The Ohio State Buckeyes' head coach hung out with Jimmy Fallon on 'The Tonight Show' this week ... and, of course, he couldn't talk about the big win without addressing the viral golf cart incident from the tunnels of the Caesars Superdome after the victory.

Day said he hoped to use those few minutes on the cart to take a deep breath and prepare for the press conference ... but the woman behind the wheel treated it like a NASCAR race.

Kamiah Adams-Beal gave a blow-by-blow account of her experience at the Footprint Center for the Clippers-Suns game, which Phoenix won, explaining she usually ignores the "clowns" at Bradley's games, saying this specific fan crossed the line.

"During the game, a 'Suns fan' spent the entire night heckling my husband. It got so bad I sent my kids away in the third quarter after multiple people asked if we were okay & asked if I wanted them to say something," Adams-Beal said on Monday.

WWE Superstar JD McDonagh will be out of action for the foreseeable future after a move gone wrong during "Monday Night Raw" ... which left him with some significant injuries.

The scene happened during McDonagh's tag team match with Dominik Mysterio against the Viking Raiders. While attempting a move from the ring apron down to the floor, McDonagh seemingly caught too much air ... and missed his opponent. Instead, his head smacked on the announcer's table.

He somehow went on to finish the match ... but some fans in attendance reported the 34-year-old fell to the floor once he got backstage.

12:55 PM PT -- The Philadelphia Police Dept. says the driver of the car, Rebekah DeShields, has been arrested and is now facing multiple charges related to the crash ... including aggravated assault, driving without a license, simple assault and reckless driving.

Thirty-one others, cops say, were issued citations for disorderly conduct or failure to disperse.
