Adam22 is being sued by a man who claims he was violently assaulted and battered at the office where Adam films his popular "No Jumper" podcast.

In new legal docs obtained by TMZ, a man named Jeremel Reed says he was concussed in an alleged December 2024 incident at "No Jumper" Burbank, CA headquarters ... and he says the people who whooped his ass were agents, employees, guests, and/or affiliates of Adam's company.

Reed also says the alleged beatdown resulted in a broken nose and bruised eyes ... plus pain and suffering ... and he says he racked up a bunch of medical expenses.

Justin Timberlake's taking a load off after getting done touring and announcing he has Lyme disease ... and his sweatshirt says it all.

Aaron wrapped it up, saying ... "Having the title of attorney or being a celebrity does not put you above the law. It does not give you the right to humiliate others for the sake of your interests. Both of these actions have been readily apparent here in the last couple of weeks."

3:15 PM PT -- Denise Richards' divorce attorney, Brett Berman, tells TMZ ... "Ms. Richards did not violate a restraining order. On August 3, 2025, after confirming that Mr. Phypers was not present in her home, Ms. Richards entered the home to retrieve her dogs after learning that Mr. Phypers had put down one of her other dogs without her knowledge or permission.”

The Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers divorce keeps getting uglier ... because the cops were called after Denise showed up at his house to pick up a dog.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies were called Sunday afternoon to the Calabasas home Aaron shares with his parents and brother, after Denise showed up to get their dog.

Problem is ... Denise has a restraining order in place against Aaron ... meaning they can't get within 100 yards of each other.

President Trump would hit a home run if he were to grant Sean "Diddy" Combs a pardon for his prostitution conviction ... at least according to Mark Geragos.

The famed defense attorney was flying out of LAX on Monday when a photog asked him about a potential Trump pardon for Diddy.

Mark, whose daughter Teny defended Diddy in his federal criminal trial, says it's looking more and more likely that Trump will give Diddy clemency ... especially after the President's most recent comments on the case.

Sean "Diddy" Combs isn't going anywhere, at least for now ... he was again hoping for a taste of freedom, but the judge in his criminal case just denied bail, for the second time, pending his upcoming sentencing.

Judge Arun Subramanian ruled Monday against granting Diddy bail ... siding with federal prosecutors and keeping Diddy locked up at MDC Brooklyn as he awaits his October 3 sentencing for his conviction on a couple Mann Act charges.

In his order, the judge said there were no "exceptional reasons" warranting a release before his sentence.

As we first reported, Diddy filed a new motion for bail last week ... with his legal team arguing he's probably the only man in America behind bars for hiring and transporting male sex workers across state lines to bang his girlfriend.
