Everyone should get off Wes Welker's ass about allegations he did MDMA during the Kentucky Derby ... so says "The League" star Paul Scheer who says the guy has earned the right to pop Molly!

"If I was a football player, I'd be doing Molly too," Paul says ... "makes the game way more exciting!"

The guy is hilarious ... and explains why he thinks a little molly every now and then might actually be able to help Welker's career.

Of course, Welker has denied the allegations ... and says he NEVER does drugs ... but Scheer says it doesn't really matter.

After saying he'll retire when he "sucks," Tom Brady got some positive affirmation from fellow QB Kurt Warner ... who tells TMZ Sports he's still got "a little bit longer" to go.

The former Super Bowl champ was leaving Craig's in West Hollywood last night when he says Tom was expressing how every QB feels toward the end of their career.

"I think everybody says that ... it's just a matter of when you suck ... we all think we suck at different times."

Warner says every QB needs to know the "right time" to walk away ... adding, "Sometimes you just know.

"Like for me, I hope I didn't suck when I finished. I just knew it was the right time."

McKayla Maroney isn't letting the nude photo hacker ruin her life -- laughing off questions about the scumbag during an outing in Bev Hills Tuesday.

The Team USA gymnast was strolling into an office building with her mother Tuesday when she told the photog her fans were being supportive throughout the ordeal.

Another dominant performance from Mo'ne Davis ... who fired a PERFECT ceremonial first pitch at the L.A. Dodgers game last night ... and TMZ Sports has the footage.

The 13-year-old Little League phenom was introduced by Queen Latifah as "an amazing young woman" ... and confidently took the mound like a champ.

Then came the pitch that put 50 Cent to shame (even more shame) ... when she delivered a perfect strike.

That's not even the best part.

The best part was when Yasiel Puig came over and asked HER for an autograph.

Bad. Ass.

Michael Sam has the blessing of The Playmaker ... 'cause NFL Hall of Famer Michael Irvin tells TMZ Sports he "loves" that the defensive end signed with his beloved Dallas Cowboys.

Screw the Lambo ... forget the Bentley ... NBA legend Pat Riley cruises around L.A. in one of the most GANGSTER vehicles of all-time -- and TMZ Sports has the footage.

The President of the Miami Heat was leaving a car wash in Malibu early Tuesday -- where only the finest detailers were allowed to work on his prized 1950 Mercury coupe.

FYI -- Riley has been OBSESSED with the 1950 Merc for years ... for good reason -- GQ once touted the ride as one of the most gangster cars of all time.

Check out the clip -- we also asked Pat what he got Dwyane Wade for his wedding ... and judging from Pat's reply, he hooked D-Wade up!!!

The "Michael Sam to Dallas" move was a bang-bang play -- with the whole deal unfolding in just a couple of hours ... starting with a phone call from Dallas to Sam's camp around 11AM Tuesday.

Our NFL sources tell TMZ Sports ... the whole thing was like a whirlwind -- and Sam had no idea he was in the cards for Dallas until the phone rang.

After that, Sam hopped on the first plane to Texas -- where he'll join the practice squad ... pending a physical.

Reggie Bush's swag just hit Jay Z levels -- 'cause the NFL star just got himself a brand new $200,000 timepiece from the rap mogul's favorite watch company ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The Detroit Lions running back was flashing a Tourbillon Councept GMT Royal Oak by Audemars Piguet ... which often retail between $200k and $250k.

We spoke with a watch expert who told us Bush's new piece of man jewelry is "one of the finest watches out there ... it's a really special thing."

As for Jay Z, he's been shouting out the watch in rap songs for years ... and had a deal with the company for his own custom line back in 2005. Plus, he wears Audemars Piguets all the time.

Olympic gymnast McKayla Maroney says she was under 18 when the hacked nude photos of her were taken ... and now she's taking legal action against several porn sites that reposted the images.

TMZ has learned one of Maroney's attorneys fired off a letter to Porn.com ... informing the site that McKayla was underage in several of the photos. The letter demands the images of McKayla -- who turned 18 last December -- be taken down immediately.

