to lock her up for kidnapping.

Siovaughn filed a Federal lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, in which she claims she and a friend were called "bitches" by police during her 2012 arrest for child abduction and unlawful visitation with the ex-couple's 2 kids.

Siohvaughn also accuses former cop Timothy Baldermann of pretending to be the Chief of the Chicago Ridge Police Department at the scene of the arrest. It's an interesting accusation ... since Baldermann used to be Chief, but retired back in 2010.

According to the court documents, obtained by TMZ, she also says cops wrenched her arm during the arrest and tore her rotator cuff.

Siohvaughn is suing for excessive force and false arrest, in addition to defamation of character.

12:08 PM PT -- Submitting the voice mails in court didn't help Shelly's case -- the judge just rejected her request for an injunction against Donald and his attorneys.

Donald Sterling went NUCLEAR on one of the psychiatrists who performed medical tests on him recently ... leaving the guy a NASTY voice mail ... cursing him out and calling him a "tramp."

TMZ Sports has obtained a recording of the voice mail Donald left for Dr. James Spar -- in which he explodes at the doctor, who had determined he was mentally incompetent:

"I'm not incompetent, YOU'RE F**KING INCOMPETENT ... you stupid f**king doctor!!!"

During the rant, Sterling vows to call UCLA and have the doctor fired immediately.

Sterling left a second voice mail -- for the other psychiatrist who evaluated him -- and ripped her too:

"You released my medical records of my head to a law firm without my permission. And you came in and you purported to examine me and you never told me anything about it."

Sterling continued, "You're nothing but a fraud and liar and a cheat and I'm gonna see that you lose your license ... and I'm suing you for conspiracy!"

As we previously reported, both doctors submitted their evaluations of Sterling saying he is "suffering from cognitive impairment, secondary to primary dementia, Alzheimer's disease" and is unfit to run the business affairs of the L.A. Clippers.
