The landlord of the Hollywood Hills home where D4vd was staying -- and where cops recently executed a search warrant -- is distancing himself from the singer amid the fallout over teen Celeste Rivas’ death.

TMZ has obtained pics showing a trash crew hauling a bunch of stuff out of the Hollywood Hills house D4vd had been staying in. Owner Malden Trifunovic tells us someone came by the property last week to take the remainder of his stuff.

Some items were left behind and he is now throwing that stuff out to get the house ready for the next renter.

You can see the crew tossing out a ton of bags of clothes and boxes -- basically scrubbing the place clean of anything tied to D4vd.

Taylor Swift's handling all family business on her new album ... 'cause it appears she took the opportunity to take shots at Travis Kelce's ex, Kayla Nicole.

"The Life of a Showgirl" dropped late last night, and Swifites have combed through the album searching for every veiled reference ... and they're convinced the star took some shots at Nicole's effort during her relationship with Kelce on the track "Opalite"

Swift sings, "“You couldn’t understand it, why you felt alone / You were in it for real, she was in her phone / And you were just a pose.”

12:13 PM PT -- The Fort Worth Police Dept. tells TMZ Sports ... the accident occurred at around 11:48 AM CT on Friday and involved a total of four vehicles.

"Upon arrival, officers located three of the vehicles that were involved; the other had left the scene prior to officers' arrival," cops said in a statement to us Friday. "Medical personnel made the scene and transported an occupant to a nearby hospital with unknown injuries."

"This accident is being investigated."

11:50 AM PT -- Robert Griffin III's wife, Grete, just provided an update ... writing on her IG Story, "I hit my head so will get a CT scan and Robert's back is also getting checked out."

Fortunately, she said the "kiddos are all well and healthy."

Robert Griffin III and his family were involved in a car crash on Friday ... but thankfully, the ex-NFL star says he, his wife and their kids are OK.

Griffin III shared on his X page minutes ago that the wreck occurred while he was out in Fort Worth, Texas getting ready to work this weekend's TCU vs. Colorado game for Fox.

Griffin III and his family appeared to be in a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter when the accident happened on a local highway.

Actor-singer Tyrese Gibson was booked early Friday morning on a Cruelty to Animals charge in Atlanta ... days after news broke at least one of his Cane Corso mastiffs had fatally mauled a neighbor's dog last month.

According to Fulton County, Georgia records, Tyrese was booked at 5:59 AM local time ... he posted a $20,000 bond and was released.

As we reported, at least one of the singer's dogs killed a 5-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Henry in the little dog's own yard.

For Sean "Diddy" Combs, judgment day has finally arrived as he awaits his punishment in his case following his convictions in his NYC federal criminal trial.

Diddy will be present in federal court Friday morning with his defense team -- led by Marc Agnifilo and Teny Geragos -- as well as the prosecutors and, of course, Judge Arun Subramanian.

One of Sean "Diddy" Combs's defense attorneys just broke down in tears in court ... Nicole Westmoreland is getting emotional as she discusses why the mogul has been so important to his community.

Westmoreland says Diddy was a shining example for Black people with his business empire ... pointing to his record label, fashion line, TV network and liquor brand. She says he sent a message and inspired others.

Sniffling and sobbing as part of her emotional plea, Westmoreland said Diddy changed the culture, changed the industry and changed people's lives, "because what people recognized is that if Mr. Combs could do it, then they could do it too."

We've obtained a search warrant from law enforcement in Tarrant County, Texas ... which states officers responded to a call just after noon on September 23 -- where they say they found Melissa standing with an off-duty firefighter and swaying.

The officer claims Melissa had "bloodshot eyes, slurred speech" and alleges she "had a slight odor of a metabolized alcoholic beverage" on her breath.

Nicole Kidman made an appearance at Keith Urban's first concert since their divorce ... well, a picture of her did at least -- one Keith himself showed to the audience.

The singer-songwriter took the stage in Hershey, Pennsylvania Thursday night ... and, during one track, People reports a photo of Nicole and their two children appeared as part of a pre-existing slideshow.

It seems likely Keith simply didn't have enough time to take the pic out ... because photos show he's still not wearing his wedding ring -- just like he wasn't when he landed in Hershey earlier Thursday -- so, it doesn't seem he's pining to reconcile.