Another attorney for the gymnast sent a different letter to multiple websites stating Maroney owns the copyright on the hacked photos.

The legal claims by her attorneys are a strong indication the photos really do show McKayla -- even though she said on Twitter they were "fake photos." It's also possible only portions of the images are really McKayla. The letter is not specific.

Michael Sam is heading to Big D -- where he's reportedly going to be signed to the Dallas Cowboys' practice squad.

Sam was cut by the Rams over the weekend despite having a monster preseason ... where he recorded 2.5 sacks.

According to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, the Cowboys spent the day calling several players and gauging their reactions to signing Sam ... and apparently, the feedback came back positive.

She claims they're fake, but McKayla Maroney's Team USA gymnastics teammates are lashing out on her behalf anyway ... trashing the scumbag who hacked tons of celeb nude pics and posted them online.

Aly Raisman -- a fellow member of the 2012 Gold medal team -- just went to Twitter and sounded off ... saying, "This scandal is not a joke and it is upsetting that an invasion of privacy results in entertainment for some."

She continued, "Please respect the fact that the photos were private and not for the whole world to see. My heart is broken for the women who were violated."

"Every person is entitled to their own privacy. I am saddened that something like this has happened and I hope it never happens again."

Gabby Douglas also weighed in with a message to McKayla that said, "Love ya girl. #WeAreStrong #Champions."

Mystery solved ... LeBron James and his wife were DEFINITELY present at Dwyane Wade's wedding this weekend ... multiple sources tell TMZ Sports.

So far, no photos of The King have surfaced ... probably due to the fact Wade forced his guests to sign confidentiality agreements and banned everyone from using cell phone ... but we're told James was absolutely on hand to watch his former teammate tie the knot to Gabrielle Union.

11:51 A.M. PDT -- The NFL has dropped the hammer on Irsay, suspending him 6 games and fining him $500,000 -- the maximum dollar amount permitted for violating the league's personal conduct policy.

Commissioner Roger Goodell, in a letter to Irsay, said ... “I have stated on numerous occasions that owners, management personnel and coaches must be held to a higher standard than players. We discussed this during our meeting and you expressed your support for that view, volunteering that owners should be held to the highest standard.”

Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay just pled guilty to one misdemeanor count of operating a vehicle while intoxicated ... stemming from a March arrest.

55-year-old Irsay appeared in court Tuesday morning in Indianapolis -- where he was sentenced to 1 year probation and will be subjected to court-ordered drug tests.

As we previously reported, Irsay was popped just before midnight on March 16th after driving super slow and failing to signal ... and officials say he had multiple painkillers in his his system, including oxycodone and hydrocodone.

Officials also say Irsay had various prescription drugs in his car at the time of his arrest

At the time of his arrest, cops said the prescription pills found in Irsay's car did not match up with the prescription bottles.

Cops also say Irsay had roughly $29k in cash with him at the time.

Seems Blake Griffin is back ON with Brynn Cameron -- because the two spent Labor Day weekend TOGETHER ... hangin' out on the beaches of Hawaii with their adorable kid.

As we previously reported, Blake and Brynn have been on-and-off over the years ... and were definitely not together last year when Brynn gave birth to their son Ford.

But all signs pointed to "couple" in Hawaii ... where the two put every other vacationing couple to shame with their insanely ripped physiques.

Manny Pacquiao is following 50 Cent and Nelly's lead -- bashing Floyd Mayweather for his apparent lack of formal education.

IndyCar champ Tony Kanaan says his car is like his second wife ... and nobody gets to put their hands on it but him ... which is why he refuses to let valets park it at restaurants.

Kanaan -- who took the checkered flag at the MAVTV 500 in Fontana this weekend -- was out at Club Nokia in L.A. and told us why he's so protective of his ride.

However, there is one exception ...

"If it's a RENTAL car, I'll let the guy valet it ... if it's MY car, I will pay him extra then I want it to park and usually I ask to park up front."
