TMZ has obtained new court docs showing a federal judge denied Megan’s request for a permanent injunction against blogger Milagro Cooper for cyberstalking … even after a jury found Cooper liable for defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and promoting a deepfake video of the rapper.

Meg was awarded $75K in total damages by the jury -- including including amounts for inflicting emotional distress and engaging with a deepfake porn of Meg.

But here’s the key … the judge says those findings don’t automatically mean Meg can get an cyberstalking injunction to block Cooper going forward, even though Meg claimed the harassment continued after the verdict.

Offset was just slapped with a federal lawsuit by a music producer who claims the rapper used his song on his solo album without first getting a deal in place ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, music producer Chase Dalton Rose aka ChaseTheMoney claimed Offset used his song “Worth It” on his second solo album, Set It Off, without an agreement in place with him.

The producer admits he worked on the song with Offset that would have allowed the rapper to record vocals over one of his songs, but said no agreement over compensation and transfer of rights was ever executed. He wants a full accounting and an order forcing Offset to fork over some of the money he made on the song.

Back in March 2025, Offset sued ChaseTheMoney, over the drama in federal court seeking a declaration from the court that Offset fulfilled his end of the deal with the producer.

Tory Lanez is suing over a prison stabbing that put him in the hospital ... and he's seeking a whopping $100 million in damages.

The rapper just filed suit against the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, plus the warden and 50 corrections officers at California Correctional Institution (CCI) in Tehachapi, where he was stabbed.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Tory says he was stabbed 16 times by a fellow inmate wielding a shank in May 2025 and suffered permanent scarring to his face and two collapsed lungs.

Ice Spice has more beef with one fan than the "Deli" she raps about ... throwing down with the woman in a Hollywood McDonald's, and the wild confrontation is all on video.

We've obtained security footage from the fast food joint shot early Wednesday morning ... which shows Spice sitting in a booth with a pal and chatting away.

The letter claimed Ray J violated the deal, which had a non-disclosure clause provision barring the parties from talking about the sex tape or making false claims. But the docs don't stop there ...

Clavicular was back in action Wednesday night at the grand opening of Miami Beach’s first streaming nightclub, Bacara Club, and helped tear off the roof with rapper Blueface.

TMZ obtained video of Blueface commanding the stage at the Florida club as he bobbed his head to Fun's "We Are Young" with a group while up on stage. Clav is right there with him, taking in all the vibes from the crowd ... nodding his head and singing along.

BTW, Clavicular is a major Blueface fan ... the streamer had Blueface on his stream about a month ago and rapped his "Respect My Cryppin'" word-for-word.
