50 Cent is getting ready to roll out a documentary on Diddy and his recent drama, but the money made from the project is slated to benefit a good cause.

The "Get Rich Or Die Tryin'" rapper's upcoming documentary plans to highlight the many accusations hurled Diddy's way in the past few weeks -- and he announced on Wednesday that the profits are going to charity.

A rep for 50 Cent and G-Unit Film and Television confirmed to TMZ Hip Hop that this documentary is currently in development and all G-Unit Film & Television proceeds from this Documentary will go to victims of Sexual Assault and Rape.

To accompany the announcement, 50 shared a new interview clip featuring former Bad Boy artist Mark Curry ... where the "Bad Boy 4 Life" rapper claimed Diddy used to host parties and give spiked bottles and pills to the women in attendance.

50 also threw sly shots at his other foe Rick Ross in his teaser trailer ... by using Rozay's controversial "U.O.E.N.O." lyrics about slipping females molly in their champagne when they weren't looking.

Diddy isn't letting all this smut go to his name without a fight ... earlier today, he emphasized "enough is enough" and denied all the allegations as a money grab as a response to yet another lawsuit.

50 has yet to set a release date for the doc, but he's been posting about Diddy a lot lately, so you gotta imagine it's top of mind.

Joe Budden is backtracking on his recent NBA YoungBoy slander, apologizing with his chest ... and admitting that hearing playback of his rant made him cringe!!!

The opinionated rapper and host took accountability, saying his comments about NBA were out of pocket in the new episode of "The Joe Budden Podcast," which is titled, "Vanity King."

Joe had nonchalantly dismissed YB's music as grade-A garbage on the previous episode ... but now cops to just rambling at that point in the convo, and says he should've composed a better argument.

The way Joe sees it, criticism from a rap OG should be geared toward encouragement as opposed to embarrassment. He also felt uneasy about the coverage his loose lips caused.

There's no telling if YoungBoy was embarrassed, but he dared JB to repeat any of the disrespect to his face ... and even theorized Joe was in desperate need of Viagra.

Low blow, for sure, but that's where we're at these days!

The threat was echoed by his big homie Birdman, who responded with a barrage of cryptic messaging -- but Joe is clearly waving the 🏳️here.

Diddy's just been hit with a slew of new heinous allegations ... from an anonymous accuser who says she was still in high school when he, and others, sex trafficked her and gang raped her.

The lawsuit, filed by Jane Doe in federal court, alleges she met Bad Boy Entertainment President Harve Pierre in 2003 in the Detroit area, where Pierre allegedly called her "hot," dropped Diddy's name and invited her to jump on a private jet to go meet the mogul. The accuser says she was a 17-year-old, still in the 11th grade, when this meeting happened.

She says she accepted the invitation and ended up in NYC, where she met Diddy in a studio -- there was a recording session going on -- and she claims he invited her to sit in his lap ... and then they began plying her with drugs and alcohol.

The accuser included photos of that studio meeting in the lawsuit ... and you do see someone sitting on his lap. She's blurred her face in the images.

She says everything's a blur after that, but she remembers Diddy taking her into a bathroom where he penetrated her from behind as she was bent over a sink. She says she didn't consent to having sex. The accuser also claims Pierre and another man who she doesn't name ... also had forced sex with her during this night in the studio.

She claims she ended up in the fetal position on the bathroom floor -- and was eventually escorted out of the studio and flown back to Michigan.

This accuser says she suffered silently for 20 years, and although she knew speaking out would be difficult ... but felt confidence after seeing Cassie and several other women share similar allegations against Diddy.

The suit alleges Diddy violated NY State's Victims of Gender-Motivated-Violence Protection Law ... which has expanded the statute of limitations.

Diddy reacted swiftly to the filing, telling TMZ ... "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.

André 3000 and Outkast's absence from the dozens of hip hop 50th anniversary celebrations this year was all intentional ... 'cause reelin' in the years isn't André's thing at all!!!

In a new interview with CBS to promote his rap-less, flute-driven album "New Blue Sun," 3 Stacks explained he wasn't wired to go through the motions, even to celebrate his own lifetime achievements -- like, for example, their 6 Grammy Awards.

He notes that he and Big Boi started the group as kids just for their love of rapping, and his interests have now shifted to playing his flute. He owns around 30 of them now, so yeah ... he's deadly serious.

The retired rap legend dropped his instrumental album in November and already cut his teeth in the jazz genre.

The opening track "I Swear, I Really Wanted to Make a 'Rap' Album but This Is Literally the Way the Wind Blew Me This Time" runs over 12 minutes long and is now the lengthiest Billboard hit ever -- and sinister statisticians note fans would rather stream his vibes than some of the hottest rappers in the game!!!

