Shirley Raines -- the founder and CEO of Beauty 2 The Streetz known as Ms. Shirley -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

Shirley's twin sister Sheila tells TMZ … the viral social media star was found dead in her Nevada home Tuesday night ... she was discovered unresponsive next to her bed during a wellness check. Sheila says Shirley had been healthy and was not on any meds.

Sheila says the entire family is shocked ... they're waiting on autopsy results, but she says no foul play is suspected.

Beauty 2 The Streetz -- which has 1.1 million followers -- announced Ms. Shirley's death on Instagram Wednesday ... "It is with profound sorrow and heavy hearts that Beauty 2 The Streetz announces the passing of our beloved CEO and founder, Shirley Raines, affectionately known to so many as Ms. Shirley."

Cosby said in the deposition, which is sealed, he was prescribed quaaludes by a freaking OBGYN, Dr. Leroy Amar, at a poker table. Talk about some shady business dealings!!!

The docs say Dr. Amar is a "disgraced" gynecologist who was Cosby's friend ... and the poker game where Cosby got the quaaludes prescription was hosted at Cosby's Los Angeles house prior to 1972, which is significant.

Move out of the way Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt ... it's Pax's time to shine -- 'cause TMZ has learned their son is following in their movie-making footsteps!

That's right ... Pax, who was adopted by the famed actors in 2007, headed to the Sundance Film Festival in Utah for a private screening of the thriller "Self Custody" over the weekend, where he rubbed elbows with the film's co-directors Fernando Ferro and Garrett Patten.

A source tells TMZ ... Pax is getting into producing movies and has been in discussions with Ferro and Patten on a few future projects. He did not work on the film, but was invited by them and we're told the 22-year-old is doing "extremely well."

Charity Pierce -- best known for her appearance on TLC's "My 600-lb Life" -- has died ... TMZ has learned.

A family source tells TMZ ... Charity died Tuesday at 1:20 AM, surrounded by her loved ones. Our source says Charity had been in hospice care for a month or two due to ongoing medical conditions -- including lymphedema and fluid buildup in her lungs -- adding the fluid in her lungs may have contributed to her death.

The reality TV star's death was also confirmed by her daughter, Charly Jo, who shared an emotional post on Facebook announcing her mother's death. In the message, Charly said she was by Charity's side when she took her last breath ... and that Charity is now "finally at peace."

"I wasn't going to post about this," Charly wrote, explaining an influx of calls and texts prompted her to share the heartbreaking news publicly. She wrote Charity is reunited with deceased family members and closed the post saying how grateful she was to be by her mom's side before taking her last breath.

Charity rose to national attention in Season 3 of "My 600-lb Life," where viewers watched her battle severe obesity, health complications, and emotional trauma. At her heaviest, Charity weighed nearly 800 pounds, before she sought professional help.

Ray J says his health is failing ... and doctors aren't even sure he'll live to see 2027.

The rapper took to social media to directly address his fans after his recent hospitalization ... telling them point-blank "2027 is definitely a wrap for me" -- while waving his hand in front of his throat like he's telling someone to cut the music.

His friend tries to argue with him, telling him to stay positive ... but Ray J just replies by saying that's what the doctors told him.
