Don't blame Tony Stewart for the accident that killed Kevin Ward Jr. -- blame Ward ... at least that's the way the star of "Purge: Anarchy" sees it.

Frank Grillo broke down the horrific video of the Canandaigua Speedway tragedy with us Sunday night outside Madeo -- and he immediately stated, "Totally not Tony Stewart's fault!"

There's been a ton of speculation Stewart lost his temper, and cops are still investigating ... but Grillo explains why he thinks Tony did the best he could, under the circumstances.

Interesting theory.

UFC fighter Joe Riggs has a huge hole in his leg, and another in his hand ... but he's still vowing to fight again as early as December -- which is unbelievable when you see how badly his hand was injured in a gun accident.

TMZ Sports broke the story ... Riggs was cleaning his Sig Sauer 1911 pistol last month when the weapon discharged, blowing a hole in his left leg. He also severely jacked up his left hand. Fair warning ... these pics of the damage are gruesome.

We're told Riggs' doctors are only willing to say he will "eventually" make a full recovery -- but the fighter is confident he'll be ready to go before year's end.

U.S. Olympian Joshua Mance's dream of bangin' a porn star could still be alive -- 'cause one of the hottest women in the flesh biz tells TMZ Sports she's willing to give him a shot at her gold medal.

We shot Josh a few weeks back, and the Olympic silver medalist made an impassioned plea for us to hook him up with porn star Skin Diamond -- which didn't exactly work out.

But sometimes when one door closes, another hole opens -- because Courtney Taylor tells us she saw our video of Joshua, and thinks ..."He is super cute. I'd be all about that boy."

Courtney -- star of "Art Of Anal 2" and "Interracial Swingers 1" -- says she's ready to introduce Josh to her style of banging, telling us ... "Trust me, he'd love his first porn star experience."

Investigators collected ZERO video from Tony Stewart and Kevin Ward Jr.'s race teams after Saturday night's tragedy because the Sheriff says it does not exist -- which TMZ Sports has learned is a little strange.

Ontario County Sheriff Philip Povero tells TMZ Sports they checked Stewart's #14 sprint car -- and Ward's #13 -- to see if there was mini-cam footage of the moment the NASCAR superstar barreled into Ward ... but came up with zilch.

It's odd because we're told -- by multiple sources in the racing world -- Stewart commonly has a mini-camera of some sort mounted on his cars when he races on smaller dirt tracks like Canandaigua. We've made multiple calls to Stewart's racing teams, but have not heard back.

The sheriff also told us there were no recordings of communication between Stewart and his pit crew -- though our sources say that's standard ops for a small race not airing on TV.

That lack of evidence perhaps explains why the sheriff has made several pleas to the public for any footage of the incident. It's simply not clear from the YouTube footage already out there if Stewart was reckless.

10:50 AM PT -- Tony Stewart just released a statement, saying … "There aren't words to describe the sadness I feel about the accident that took the life of Kevin Ward Jr. It's a very emotional time for all involved, and it is the reason I've decided not to participate in today's race at Watkins Glen."

He added, "My thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends and everyone affected by this tragedy."

Tony Stewart is just trying to "get through today" … according to the exec from his racing team who announced Stewart was bowing out of today's NASCAR Sprint Cup Race.

Greg Zipadelli, a V.P. at Stewart-Haas Racing, was visibly emotional as he held the news conference in Watkins Glens, NY … describing Stewart's state of mind hours after he hit and killed fellow driver Kevin Ward Jr. during a race at a nearby track.

Zipadelli talked about Stewart's decision not to race today -- the team initially said he would -- calling it, "the right thing to do."

Reporters were instructed not to ask about the investigation into Ward's death.

7:45 AM PT -- Stewart has pulled out of today's Sprint Cup race. His team says Regan Smith will fill-in behind the wheel of Stewart's #14 car.

NASCAR superstar Tony Stewart drove his race car into another driver Saturday night … sending the man to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Kevin Ward Jr. had gotten out of his #13 car after an on-track accident involving Stewart during a sprint car race (dirt track) in Canandaigua, NY.

There is a warrant out for the arrest of former NFL wide receiver Titus Young, and TMZ Sports has learned it shouldn't be hard for cops to find him … since he's already behind bars.

It's weird, but law enforcement sources tell us ... Young was arrested back in March for reckless driving, which, pardon the phrase, flew under the radar. Cops say the ex-Lions receiver was driving over 110 MPH in his Porsche and weaving in and out of traffic.

Young was arrested, charged with reckless driving (a misdemeanor) … and released.

But Young doubled down in July -- allegedly -- as TMZ Sports previously reported, he was arrested in Compton last month after getting into a fight with his lawyer. He's been in jail ever since because he has not posted the $130,000 bail.

