Kim Kardashian could face serious consequences -- as serious as losing custody -- for not taking ex-husband Kanye West to court if he poses a danger to his children ... so says Dr. Phil.

Dr. Phil appeared on the latest episode of the "2 Angry Men" podcast with Harvey and Mark Geragos, and he had a lot to say about Kim's predicament with Kanye. As we reported, the latest blowup occurred when Kim yanked North out of Kanye's recording studio after Kanye invited the infamous Tate brothers to join them. Kim felt any interaction with the brothers would pose a danger to her kids.

And that's the problem, Phil says. If Kanye's erratic behavior -- which includes telling the world in his view the man makes the final decision on everything -- poses a danger and Kim does nothing, authorities could step in and remove the children from the home.

Sexyy Red is facing a new lawsuit that could make her child drop-offs rather awkward ... her kid's grandmother is accusing the superstar rapper of sending fans to attack her at home!!!

According to legal docs filed Monday, Nicole Barnes claims Sexyy shared her address while sending out a war cry to her large social media following in December 2024 ... instructing them to "kick in the door" of her home and do her and her family harm.

Barnes says she took threats seriously enough to relocate from her Hazelwood, Missouri home out of safety concerns ... but claims she hasn't been able to find a home she can afford.

Kanye West’s antisemitic diatribes have landed him in hot water AGAIN … the rapper has been sued by a German singer for alleged copyright infringement ... and it's all because he's a Nazi supporter.

Musician Alice Merton filed the lawsuit Tuesday in U.S. federal court, claiming Kanye used an "unauthorized sample" of her song "Blindside" on his tune "Gun to My Head," which also features Ty Dolla $ign and Kid Cudi.

GloRilla reportedly ended her concert in St. Louis, Missouri early Monday night over several fights that broke out throughout the show.

Video obtained by TMZ shows one of the fights up close... you can see a woman get violently ripped away from another attendee, nearly being thrown into a shocked onlooker.

GloRilla can be heard in the background asking people to "be calm" several times.

Kendrick Lamar's Super Bowl halftime show had some viewers wanting to turn their TV off to the point of writing to the FCC about it ... with complaints being made about inappropriate lyrics, raunchy dance moves and apparent anti-American themes -- and a few even taking issue with the Drake beef getting thrown into it.

TMZ Hip Hop obtained a complaint filed by attorney Thomas Mirigliano on behalf of John and Yuliya Aksoy, who claim Budden, his podcast co-host Melyssa Ford, and the condo association have engaged in a "campaign of intimidation and retribution" after the Aksoys raised complaints about the disruption from Budden recording his highly rated podcast in the building.

John and Yuliya both claim they confronted Budden about the excessive noise from the podcast and complained about Budden and co. smoking weed in the condo's common area, leaving ashes on the property, and creating a hazardous health situation for their young daughter.

His Memphis-born artist, Sayso P, was said to be the intended target by police and was gunned down at the scene.

In the new camera angle, a black suburban SUV can be seen parked in front of the hotel where Sauce, Sayso P, and crew were staying for the night.

Diddy won a small victory in court today when a judge tossed a majority of claims against him in a lawsuit filed by a former music producer accusing him of sexual assault.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the judge dismissed five of the nine claims Rodney Jones made against Diddy ... including RICO claims, infliction of emotional distress, and breach of contract claims.

The court also dismissed a Trafficking Victims Protection Act claim against Diddy's company, Combs Global.
