Part of Diddy's defense involves his mental capacity to commit the crimes while he was, essentially, wasted -- he even has a doctor lined up to testify -- but the feds think it's a totally irrelevant point.

Prosecutors filed their opposition to this line of testimony, and in the docs they say Diddy wants to have the doctor -- who's a Columbia professor -- testify he had a "mental condition bearing on the issue of guilt."

So, what does that mean exactly?

Well, the detail of his alleged condition is redacted throughout the documents ... but, there are some clues, including a bit about Diddy's alleged drinking and drugging.

Police body cam footage from Druski's October 2024 wacky arrest has surfaced on the internet ... and no, it's not a skit, although it may give you a few chuckles.

He got hauled off to jail, but had trouble fitting in the back of the cop car!!! 😩

The video unfolds with an Atlanta Police officer spelling out the situation for Druski after being spotted allegedly running a stop sign.

Rapper Yung L.A. of "Ain't I" fame passed out while performing over the weekend -- and the only thing more scary was the fall he took afterward!!!

The weathered Atlanta rapper was live at the Elite Lounge in Greenwood, SC and appeared to be bursting with energy as the opening chords of his hit song "Futuristic Love" began to blare through the club. Yung L.A. then tried to pass the microphone to a woman standing onstage ... but he quickly nosedived to the floor, landing flat on his face.

Two men attempted to hold Yung L.A. before his body went limp and he sank to the floor. It didn't appear to be too serious ... both guys were cracking up laughing!!!

Shedeur Sanders may have slipped pretty far down into the draft ... but, that didn't diminish his party spirit at all -- 'cause he threw a star-studded event to celebrate his achievement.

The Cleveland Browns' newest QB held the party at Hyde & Seek -- a popular restaurant in Dallas ... looking fashionable in a black tank top, tons of jewelry hanging off him and a backwards Browns cap.

4/28/25, 3 PM -- In a judgment entered on Monday ... the marital status is terminated, and Xzibit and Krista Joiner are both restored to the status of single persons. The order filed by Xzibit last week -- seeking bifurcation of the issue of marital status -- has been granted.

Xzibit wants to go back to single status ... filing to become legally divorced -- though he and his estranged wife Krista Joiner still need to come to a settlement agreement.

The rapper filed documents in Los Angeles earlier this week asking the court to bifurcate his divorce ... basically separating his marital status from the divorce proceedings regarding child and spousal support, thus allowing him to become single in the eyes of the law while proceedings drag on.

Xzibit points out the two have been separated for more than four years ... and, while he claims their trial date is scheduled for next month, he knows this may take awhile to resolve -- and, he wants to be a single man again.

Diddy rejected a plea deal federal prosecutors offered him ... and, his lawyers have shown their hand as to the main crux of their defense -- claiming he's simply a swinger, not a criminal.

The rap mogul was in a Manhattan courthouse Friday morning for a hearing that touched on a series of topics ... during which Rolling Stone reports his prosecutors revealed they did offer Diddy a deal -- and, he flat out turned it down.

No further details of the deal have been made public ... but, it's long been believed Diddy was offered one -- and, now we know those rumors are true.

Diddy may have forced one of the alleged victims in his federal case to undergo a medical procedure ... at least that's what prosecutors are claiming.

The rap mogul sat in a New York City courtroom Friday when the question of how to handle certain evidence the prosecution plans to present regarding an unknown medical procedure came up.

A federal prosecutor told the judge these alleged procedures go "directly to the degree of control [Diddy] had over her, consent to specific sexual acts ... It's relevant to these questions on coercion."
