Doesn't matter that he'll be working here for the next couple of years ... and making MILLIONS ... NBA draft pick Joel Embiid says he won't be celebrating the 4th today because he's not American.

Embiid -- who hails from Cameroon -- was limping out of dinner at Boa Steakhouse in Hollywood last night when we asked him about his plans for the holiday ... and the guy gave us a very honest answer.

The good news for 76ers fans -- Embiid was moving around pretty good on his right foot ... despite the fact it's still in a cast.

UFC's hottest ring girl Arianny Celeste is no player hater ... she's an appreciator ... and she's giving mad props to one UFC fighter for absolutely SLAYING IT with the ladies.

Celeste was flaunting her killer physique out at the pool at the Mandalay Bay for UFC International Fight Week ... when we asked her who she thought was the best looking fighter around.

It didn't take her long to name Urijah Faber -- and says she's not the only one who feels that way because the dude "pulls mad chicks!"

A 19-year-old Texas Tech cheerleader says she's received DEATH THREATS over her penchant for hunting exotic animals ... and one of the harassers is one of the "Real Housewives of Miami."

Molly Schuyler -- a 120-pound mother of 4 -- just DESTROYED the competition at a burger-eating contest in D.C. ... putting down 26 in 10 mins ... and TMZ Sports has the gut-busting footage.

Schuyler rose to fame earlier this year when she polished off a 72 ounce steak in 2 minutes and 44 seconds ... and footage of the chow session went viral on the web.

Well, Molly took her talents to the East Coast on Thursday for Z-Burger's annual Independence Burger Eating Championship ... and crushed it ... winning the $1,500 prize and beating last year's winner by 1 whole burger.

No BBQ or fireworks for alleged murderer Aaron Hernandez for the 4th of July ... instead, the former NFL star will dine on the finest pizza the Bristol County Jail has to offer ... TMZ Sports has learned.

If you've been watching "Orange Is the New Black," you know inmates like to celebrate the holidays too ... unfortunately for Aaron his Independence Day menu isn't as patriotic as he probably wanted.

The waitress who got stiffed by Warren Sapp is getting PAID by strangers -- who have called up the restaurant to donate almost $100 in "tips" to the server ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We spoke to the owner of the Upper Deck Ale and Sports Grille in Florida who tell us so far 2 people have called up to make sure Corey was "taken care of" after Warren laid a goose egg in the tip department after a 2-hour meal on Tuesday.

One person left $30 for Corey ... the other left $60 -- not bad considering Warren's bill was only $69.

But get this ... the owner tells TMZ Sports he has gone back and reviewed the surveillance tape from the infamous encounter ... and says Corey's service was "phenomenal" that day.

"[Corey and her associate] checked on his table 22 times."

The owner tells us Corey will still face punishment for sending the photo of Sapp's receipt to her sister (who later put it on Facebook) ... but she will NOT be fired.

"We're probably going to do a 1 week suspension."

As for Warren, he claims he's justified in his stiffness -- claiming she addressed his party as "boys" when she approached the table and he found it disrespectful.

Tim Howard's defense is still IMPENETRABLE ... throwing a QUICK BLOCK on an overzealous fan who tried to get too close at LAX ... and TMZ Sports caught the whole thing on video.

UFC badass Tyron Woodley knows ... a strong beard makes a strong man ... and now, he's finally revealing his hairy secrets so weaker men can step up their follicle game.

Woodley -- who's out in Vegas for UFC International Fight Week -- told us the 6 ESSENTIAL STEPS in growing and maintaining a kick ass face warmer ... involving hibiscus, fancy shampoo and shea butter.

She's been out to dinner with him ... on weekend trips with him ... and even street fairs together -- but the new lady on Donald Sterling's arm tells TMZ Sports she's NOT dating the billionaire.

Her name is Raven -- and she was out in L.A. yesterday when she made it very clear her relationship with Donald is strictly professional ... not romantic.

"We're not in a relationship, hes a married man."

Raven says she met Sterling through V. Stiviano -- and despite the fact she's a designer and has experience in fashion, she's now helping Donald run his business affairs.

But Raven says she's not looking for a free ride -- telling TMZ Sports there are times she cracks open her own wallet when the two hit the town.

Ronda Rousey doesn't need a fancy gym to keep herself in shape -- the UFC superstar says she keeps her training up with hotel room workouts ... complete with sparring sessions.

Rousey -- who's gearing up to fight Alexis Davis at UFC 175 -- is staying at the Mandalay Bay for UFC Fight Week ... and turned her suite into a killer close-quarters battle center.

You gotta watch the clip, featured on UFC's "Embedded," which shows Ronda doing everything from sparring, to arm-bar training, ab exercises and hardcore cardio punching workouts.

"Sometimes, I have my best mit work in hotel room," Ronda says.

DeAndre Jordan's European vacation has moved to Amsterdam ... where the L.A. Clippers superstar did what everyone in Amsterdam does -- visited one of the famous coffee shops.

Ricky Williams says Johnny Manziel has worked too damn hard to NOT go out and enjoy himself ... telling TMZ Sports, "Sometimes people need to have fun to play well."

Williams was in L.A. to tape a commercial for the ESPN Heisman House ... where he met Johnny Football for the very first time ... and says they got along great.

Of course, we had to ask Ricky about Johnny's penchant for partying -- and the ex-NFL star told us he not only approves, but says it could be imperative to his long-term success.

"You know, I was a rookie at one time, 1st round draft pick, and had a chance to do all the cool stuff I always wanted to do ... so I'm happy for him."

There's more ... Ricky also told us he's been doing "healing work" with ex-football players who suffer from concussion-related medical issues ... and has reached out to several former NFL stars to try to help 'em out.

Maybe the WWE realized ... if stealing a $21.14 iPad case is a fireable offense ... there wouldn't be enough wrestlers left for a tag team match -- so they REHIRED Diva Emma 2 hours after canning her.

The wrestling org gave Emma the boot 2 days after she copped a plea to stealing the iPad case from a Connecticut Walmart.

The WWE just said, "Upon further evaluation, WWE has reinstated [Diva Emma] but will take appropriate punitive action for her violation of the law."

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... WWE officials quickly realized they overreacted, because their action would open the floodgates to fire a gaggle of wrestlers for fighting outside the ring, DUI and all sorts of other misdeeds.

It's unclear how Emma will be punished.

iPad case closed.

The waitress who got stiffed by Warren Sapp says she never tried to INSULT the ex-NFL star ... claiming he simply OVERREACTED when she approached the table and said, "Hey boys."

The waitress -- who goes by Corey -- called in to the Andy Slater Show on WINZ in Miami and said she went up to Warren's table and said, "Hey boys what can I get you to drink?"

Corey said Warren stopped her in her tracks and said, "We're not boys. I'm a man!"

Corey says she then used other names like "sugar" and "honey" to address Sapp.
