Cunningham dropped a vid of her and Hull sitting poolside in some tiny two-pieces just before their game in L.A. on Tuesday, and she captioned the TikTok clip by asking for a potential swimsuit brand partnership.

In the footage, the two WNBA ballers looked stoked as they showed off their chiseled bods ... but a few minutes after it got uploaded, Clark hit the comment section with a big, ol' wet blanket.

The Skydance-Paramount merger is officially a done deal -- and it’s all going down as "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" rolls through its final season.

Skydance Media, led by CEO David Ellison, closed its massive $8 billion acquisition of Paramount Global ... cementing one of the biggest shake-ups Hollywood’s seen in years.

The completed merger, announced Thursday, had been months in the making, getting the final thumbs-up from Paramount’s board and surviving a lengthy FCC review -- and now, it's full steam ahead. The company began public trading on NASDAQ Thursday morning.

Kelley Mack was feeling much better amid her cancer battle months ago ... but everything suddenly took a turn for the worse right before her death, TMZ has learned.

A family source tells us ... in February, "The Walking Dead'" star underwent treatment for glioma -- which is cancer of the nervous system. After her treatment, the source says Kelley experienced a "nice recovery."

The source says Kelley's cancer then relapsed out of nowhere, spreading through her body in recent weeks ... adding she had a "quick end."

Dean Cain's putting his money where his mouth is ... saying he plans to join ICE as soon as possible -- because he believes it's the right thing to do.

The 'Lois & Clark' actor appeared on Fox News Wednesday night ... telling Jesse Watters he's been in touch with ICE officials and will be sworn in as an agent very soon.

Britney Spears' ex Kevin Federline is dropping a tell-all which he promises will be "extremely intimate and transparent" -- and fans are not happy.

The tell-all, titled "You Thought You Knew," promises to detail his entire life, from his working-class upbringing to his time as a professional dancer -- and will include the years during his marriage to the Princess of Pop and the accompanying media circus, according to a press release.

Heidi Fleiss is over the moon that Aubrey Plaza  is playing her in an upcoming biopic ... but she's refusing to watch it because Heidi says she's not trying to go back to the past.

Fleiss also tells TMZ ... she's not involved in the yet-to-be-named biopic, which just cast Aubrey as Heidi, who became famous back in the 1990's under the nickname the "Hollywood Madam."

As you probably recall, Heidi ran an exclusive L.A.-based prostitution ring that catered to rich and prominent clients. But she was eventually arrested and convicted in state court for pandering and handed a 3-year sentence that was overturned on appeal. She was also convicted of money laundering and tax evasion in federal court and served a few years in prison before getting released in 1999.

Heidi tells us she's seen Aubrey's work in HBO's "White Lotus" franchise and feels she's a great choice to play her on the big screen and will do a spectacular job ... but she won't see what Aubrey does here, because "the past is dead" to her and she's not trying to relive her life.
