United Airlines has said sorry to Terrell Davis over an incident that led to the Hall of Famer being taken off a plane in handcuffs ... but the former NFL star's attorney tells TMZ Sports the mea culpa is just simply not enough.

Parker Stinar -- who Davis hired after a UA steward allegedly falsely accused him of misconduct while on a plane from Denver to Orange County on Saturday -- tells TMZ Sports ... in addition to UA's public apology, they want tangible action as well.

Specifically, Stinar says they're demanding a transparent investigation into the matter, a sit-down with the company's CEO ... and a complete policy change.

Brandon Aiyuk's days in the Bay Area might be numbered ... 'cause the NFL star has officially requested a trade from the San Francisco 49ers.

NFL Network's Mike Garafolo broke the news on Tuesday ... saying the 26-year-old wide receiver has asked the team to find him a new dance partner after an offseason of failed negotiations over a long-term deal.

Aiyuk is owed around $14 mil, from the 49ers this season, but with wide receivers seeing pay increases around the league ... the four-year pro would like to see his paycheck go up as well.

After what felt like an eternity, EA Sports College Football 25 finally went live on Monday ... but one gamer is probably wishing it hadn't -- 'cause Kai Cenat absolutely lost his marbles after getting wrecked in a matchup.

Kai -- who boasts 12.2 million followers on Twitch -- was one of the many players who rushed to check out the new product ... and the cameras were rolling as he and his friend, Ray, decided to play as University of Georgia and the University of Colorado.

Unfortunately for the two-time streamer of the year, things didn't end up in his favor. While it was a close affair through three quarters -- Kai was down just a touchdown -- Ray extended his lead to 30 by the final whistle.

During the contest, Kai threw a bad interception ... but instead of counting to 10, he went ballistic.

Kai took his anger out on every controller in sight ... and then kicked his desk, knocking over his camera in the process.

While the L probably stings ... it's another viral moment for the popular streamer. Since he started creating content back in 2018, the 22-year-old has soared in popularity. Earlier this year, he formed a partnership with Nike ... making him the first streamer to join the Swoosh family. More recently, he invited Kevin Hart into his world.

Richard Simmons' housekeeper tried to get him to a doctor after he fell in his bathroom, but Richard pushed it off, because he just wanted to stay home for his birthday ... TMZ has learned.

As we reported, Richard fell Friday evening at home, in a bathroom ... and according to law enforcement sources, when his housekeeper came to help him up, she implored Richard to seek medical attention that night.

We're told Richard had described feeling dizzy before the fall, but he rejected the housekeeper's suggestion about seeing a doctor ... telling her maybe he'd go Saturday, but particularly didn't want to go that night as it had been his 76th birthday. So, she helped him back to bed, and that was that.
