Sources close to the situation tell TMZ the "Selling Sunset" star was on a solo trip to her hometown in June when her on-again, off-again BF Blake sparked a public feud with her costar Chrishell Stause … and we're told Emma saw a side of him that turned her all the way off.

We’re told Blake’s been blowing up her phone trying to patch things up after their split following a rocky year and a half -- but Emma’s over it and ready to dive back into the dating pool.

This is tough to watch ... new footage shows the moment a driver plowed into a group of people outside a bustling East Hollywood nightclub ... and you see bodies start flying.

TMZ obtained video from Saturday morning's horrific incident outside the Vermont Hollywood club ... and it shows a group of clubgoers walking down the sidewalk when suddenly a car comes zooming towards them, hitting them with the bumper and sending bodies toppling onto the hood.

The impact sends bodies flying in all directions and the car speeds out of frame ... continuing along the street and leaving a trail of destruction ... as clubgoers, pedestrians and street vendors were also struck.

Richard Tillman, the brother of American hero and former NFL player Pat Tillman, had been battling mental health issues prior to his arrest over the weekend, his family said in a statement on Monday.
