Gene Simmons is calling BS on the media for playing up the seriousness of his recent car wreck ... writing the incident off as a "fender-bender."

The rock and roll legend was spotted by photogs in Los Angeles Wednesday ... getting behind the wheel of a car just weeks after he passed out while driving in Malibu and crashed into another vehicle.

Simmons spoke to the paps ... and called the media "fake news" -- 'cause he feels the severity of his car crash was blown up in the press ... when he says it was really just a run-of-the-mill accident.

Looks like Ye's fascination for the conspiratorial may have rubbed off on Kim Kardashian ... she's convinced the 1969 moon landing was faked.

In a clip from Thursday's episode of "The Kardashians," Kim is captured trying to sway her "All's Fair" costar Sarah Paulson the Apollo 11 moon landing didn't happen.

And what evidence does the aspiring lawyer bring forth to the court? A video from 10 years ago of Buzz Aldrin telling a student at The Oxford Union Society, "It didn't happen" ... in response to the question, "What was the scariest moment of the journey?" which the 95-year-old former astronaut apparently heard incorrectly.

"Scariest? It didn't happen," Aldrin replies. He then goes on to relate a story from the mission.

Air Force One served up a bumpy ride for President Donald Trump Thursday ... and he wanted to get ahead of the inevitable rumors that could crop up.

While conducting interviews during the flight back from his Asian tour, Trump was practically fighting to stay upright through a patch of turbulence. Ever mindful of optics, he pretty hilariously called it out.

Referring to himself in third person, Trump joked, "They're gonna be watching Trump. They're gonna say, 'He didn't look too good. He's got the shakes.' I don't have the shakes, but people are gonna think I do."

Jim Irsay's family has announced its plans to auction off the "majority" of the late owner's memorabilia collection in 2026 ... featuring countless items that would make most museums jealous.

The Irsay family told a local outlet Thursday the "decision was not made lightly, but with deep reflection and love for the legacy he built."

Floyd Roger Myers Jr. -- a former child actor best known for his role in "The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air" -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

His mom, Renee Trice, tells TMZ ... Myers passed away in the early hours of Wednesday morning from a heart attack at his home in Maryland. She tells us he suffered 3 prior heart attacks over the course of the last three years. She says she just spoke to her son last night.
