The Hollywood Hills rental home where singer D4vd was living has a security system with external cameras that capture everyone going in and out ... the owner tells TMZ.

Malden Trifunovic owns the home D4vd's manager was renting -- the place has been searched by cops as part of the Celeste Rivas death investigation -- and he says he had a security company install cameras outside the home years before Josh Marshall signed a lease in February 2024 for $20,000 a month.

The homeowner says the cameras are positioned at entry points, in the backyard and on the street ... and he believes people can not go in or out of the house without being recorded.

Matthew Stafford getting hit where it hurts was actually a gift to his wife ... 'cause she joked the blow below the belt he suffered in Sunday's game against the Eagles was a free vasectomy!!

Kelly -- who married Stafford in 2015 -- had the funny take about the Rams quarterback on her latest episode of her "The Morning After" podcast ... and she explained what he told her about the third-quarter incident after the loss.

"He goes back in [to the game], thank goodness, and after the game, I'm like, 'Hey, what was going on. Like, are you OK?"" Kelly said. "He was like, ‘Yeah, I got my nuts crushed.'"

Dr. Oz is tempering President Trump's recent comments on Tylenol use among pregnant women and its possible links to Autism ... clarifying when acetaminophen should be used, and when it should be avoided.

Oz, who is Trump's Administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday and offered more clarity on a lot of what Trump said during a White House briefing.

Trump went hard on Tylenol and basically told pregnant mothers to never use it and to not give it to their babies ... but Dr. Oz told us there is one circumstance where Tylenol may be necessary.

Universal Music Group no longer has to ask about the 411 regarding a lawsuit filed against them over a sample in Mary J. Blige's classic "Real Love" single -- the courts have ruled in favor of the record label to dismiss the suit because the judge says the two songs just don't sound the same at all.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the court examined both "Real Love" and the 1973 protest funk song, "Impeach the President," by The Honey Drippers.

TufAmerica, the company that owns the rights to "Impeach the President," argued UMG had illegally sampled the record by incorporating another song that had first sampled "Impeach the President" into "Real Love."

The Florence County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 32-year-old Alexander Paul Robertson Lewis, a teaching assistant at West Florence High School, for spraying what they say is "an internet acquired spray designed to imitate fecal odor at the school."

He's accused of spraying the product on multiple occasions between August 25 and September 19, creating a stinky situation that disrupted class and sent some students to the doc!