Even without Outkast's participation, several rappers of all generations delivered tributes that celebrated the culture's highlights and the party even reached the White House.

Flo Rida's performance at iHeartRadio's Jingle Ball Detroit brought good feelings out for Flavor Flav, surprising the crowd as Flo's hype man and running into an old friend backstage ... his 'Flavor of Love' Season 1 winner Nicole "Hoopz" Alexander!!!

The animated rap legend joined Flo for "Club Can't Handle Me" ... which ended in jolly fashion with Flo being carried off stage by a beastly Santa Claus.

A rep for Flav tells us he still has one more stop on the iHeart Jingle Ball Tour after making cameos in both Detroit and L.A.

As for his reunion, we're told Flav follows Hoopz on social media and loves watching her updates, but he hasn’t seen her in person in years ... neither planned on running into the other at the Jingle Ball.

As you can see in the video, the two were excited to hang -- they remixed the song "Hey Mickey" to insert Nicole's name in the lyrics ... a little inside joke from their past.

Cardi B's already making a New Year's resolution, promising to drop all "dead weight" in her life -- a vow that comes on the heels of unfollowing her husband Offset on Instagram. 🤔

Cardi recently told her followers on IG Live they should not wait for 2024 to change their lives because that's exactly what she's doing.

Of course, the outspoken NY rapper used much spicier language while explaining her rationale, saying she's "taking that s**t to the f**king heart!"

Cardi also vowed to make adjustments to her music career and personal life, pointing out that she knows where she wants to be.

Then, as she got emotional, Cardi said, "You gotta rid of dead weight, and when it comes to dead weight ... I'll say mentality, procrastination, laziness and people. A lot of people are dead weight, too."

She added, "Next year is gonna be all about me."

Cardi's blunt statements come one day after she and Offset unfollowed one another on their respective IG platforms. Clearly, there's trouble in paradise between the hip hop couple, but it's unclear what the issue is.

She clearly alluded to marital problems on Monday as she posted, "You know when you just out grow relationships." Cardi also added, "I'm tired of protecting peoples feelings...I GOTTA PUT MYSELF FIRST."

Then Offset posted a famous clip from the 1983 film, "Scarface," that suggests he's the brains behind all their achievements.

These ain't even subliminal, at this point, folks.

It is interesting, though, that they're not calling each other out by name. Not yet.

Kid Cudi isn't letting Rich Paul and Jake Paul slide after critiquing his loyalty and ties to Cleveland.

Rich recently shared his thoughts on the "BS w/ Jake Paul" podcast as to why "The Land" doesn't embrace the "Day N Nite" rapper after all his success over the years. Well, those words didn't sit well with Cudi, who says LeBron James' agent couldn't be further from the truth, and ripping him for making bogus assumptions.

Cudi says he actually returns to Cleveland all the time -- it's where his mom lives -- he's just not all about going to Cleveland sporting events or bars ... when he's back, it's family time.

He also noted his Moon Man's Landing festival in 2023 brought 20k people from the city together ... with plans to do it again in the future.

Jake Paul took shots at Cudi too, accusing him of leaving the city behind, while also revealing he asked Cudi to walk out with him when he fought Tyron Woodley in Cleveland a few years back. JP says Cudi wanted wayyy too much money, and wasn't about to give a hometown discount.

There seems to be trouble in paradise between Cardi B and Offset again -- 'cause they've unfollowed each other on social media ... and wifey's talking about being over relationships.

The married couple appear to have removed the other from their followers' count on Instagram sometime between Monday and Tuesday ... which might sound silly, but undoubtedly carries a lot of significance in the digital age.

More importantly, CB posted a not-so-cryptic message on her Story that seems to touch on some new woes ... alluding to growing past relationships, and putting the focus on herself.

She writes, "I'm tired of protecting peoples feelings...I GOTTA PUT MYSELF FIRST."

Offset, meanwhile, also appears to be referring to problems in their dynamic -- posting a famous clip from "Scarface" where Tony Montana is yelling at his old friend about being the one who put their operation together and being responsible for their success.

There's nothing really beyond that ... but their respective posting is telling in and of itself, although it's unclear what the latest issue between them might be. There's always something.

Remember, it was just earlier this year that Offset suggested Cardi might've cheated on him -- something she denied at the time and which they bickered over for a bit ... that is, until they suddenly kissed and made up, with everything being fine again not too long after that.

Of course, they've historically had lots of other problems in their marriage ... which are always well-documented. They've even broken up before, but on each occasion -- they've gotten back together.

