A janitor in Russia was swept off his feet by a speeding car ... 'cause he got flipped while jaywalking across a wide avenue -- smashing in the windshield in a dramatic video.

The clip comes from Sayansk -- a small town in the Irkutsk Oblast region of Russia -- Tuesday, when a man briskly walked across the busy road, right in front of oncoming traffic.

Check out the clip ... the man is crossing the wide street on foot -- and, while the first car stops for him, the second driver doesn't appear to see him until it's too late.

Michelle Obama is getting real about her mom's death ... and maybe just a little too real because she says Barack told her she's up next!

Michelle was bantering with her bro Craig Robinson on the Wednesday episode of their IMO podcast when, at one point, she brought up the death of her 86-year-old mother, Marian, last May.

Michelle said, "I guess if anything, with mom's loss, I think that -- thank God you're my big brother and I have a husband who's older."

Smokey Robinson's camp says the sexual assault lawsuit filed by 4 former housekeepers is filled with lies, and purely designed to squeeze money out of the Motown legend.

He goes on to call out the plaintiffs and their lawyers, saying, "Through this process we have seen the bizarre theatrics of yesterday's news conference, as the plaintiffs' attorneys outlined vile, false allegations against Mr. and Mrs. Robinson, trying to enlist the public as an unwitting participant in the media circus they are trying to create."

Rondell Sheridan has been in the hospital for multiple weeks ... ending up in a bed because of pancreatitis -- and, now he's asking his fans for help.

The former Disney Channel star -- best known for his work on the show "That's So Raven" -- shared an update on his health on social media Tuesday ... explaining he was out on the road in April and needed to go to the hospital.

Sheridan says doctors initially thought it was gastric ... so, they let him go -- but, he was back in the hospital days later, and this time docs diagnosed him with pancreatitis.
