Kevin Spacey's rescue dog -- named Boston in honor of the city after the Boston Marathon bombings in 2013 -- has died ... TMZ has learned.
Sources with direct knowledge tell us ... Boston, a mixed breed, passed away at a doggie daycare in Baltimore on Tuesday. We're told Boston was on set with Kevin overseas in April and May.
Boston had been Spacey's constant travel companion for years, but she recently got sick. We're told he wrestled with the idea of flying back to the States, but Boston's doctor urged him to act quickly to prevent more suffering, and Kevin didn't want her to wait until he arrived.

The manhunt for Travis Decker is officially over ... because the feds say he's dead.
In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the United States Marshals Service says Decker "is deceased."
Our federal law enforcement sources tell us the human remains found last week in Washington belong to Decker ... and the feds got a positive DNA match to confirm it was him.

1:25 PM PT -- DHS later announced a correction ... only one victim, a detainee, died, NBC 5 Dallas reports. The other two victims were listed in critical condition.
11:51 AM PT -- The suspect accused of opening fire at the ICE facility in Dallas has been identified as 29-year-old Joshua Jahn, according to multiple law enforcement officials, Fox News reports.
10:20 AM PT -- DHS confirms 2 of the victims have died, and the third is listed in critical condition, according to The AP. All were detainees, DHS said.
8:40 AM PT -- During a press conference Texas senator Ted Cruz called for an end to political violence.
A gunman who shot up a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Dallas Wednesday morning has been confirmed dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Kash Patel posted the alleged unspent bullet casings on X saying, "While the investigation is ongoing, an initial review of the evidence shows an idealogical [sic] motive behind this attack. One of the unspent shell casings recovered was engraved with the phrase “ANTI ICE.”
Dallas police tell TMZ they received a call reporting an individual opened fire on the Texas facility around 6:40 AM ... and the preliminary investigation revealed 2 people were transported to the hospital with gunshot wounds, and 1 victim died at the scene.

The $33 million RICO lawsuit filed against Diddy's mother, Janice Smalls Combs, has been dismissed.
A court document obtained by TMZ reveals the federal complaint by plaintiff Deon Best -- a former associate of the music mogul -- against Janice and her music publishing companies was dismissed without prejudice.
Best, known as "D1", originally sued Janice in January 2025, alleging she was involved in a scheme to defraud him of his intellectual property rights, royalties, and publishing revenues. He accused her of knowingly using her influence and name to take away his publishing rights and royalties, which he said caused significant financial and emotional harm to him.