Still, for whatever reason ... this one feels a bit more ominous, especially Cardi's wording here. She and Offset have been together for years now, and it goes without saying ... they have a whole life and even share children.

Yo Gotti's entrepreneurial focus is destined to get even sharper ... the CMG rap boss is currently studying business at UCLA's Anderson School of Management, a source close to the rapper tells TMZ Hip Hop.

We're told Gotti is taking a weekly course in person called Corporate Valuation taught by Professor Lori Santikian.

It's safe to say Gotti will be getting an A+ education ... UCLA Anderson School of Management ranked in the top 20 of U.S. News & World Report's best business schools of the 2023-2024 school year.

When it's all said and done, Gotti will be able to speak fancy-schmancy suit talk, such as developing strategies for financial reports, IPOs, mergers, and acquisitions and have the tools for evaluating businesses.

The skills will come in handy -- Gotti arguably has the most stacked roster in rap ... MoneyBagg Yo, GloRilla, 42 Dugg, EST Gee and others have all proved to be headlining acts in their own right.

Gotti's newfound business savvy will also improve his other endeavors ... he's also co-owner of MLS club D.C. United, which he touted at the White House this past summer.

Jeannie Mai claims she found out about her divorce from Jeezy like the rest of the world ... which couldn't be any further from the truth -- at least from her estranged husband's POV.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ Hip Hop that Jeannie Mai being blindsided by the divorce filing is absolutely false ... 'cause the clear signs of their uncoupling were long established and manifesting right before their eyes.

We're told the couple serially engaged in marriage counseling -- with multiple therapists -- before Jeezy came to the realization that the relationship was "irretrievably broken.”

No matter who the professional was, it seems like Jeezy walked away with the same answer. Clearly, it would appear he feels the writing was on the wall here ... and that Jeannie's suggestion this came out of nowhere is disingenuous.

Jeezy hasn't highlighted an exact reason for the split, but has maintained he felt it in his gut that it was best to walk away since filing for divorce back in September.

Jeannie spoke of strength and putting up a hardened exterior to Jennifer Hudson on Monday ... the same interview where she also spoke on allegedly being ambushed by Jeezy's court filing, which she says gutted her.

If true, it'd be Ashanti's first child ever ... and it would be Nelly's 3rd -- he already has two other kids from a previous relationship, and both of them are adults.

Nelly and Ashanti's latest barrage of PDA has led to pregnancy speculation -- and it's all because they created it!!!

Over the weekend, Nelly, Ashanti and many more got suited and booted for the "Country Grammar" rapper's 11th Black and White Ball at the Four Seasons Hotel ... which brought the event back to St. Louis after a seven-year hiatus.

Jeannie Mai says she was blindsided by Jeezy's divorce filing -- and claims she heard about their split through the media ... this, of course, after she recently suggested he may have been unfaithful.

The actress appeared on the 'Jennifer Hudson Show' Monday, and right off the bat ... she was asked how things were going in her personal life. Naturally, Jen was referring to her divorce with Jeezy -- which has been making headlines lately.

Check out her response for yourself ... JM says that she's doing better now, but notes she was "gutted" when she first heard Jeezy wanted to end their marriage -- something she claims she first caught wind of through press reports.

DaBaby says his days with alcohol are a wrap ... a decision made after he embarrassingly couldn't stop puking in front of his daughter!!!

The Diamond-selling rapper admitted he got too wasted over the weekend and sent a warning to friends, family and any pesky club promoters dangling bottles in his face that his sobriety was serious and there would be serious repercussions to anyone who didn't respect it ... possibly in the form of a concussion!!!

Joe Budden compared NBA Youngboy's music to the lowest form of trash 💩 on his recent podcast episode ... a critique that's pissed off NBA to the highest levels of pissitivity -- and Birdman is hot too!!!

As the JBP's latest episode "Malcolm On Ice" came to a close, Joe ripped into NBA YoungBoy's music for being horrible ... with emphasis on the songs being "really, really, really, really bad!!!"

Joe maintained he didn't have anything against YoungBoy personally but painted him as a puppet his record label is using his frequent releases to spam YouTube to entice naive little kids.

The insults were enough for a rare IG response from the reclusive rap star, who's been holed up on house arrest in Utah all year.

YoungBoy informed Budden that despite his opinions, his music was still streaming very well ... and posted an Apple Music screenshot of his latest album's "Decided 2" accomplishments as proof.

He also challenged Joe to come to interview him face-to-face on "Grave Digger Mountain," but judging from his tone and name of the location, it didn't sound like a safe environment.

Birdman considers YB as a little brother in addition to a collaborator and the Cash Money Records boss also used his IG to issue threats to Joe.
