Sean "Diddy" Combs may have the full support of Kanye West demanding his release from prison ... but some of the high-profile attorneys suing Diddy have a much different take -- one that both music moguls ain't gonna like very much.

TMZ spoke with 3 lawyers -- Tony Buzbee, Lisa Bloom and Tyrone Blackburn -- who responded to Kanye's tirade on X about freeing Diddy from an NYC detention facility.

As you may know, the trio of lawyers have filed a truckload of lawsuits against Diddy on behalf of their clients for alleged rape, sex trafficking and sexual abuse that dates back decades.

Rick Ross just may want to re-route his plans to bring the "BMF" film to movie theaters ... getting the green light may be tricky considering he'd have to ask his No. 1 competition, 50 Cent, for permission!!!

Sources with direct knowledge of the existing contracts tell TMZ Hip Hop that 50 is the sole owner of both the "BMF" stories' TV and film rights -- and nothing is changing!!!

We're also hearing 50's G-Unit film division is already deep in production of Tammy Cowins' life story to continue the next official phase of his BMF franchise.

A$AP Relli was the aggressor in his heated exchange with A$AP Rocky and Relli told Rocky to squeeze the trigger on the fake gun he was holding ... at least according to A$AP Twelvyy.

Twelvyy took the stand Friday in the criminal assault trial for Rocky, whose defense team is finally presenting its case.

Rocky's attorney, Joe Tacopina, claims the gun Rocky used to shoot at Relli was a starter pistol firing blanks ...  and Twelvyy says Relli knew it wasn't a deadly weapon.

The Big Game is in the Big Easy and Cardi B is teaming up with a famous booze brand to make history ... in the form of a 350-gallon daiquiri the world has never seen.

Fat Tuesday and Cardi B's Whipshots are getting the party started in New Orleans for Super Bowl LIX with the world's biggest daiquiri ... a monstrosity of a cocktail that was six months in the making.

A marvel of engineering, the 350-gallon cocktail lives within a 22-foot tall container made from solid steel. The drink features a Fat Tuesday frozen mix and it's topped off with Whipshots, Cardi's vodka-infused whipped cream.

Jeff Beacher -- the showman behind the famed Beacher's Madhouse -- is the guy pulling all the strings here ... we're told he invested over $250,000 to pull this off, with six months of engineering needed to bring this idea to life.

The massive drink was poured Friday morning at Beacher's Madhouse ... but it's too big for revelers to consume. Instead, it's serving as a prop for photo ops.

Fat Tuesday will be serving smaller versions of the world's largest daiquiri all night at its pre-Super Bowl party ... 18-oz yards filled with strawberry margarita made from Don Julio 1942 tequila.

The drinks are called the Royal Rita, in honor of Cardi.

Gillie Da Kid is pumped up for Super Bowl Sunday and is super confident his Philly Eagles are taking home the crown!!!

The Million Dollarz Worth of Game podcast host joined "TMZ Live" Friday and explained the origins of the Eagles' dual fight songs ... Gillie serves pregame smack talk with funk band Cameo's classic track "Candy" (y'know, because the other teams are "sweet") -- and celebrates victory by blasting Too Short's smash "Blow The Whistle."

Gillie says the West Coast anthem hasn't gotten old yet ... 14 wins and counting for the Eagles this season!!!

Lil Yachty had a lil bit of a mishap ... taking a full-on tumble off the stage while opening for Tyler, the Creator's "Chromakopia" tour.

Check out the clip -- Yachty was working the stage at Milwaukee's Fiserv Forum Thursday when he hit a little turbulence ... stumbling at the edge before making a panicked leap, clearly choosing the less painful crash landing!

Nonetheless, he still hit the floor hard -- but like a true pro, he shook it off and kept it moving.

French Montana and Lara Trump are out here once again making everyone scratch their heads over their unlikely friendship -- this time hanging out in Miami while jamming to their musical collab.

We're told the pair were introduced by music executive LJ Fino and Jake Lecce. Our sources say Fino has been producing Lara’s music since she started creating it last year, and  accompanied her to the hangout session with French.

Alabama Barker is taking all sorts of shots at Bhad Bhabie ... exposing her nemesis' dirty laundry and threatening violence in a new diss track.

Nobody was safe from Snoop Dogg's jokes at NFL Honors on Thursday night -- not even Bill Belichick's girlfriend, who got ribbed by the rap legend for her age!!

Kodak Black's name is all over a police report from a fight at a birthday party for one of his kids ... and you can hear cops talking about him in new body cam footage ... but Kodak says he wasn't involved in the violence.

According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, the "Wake Up in the Sky" rapper wasn't at the birthday party when cops arrived to break up a fight -- which police say broke out between a couple of Kodak's baby mamas -- but officers were told KB was at the party and left before they arrived.

Kodak is mentioned by name four times in the report ... and in the body cam footage, one of the officers won't stop talking about him ... even though he's nowhere to be found.

8:15 PM PT -- Kanye West went on a rant after his initial X post about freeing Diddy from jail ... saying twice "SLAVERY IS A CHOICE" ... and sharing his admiration for Diddy.

Kanye wrote ... "THEY TRYNA PROVE A POINT AND YALL KNOW THAT    YALL F***ING KNOW THAT AND SITTING LAUGHING AT THE F***ING INTERNET ON INSTAGRAM THIS MAN GAVE HIS LIFE  TO US THIS MY IDOL   THIS MY HERO."

The rant also included ... "WHAT YALL GONE DO CANCEL MY SNEAKER DEAL CANCEL MY RECORD DEAL FREEZE MY ACCOUNTS F*** ALL YALL N***S  SLAVERY IS A CHOICE IM SPEAKING MY MIND NOW I AINT EDITING SHIT AGAIN EVER."

Rihanna's back at it, rocking everyone's world as she left the downtown L.A. courthouse where her man A$AP Rocky is going through his criminal trial.

The singer kept the style parade going, wearing a trench coat and tan boots as she was filmed leaving the courthouse with a bodyguard Thursday ... her fourth time supporting her partner at trial.

Of course, her presence isn't low-key -- it's RiRi, so the media hoopla was inevitable. She knew it was coming, so she flew under the radar on day one, slipping into the courthouse undetected, but since then, she’s had to enter and exit through the regular areas.

Too Short is advocating for Kendrick Lamar NOT to perform "Not Like Us" at Super Bowl LIX ... he thinks the Grammy-winning diss track has done its maximum damage!!!

We caught up with Short at the book launch for Hollywood Virgin by Jason Felts in West Hollywood as he got back into the groove performing at the fundraiser to raise money for the L.A. Fire Department following his brother's tragic murder ... and the "Blow The Whistle" star was happy to dish sports commentary.

In terms of the Big Game, Short says he's pulling for anyone but the Chiefs, so the Eagles in this case.

Lil RT's momager Yaya and lawyer Vince Phillips tell TMZ Hip Hop that Lil RT and his team just found out about the "collab" a couple days ago, after the interview was premiered at Ye's Grammys party on Sunday.

Too Short was dealt a tremendous loss last week ... the rap legend's brother was found murdered in their Oakland hometown -- but he's slowly getting back in the saddle!!!

TMZ Hip Hop chopped up with Too Short in West Hollywood outside the book launch for Hollywood Virgin by Jason Felts Wednesday night, and while things are understandably heavy for him right now, he's got to keep pushing.

He says his emotions are too raw to convey what he's feeling properly but he felt he could bank on a bit of socialization to perk him up, so he stepped out to popular hotspot The Abbey with friends.
