NFL Costly Hold Up In Donation to Dom. Violence Hotline
25 days after Roger Goodell announced a financial partnership between the NFL and a national domestic violence support hotline, zero money has changed hands ... TMZ Sports has learned.
In the wake of the Ray Rice scandal, the NFL commish addressed the media on Sept. 19th and announced "long-term partnerships to provide financial, operational and promotional support" to the National Sexual Violence Resource Center and the National Domestic Violence Hotline.
But we've learned the deal with the National Domestic Violence Hotline is still NOT finalized ... which means the organization has yet to receive the fat NFL check it's been counting on.
We spoke with Katie Ray-Jones -- CEO of the National Domestic Violence Hotline -- who tells us the two sides are still in negotiations and are "moving in good faith."
A rep for the NDVH says the org. is confident a multi-year, multi-million dollar deal will be finalized in the near future.
The question -- what's the holdup?
Ray-Jones tells us, "it's complicated" ... but it has to do with "modifying the language" in the agreement between the two sides.
Here's the problem -- the NDVH has already hired 20 employees in the wake of the NFL's announcement -- since call volume has been up more than 75% since the Ray Rice incident.
Eventually, the org. is gonna need the NFL checks to start rolling in ... or else.
We reached out to the NFL for comment -- so far, no word back.
Andre Berto The Best Breasts In Hollywood Belong To ...
Andre Berto knows all about knockouts ... but the boxing stud says he knows a little something about knockers too -- telling TMZ Sports there's one pair in Hollywood that stand out above the rest ... BY FAR!!
Berto was at Greystone Manor in L.A. this weekend when our photog asked him (in honor of breast cancer awareness month) who has the wappiest wappers in all of Tinsel Town.
Check out the clip -- anyone expecting Berto to pick one of the usual suspects might be a little surprised ... 'cause the woman he "Singled Out" is no "New Kid On the Block."
FYI -- Those were like, hints.
Jameis Winston Potential Trouble with Autographs Looks Like a Pro Job
Jameis Winston is under investigation again ... this time for allegedly signing a bunch of sports memorabilia for a professional company which might have paid him -- a major no-no with the NCAA.
Winston reportedly signed more than 300 items that appear on the website for a company called James Spence Authentication. According to ESPN ... many of the items have sequential serial numbers which makes it seem like Jameis signed a large number of them at once.
Florida State University football coach Jimbo Fisher told reporters he believes his QB had signed the items for random fans ... and NOT for the company. FSU officials are now investigating.
JSA is the same company linked to Georgia running back Todd Gurley ... who got suspended indefinitely for allegedly getting paid.
Gurley and Winston were both front-runners to win the Heisman this year. Worth noting ... former Heisman winner Johnny Manziel went through a similar sitch when he was at Texas A&M.

The University of Arizona football program is rallying around kicker Casey Skowron -- after he started to receive death threats for missing the game-winning field goal against USC last week ... TMZ Sports has learned.
Skowron shanked a 36-yarder as time expired on Thursday -- resulting in U of A's first loss of the year ... and knocking the team out of the Top 10.
Skowron began receiving angry messages via Twitter ... one person wrote that she hopes Casey and his whole family "dies of cancer."
But TMZ Sports has spoken with multiple people from the U of A football program who tell us they have Skowron's back no matter what.
"We stand by him 110% percent," linebacker Scooby Wright III tells us ... "he is our kicker and most of all a great person and a great teammate."
We also spoke with Associate Athletic Director Molly Omara who tells us the people behind the threats are "just cowards who are targeting a 20-year-old student athlete."
She adds, "He knows he’s got the team and his football family’s support."
LeBron & Jamie Foxx Dust Off Dallas Cowboys Gear All Aboard the Celebrity Bandwagon!
It's trendy to be a Dallas Cowboys fan again ... just ask LeBron James and Jamie Foxx.
After the 'Boys beat up on the World Champion Seahawks in Seattle last night ... the closet opened and the celebrity bandwagoners began spilling out.
LeBron and Jamie have admitted to being Cowboys fans in the past -- but hadn't posted a single picture on Instagram supporting the team ... until now.
Funny how that works.
Also, LeBron touts himself as a Browns fan as well ... funny, he wasn't wearing any Cleveland gear after THEIR big win over the Steelers yesterday.
One guy who HAS been down with Big D all season long -- former "Dallas" star Josh Henderson ... who DEFENDED Tony Romo even when everyone else was calling for his head.
Donald Trump Terry Pegula's a Loser I Could've Saved The Bills!
SHOTS FIRED!!!
Donald Trump is taking aim at the new Buffalo Bills owner Terry Pegula ... saying he's a LOSER who won't lead his team to a title.
Trump was in the running to buy the team, but was ultimately outbid by Pegula -- and this morning, Donald is saying the whole thing was a blessing in disguise.
"Even though I refused to pay a ridiculous price for the Buffalo Bills, I would have produced a winner. Now that won’t happen," Trump tweeted.
Trump added, "The people of Buffalo should be happy Terry Pegula got the team but I hope he does better w/the Bills than he has w/the Sabres. Good luck!"
Of course, Trump's referring to the Buffalo Sabres -- which Pegula also owns -- a team that flat out sucked over that past couple of seasons.
Trump concluded with a parting shot at the NFL -- "The @nfl games are so boring now that actually, I’m glad I didn’t get the Bills. Boring games, too many flags, too soft!"
Magic Johnson's Daughter I THINK DAD'S HANDLING DODGERS LOSS WELL 'I Don't Really Watch Baseball'
Another reason to love Magic Johnson: He's not forcing his kids to watch baseball -- even though he OWNS the Dodgers ... so says Magic's daughter Elisa.
The 19-year-old was out at a birthday party in Beverly Hills when we asked how her father was doing after the Blue Crew was bounced from the MLB playoffs earlier this month.
That's when Elisa hit us with a refreshing dose of honesty -- "My dad is probably doing really well ... I don't really watch baseball."
The best part -- her friend has NO IDEA her dad has a relationship with the team either ... and she has to explain that Magic "owns like part of [the Dodgers]."
Boxer Jermain Taylor I'm Selling The Mansion ... Where I Shot My Cousin!
For Sale: Sprawling celebrity-owned mansion in Arkansas ... with sparkling pool, wet bar, media room -- and oh yeah ... THE OWNER ONCE SHOT SOMEONE ON THE PROPERTY!!!
TMZ Sports has learned boxing champ Jermain Taylor has put his 39 acre Little Rock estate on the market -- the estate that happens to be at the center of a police investigation.
As we previously reported, Taylor was arrested back in August for shooting his cousin during a domestic dispute. At the time, Taylor claimed his cousin was an "intruder."
But the cousin lived -- so if you can get past the blood-stained history ... you can enjoy the 5,071 square feet of living space with 4 beds and 3.5 baths.
That is, if you're willing to make an offer somewhere near the $1.2 million asking price!
Pittsburgh Steelers BIZARRE PREGAME RITUAL ... Face Down, Legs Up
Well, this is weird.
The entire gang of Pittsburgh Steelers linebackers performed their pre-game ritual with LB coach Joey Porter before Sunday's game against the Browns ... and it was all caught on video.
Here's how it went down ... the LB crew lines up to give Porter a high-five ... each player getting lower to the ground than the guy before him -- culminating with a bizarre tandem leg-raising finale.
It's weird ... but if it works, who are we to judge ... right?
1:30 PM PT -- It didn't work.

