Kevin Federline says Britney Spears is raising tons of red flags since her conservatorship ended ... and he says her sons and family are alarmed with what they're seeing from her.

Britney's ex-husband joined us on "TMZ Live" Wednesday and we asked him if he thought it was a mistake to end the conservatorship.

Kevin says everyone in the family -- including Britney's two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James -- are concerned for her well-being and he says his new memoir, "You Thought You Knew," is a cry for help to gain support for Britney and their kids.

LAPD's sitting on a potential goldmine in the D4vd investigation ... surveillance videos from the singer's Hollywood Hills rental home that could reveal whether Celeste Rivas was there prior to her mysterious death.

TMZ has learned cops seized all the footage from multiple security cameras at the house last month while executing a search warrant. The owner of the house, Malden Trifunovic, tells us the external cameras would show anyone who went in or out of the house ... so, the footage could help cops track Celeste's movements leading up to her demise.

Malden says he hasn't seen any of the footage himself, because he intentionally did not have access to the cameras, to allow his renters privacy -- so, he has no idea if Celeste was ever in the house. He says he's asked LAPD for a copy of the warrant and an itemized list of what was seized from the house, but has not gotten a response.

Charlie Sheen’s dropping another bombshell ... saying he recently came clean about having sex with men in a bid to set the record straight and silence the rumors -- and extortion -- that chased him for years.

In a new interview, Charlie said he was done hiding and realized owning up to hooking up with men isn't such a bad thing ... after all, it puts him in the same league as icons Richard Pryor and Marlon Brando, who were both openly bisexual.

In an excerpt from his new book, obtained by USA Today, Kevin says the alleged incident happened during a wild night on tour in Amsterdam, back at the hotel.

KF writes, "Britney and I went to our room, but shortly after, she said she’d be right back. At first, I didn’t think much of it. The hotel floor was ours; they had booked it out for the entire tour, so everyone’s rooms were nearby. But as time passed, I began to wonder what was taking so long."

Ellen Greenberg's parents are demanding answers after a medical examiner reconfirmed their daughter died by suicide back in 2011 ... claiming the M.E. doesn't know a thing about Ellen's mental state at the time.

10:03 AM PST -- Belton police tell TMZ … Rudy Youngblood was arrested Tuesday after an officer stopped to talk to the owner of a vehicle parked near a Lake Belton boat ramp at about 12:20 AM.

During the stop, it was discovered the Travis County Sheriff’s Office had a warrant out for his arrest for assaulting a family or household member by impeding their breathing or circulation.

Furthermore, a white crystalline substance was located on the actor during the arrest, police say. He is still in Bell County Jail with additional charges pending the lab results.

Actor Rudy Youngblood -- best known for his role in Mel Gibson's Oscar-nominated film "Apocalypto" -- has been arrested for allegedly launching a violent attack on someone close to him, according to police.

Rudy was arrested by Belton police officers in Texas early Tuesday morning ... after he allegedly assaulted a family or household member by impeding their breathing or circulation, cops said.

He's being held at the Bell County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
