Congrats are in order for Ricky Schroder -- the former child star just tied the knot, and he’s grinning ear-to-ear in the wedding snaps.

The former "Silver Spoons" star posted the IG pics Wednesday ... showing him suited up on the beach, hand-in-hand with his new bride Julie -- who stunned in bridal white.

Ricky tells TMZ ... the ceremony was in Cabo at the Four Seasons on July 9th ... the couple got their license July 2 at the Ouray county courthouse.

Julie and Ricky were introduced through a mutual army friend, we're told ... and they're so grateful to have found understanding and comfort together. They wish the same for all.

Looks like the ceremony was wrapped in plenty of good faith, too -- Ricky even captioned the pics with a Bible verse.

Michael Knowles says Americans are too focused on troubled past eras of the country's history ... and, he thinks President Trump is right to intervene in the Smithsonian Institution -- even though Michael admits he hasn't been there recently.

2:26 PM PT -- A rep for the Lincoln PD tells TMZ ... The school's resource officer responded to the fight and witnessed the student assaulting the staff member. The officer restrained the student, who was then placed under arrest and later booked into juvenile hall.

A high school in Northern California turned into a WWE Smackdown! earlier this week ... when a freshman class meeting ended with a staff member violently slamming a disruptive student to the ground.

The incident went down at Lincoln High School in Lincoln, California -- about 30 miles north of Sacramento -- on Tuesday ... and, video currently blowing up on the internet shows a student and teacher getting into a pretty intense verbal argument in the gym.

The teacher appears to try to direct the student out of the gym ... and, a couple of times, he places a hand lightly on the student's arm to direct him into a hallway.

Police are searching for former Vine star Nash Grier's mother-in-law, Nikki Giavasis, after she was reported missing earlier this week ... TMZ has learned.

Nash's wife, Taylor Giavasis, tells us her mom Nikki was last seen at the Westin Hotel in Fort Lauderdale on Monday, August 18. Taylor says Nikki had planned to stay in Florida for a month -- even booking an Airbnb -- but she suddenly went dark.

According to Taylor, Nikki told her she'd call in the morning before heading over to the Airbnb, but that call never came. At first, Taylor says her mom's phone rang, but no one answered ... and soon after, it was shut off.

Judge Frank Caprio -- who went viral for making compassionate decisions in his courtroom -- has died ... according to his official social media page.

A death announcement photo of the judge was shared to Instagram Wednesday afternoon ... revealing the judge died after a battle with pancreatic cancer.

The caption reads ... "Beloved for his compassion, humility, and unwavering belief in the goodness of people, Judge Caprio touched the lives of millions through his work in the courtroom and beyond. His warmth, humor, and kindness left an indelible mark on all who knew him."

He added, "While he made claims he's defamed by the truthful allegations she's provided in her statements within the litigation, he should be aware that in the law of defamation truth is a defense."

"I think Mr. Haney would be best served to make his case to the family court and not the court of social media."

Devin Haney is suing the mother of his months-old daughter, alleging she's extorted and defamed him, TMZ Sports has learned.

12:21 PM PT -- Gwinnett County PD tells TMZ the autopsy report does not reveal anything they didn't already know. Cops say the incident -- despite T-Hood getting shot in the back -- is still being investigated as a self-defense shooting.

T-Hood was killed in brutal fashion -- shot multiple times, at least once in the back ... TMZ has learned.

According to a Gwinnett County ME's report, obtained by TMZ Hip Hop, T-Hood suffered gunshot wounds to the back, abdomen, buttocks, and lower right and left thighs.

The reports says Hood pulled a gun during a heated argument with 2 other people inside his Georgia home -- but someone opened fire in self-defense, killing the rapper on August 8. It's unclear in the report who the shooter is.

Hood was rushed by ambulance to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. At the time, he had been dating "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars Kirk and Rasheeda's daughter Kelsie.

"The Biggest Loser" caffeine feud just got piping hot -- 'cause TMZ scored a peek at the show’s grocery list for contestants ... and surprise, surprise, it’s stacked with caffeinated goodies!

Check the receipts from 2013 -- the list, which we obtained from Jillian Michaels, straight-up name-drops Organic Dark Roast, Starbucks grounds, and a bunch of different teas. The shopping list of "approved foods" for contestants was attached to an email that a show line producer sent to the trainers and other staffers.

Obviously, several of those items totally undercut Dr. Robert Huizenga’s claim to us the show was 100% caffeine-free from day one ... with coffee, diuretics, and weight-loss pills supposedly off-limits.

"Big Brother" star Rylie Jeffries' mom is defending his actions as fans call on the show to give him the boot over his allegedly "controlling" attitude toward love interest Katherine Woodman.