But last week, the judge in his reckless driving case issued a bench warrant for Young's arrest … clearly unaware he's already behind bars.

NFL Hall of Famer and Texas legend Earl Campbell is about to get a prestigious honor, but all he really cares about is hooking up again with his old pal Matthew McConaughey.

Campbell and McConaughey are set to receive the 'Distinguished Service' honor from University of Texas alumni group "Texas Exes" -- and Earl kinda shocked us when he revealed that he and Matt used to kick it in Austin.

But the Heisman winner knows a lot has changed since those days -- like Matt becoming an Oscar winner -- and he confessed he has one concern about their October reunion.

MMA fighter, turned fugitive War Machine has finally broken his silence following the beating that took place Friday at his home … leaving his girlfriend porn star Christy Mack hospitalized.

War Machine tweeted, "@ChristyMack I love you and hope you're okay. I came him(sp) early to surprise you and help you set up for your convention. I can't believe what I found and can't believe what happened."

As we previously reported ... War Machine is the primary suspect in the beating and he's wanted by cops in Las Vegas. So far, he still hasn't turned himself in or been found.

The ex-Bellator fighter doesn't go into further detail about what he claims to have found ... but adds, "All I wanted was to surprise you and help and do something nice...now this."

Porn star Christy Mack can barely speak after the beating in which her boyfriend War Machine is the prime suspect ... TMZ has learned.

As we previously reported ... police say War Machine was involved in a 3-person altercation early Friday morning at their home in Vegas. One of the victims was described as the fighter's "significant other" -- and now Mack's rep confirms she was involved.

We're told the porn star is currently in "very bad shape" and afraid for her life.

Christy's rep says they're unclear about what happened in their home ... because Mack's injuries have made it difficult for her to speak.

The rep also says Christy's family and friends are willing to pony up a $5000 reward to anyone who can help police locate the fugitive MMA fighter.

Las Vegas police say they are unaware of the reward.

The rep adds, "We just want to find him. We are all very scared."

Jerry Jones has no problem with his baller Dallas Cowboys bus cruising the Sunset Strip, because ... off the field … his staffers are world class entertainers.

Jones walked out of Mr. Chow in Bev Hills last night and talked about the video TMZ Sports got of his son Stephen Jones, and his posse, pulling the bus up to Bootsy Bellows Tuesday night.

You gotta hear JJ explain it, but it sounds like he's saying everybody wants to hang with the 'Boys … so they have to do a ton of partying when they're not working. It's just good business.

U.S. women's soccer star Alex Morgan says FIFA is using women as "guinea pigs" by making them play their World Cup on artificial turf while the men have no plans to switch any time soon.

Morgan and several other women's soccer players are furious the 2015 World Cup in Canada will be played on artificial turf as a "test" … while the men will play on grass for their next two World Cups.

Bellator President Scott Coker tells TMZ Sports ... "We have a zero tolerance policy here at Bellator when it relates to any form of domestic violence, and after learning of this latest incident involving (Jon Koppenhaver) War Machine, Bellator is releasing him from his promotional contract with the organization."

War Machine is wanted by Las Vegas police in a severe beating that may have landed his porn star girlfriend in the hospital.

According to police, War Machine was involved in a 3-person altercation early Friday morning at their home in Vegas. Two of the combatants sustained severe, but non life threatening injuries ... and were taken to a hospital. One of the victims is described as the fighter's "significant other."

It's well know that War Machine has been dating porn star Christy Mack since last year -- however police have not released the names of the victims.

When officers arrived on the scene we're told they determined that War Machine was the "primary suspect" -- but police have not been able to find him all day.

War Machine was arrested for assault during a San Diego bar fight back in 2010. He ended up getting a one-year jail sentence for that case.

San Francisco 49ers tight end Vernon Davis finally got his hands on the $100,000 toy he's been after for years -- a brand new customized T-Rex that looks like it's straight outta the Bat Cave.

The folks at RoadStarr Motorsports tell TMZ Sports ... Davis recently picked up a 1400RR, which had to be converted to hold his 6'3", 250 pound frame.

We're told they took apart the whole 3-wheel bike, raised the roof ... stretched out the frame -- and then packed it full of some SICK features.

Vernon's T-Rex has speakers inside and all around the bike, touch screen stereo system with navigation and reverse camera, smoked out lights, and a string of LEDs at the bottom. Plus, the thing does 0-60 mph in under 3 seconds!

Davis has been after a T-Rex since at least 2012 ... when he appeared on a video game talk show called "The Jace Hall Show" and tried to buy one off the host.