Michael Irvin I LOOOOVE KATY PERRY ... But Wear MY Jersey Next Time!
Hines Ward could have a serious bone to pick with Michael Irvin -- 'cause "The Playmaker" says Katy Perry made a big mistake wearing a #86 jersey on ESPN last week because "nobody great wears 86."
Irvin was at LAX when he raved about why Katy is the PERFECT choice for the Super Bowl halftime show (pleasant for you ears and for your eyes) ... and then went on to take a shot at #86.
"Next time wear #88," Irvin said to Katy ... "Nobody great wears #86!!"
For the record, here are some famous 86'ers other than Ward:
Todd Heap, Antonio Freeman and Raghib "The Rocket "Ismail.
Yeah, seems like Irvin's got a point ...

Wanna live like Prime Time?? Got about $10 million laying around? Then you can bid on the Texas mega-mansion once owned by Deion Sanders!
Deion's former 29,000 square-foot residence -- located in Prosper, TX -- is hitting the auction block ... just one month after the NFL legend sold the place to a real estate development company.
The house is insane -- with a movie theater, bowling alley, 10 bedrooms resort-style pool and 10 bedrooms!!!
Deion moved out of his castle in 2012 after a WAR broke out between himself and his then-wife Pilar Sanders. As we previously reported, the couple lived in the house TOGETHER even after Deion filed for divorce.
Deion has since moved into a sick $5 million condo in Dallas.
The house is expected to hit the auction block next month -- good luck!
Johnny Manziel's Autographed Used Truck Rakes In Big Money!
Johnny Manziel still has the golden touch -- because his autographed used Nissan truck just sold for WAYYYY over market value ... TMZ Sports has learned.
As we previously reported, Manziel traded in his 2014 Nissan Titan SL earlier in the month at Airport Nissan of Cleveland -- and the dealership decided to put up for auction on eBay.
Now get this ... Edmunds lists value of the truck somewhere between $32k and $36k -- but Johnny's ride ended up hauling in $42,500!!
We spoke with Bernie Moreno, the owner of the dealership, who tells us the people who bought the truck are from Cleveland -- and are "HUGE Johnny Manziel fans" ... and their pumped about their new whip.
Wonder how much they'd pay for Brian Hoyer's truck?
St. Louis Cardinals MLB Beefing Up Playoff Security ... In Wake of Civil Unrest
The St. Louis Cardinals tell TMZ Sports they have a "heightened awareness" of the explosive situation in the streets of St. Louis and will take extensive security measures to keep fans safe at this weekend's playoff games.
All hell is breaking loose in The Lou ... with angry protesters clashing with police over the recent shooting deaths of Michael Brown and Vonderrit Myers Jr. -- who were both killed by police gunfire.
With the Cardinals hosting the NLCS on Saturday and Sunday, a rep for the team tells us, "Our people have been coordinating with the St. Louis Police Department and Major League Baseball security" in an effort to protect the fans.
The rep notes that there is always increased security for the playoffs, but says the charged racial tension and potential for chaos is definitely "on our radar."
