21 Savage and his Leading by Example Foundation are diving in headfirst in response to the devastation left by Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica -- with an Emergency Match Campaign.

On Friday, reps for 21 confirm his partnership with Cedella Marley and Rohan Marley on behalf of the Bob & Rita Marley Foundation's relief effort.

All donations are tax-deductible and will be matched by 21 Savage and his foundation for the next 48 hours.

Drake finally had time to address the years-long claim that T.I.'s late friend once (accidentally) peed on him during a film screening ... and he's calling the story fake news!!!

MTV's Justina Valentine stopped by TMZ's "Previously On..." podcast studio to break down the bombshell cancellation of the network's reality show "Ridiculousness" ... and she tells us she just hopes this decision doesn't put her own show up next on the chopping block.

The rapping reality star -- who sweeps the floor on MTV's "Wild 'N Out" rap battle reality show -- called the recent move "an end of an era" for the network ... pointing out the show has been one of MTV’s most consistent staples for years, alongside her own network gem.

Valentine says she's had the honor to be a part of many MTV legacy shows -- jokingly saying she missed the mark for "16 and Pregnant" -- but "Ridiculousness" was one of the hit shows with the best reply value ... similar to what Chanel West Coast had said regarding the cancellation.

Cardi B just dropped her latest release -- her first child with NFL star Stefon Diggs is here ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the Diamond-selling rapper tell us Cardi gave birth to the baby boy last week.

We're told Stefon, the New England Patriots star receiver, was with Cardi when their baby boy arrived.

Cardi announced the birth Thursday in a social media post.

Cardi says ... "My life has always been a combination of different chapters and different seasons. My last chapter was the beginning of a new season. Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it! I brought new music and a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve."

Cardi B's wasting no time getting ready for her upcoming tour ... just days after having her fourth child, TMZ's exclusive video shows she's already back working on her fitness!

We got the clip of her Thursday morning in a New Jersey gym, rocking just a sports bra and leggings as she went through a workout sesh ... you can see she wasn't shy about showing her midsection. The whole scene made us think Cardi might have had the baby, and now that she's confirmed the birth, it all makes sense.

Eyewitnesses tell us she hit the gym with a couple trainers, and -- other than taking short breaks -- she was intensely focused on exercising.

Offset is feeling dapper these days and for good reason, as he's about to be spotlighted at GQ's 2025 Big Men of the Year Party!!!

Stefon Diggs had his eyes on a cheerleader minutes after Cardi B announced the birth of their son ... because he tossed her a football during his NFL game.

Cardi took to social media Thursday to announce she had given birth to Stefon's boy ... shortly before Stefon's New England Patriots kicked off their Thursday Night Football matchup with the New York Jets.

Stefon caught a pass from quarterback Drake Maye in the first quarter and his route took him out of bounds ... and when he was on the sidelines he tossed the football to a Patriots cheerleader.

DJ Khaled has released several reggae/dancehall bangers and hates to see Jamaica in ruins following Hurricane Melissa -- now he's springing his We The Best Foundation into action!!!

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with Khaled outside Chelsea Television Studios on Thursday and he had nothing but positive affirmations for the Jamaican survivors and first responders.

Khaled tells us he's working closely with the foundations of fellow collaborators and superstars Vybz Kartel and Bounty Killer to deliver aid to local citizens.

Akon never should've been arrested, his team claims ... blaming the whole misunderstanding on a records-keeping issue.

A representative for the singer-songwriter tells us Akon already paid for the suspended license which resulted in his arrest ... but, the payment wasn't entered into the system properly.

We're told this clerical error -- a big one, if true -- will be rectified by the courts at Akon's hearing in early December.

Rory Farrell of 'Rory & MAL' podcast fame is doing damage control after dozens of racist and hateful tweets resurfaced on the web ... including one that completely devalued Beyoncé's entire existence!!!
