Drake's not letting up on NBA star DeMar DeRozan ... a fan proved the beef is still going strong after seeing his jersey get tossed!!!

The Boy was performing during his first Sydney show of his "Anita Max Wynn" Australia tour Sunday when a DeRozan jersey was flung in his direction as he performed "Rich Flex."

After straightening out the wrinkles and realizing it was a DD jersey, Drake switched sports and spiked the shirt like a football straight off the stage!!!

Marlon Wayans created his "creth-head" jab at Soulja Boy to TMZ in real-time and the funnyman is taking a step further ... using the powers of artificial intelligence to rip the "Crank Dat" rapper a new one with a honky talk diss track!!!

The beef has been festering for days and Marlon continued his viral onslaught on Soulja Boy's career by hopping into his arena ... labeling him a two-bit wonder with his A.I.-generated country tune.

Flavor Flav also catches a stray on the song to describe SB's appearance ... "Soulja Boy's on crinack and meth / I can smell it on his breath ... He'll suck on caulk just for that rock / He look like Flavor Flav without the clock / He's the c*** that jumped over the moon."

Joe Tacopina is ready to flex his legal muscles in court again ... telling us he's feeling good about getting A$AP Rocky off the hook in a criminal assault trial.

The high-powered attorney joined us on "TMZ Live" Monday and we asked him about the Rocky case and some of his legal wins over the years for clients like President Trump and Alex Rodriguez.

Rocky's case is now in the jury's hands after Joe forcefully defended the rapper in court ... telling us it should be easy for a jury to reach a not-guilty verdict, even though it's not guaranteed.

A$AP Rocky had to miss out on the Berlin Film Festival today due to his ongoing assault trial in L.A. ... but his new film costar Rose Byrne and the director are filling his absence with praise!!!

The rapper stars with Byrne in the upcoming flick “If I Had Legs I’d Kick You” ... and according to Variety, she and director Mary Bronstein had nothing but good things to say about his performance.

Bronstein revealed she wanted "non-traditional actors for the supporting roles," which opened up the space for Rocky to play a motel superintendent.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé look like a weight has been lifted from their shoulders .... because they were all smiles in their first public appearance since his rape accuser dismissed her lawsuit.

Kanye West and Bianca Censori have both had their reps contact a divorce lawyer this week, and that usually means one thing ... and that "thing" does not involve a prenup.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the reps contacted at least one lawyer early in the week, and this was not the first time. Another source with direct knowledge tells TMZ, one of Kanye's reps contacted another lawyer back in October, when TMZ was reporting marital trouble. We're told the rep "was hot, angry." Our source says the lawyer passed on repping Ye.

If they do pull the trigger and file for divorce, it's going to be an interesting case, because sources with direct knowledge tell us, there's no prenup. What makes it even more intriguing, we're told Kanye has actually lost money since he married Bianca. In California, assets and debts are split equally, so on the surface, she could actually owe money.

Bill Maher has interesting guest fellows -- case in point, Kid Rock, who called out Jay-Z and the NFL for a Halftime show for being pretty much exclusionary -- of white entertainers.

Kid came out of the gate saying Kendrick Lamar wasn't his cup of tea, but he has mad respect for him because he's unapologetic about his craft. Kendrick doesn't care if a swath of the country isn't into him or even doesn't like him ... he does what he does, just like K.R. But, then things turned ... Kid Rock said were it not for Colin Kaepernick taking a knee, Kendrick would never have ended up center stage at the Super Bowl.

If there was any doubt Rihanna was ride or die for A$AP Rocky amid his ongoing assault trial ... she made it quite clear with a Valentine's post Friday night.

Most of the tribute was of the long-time couple holding hands and goofing around in Paris ... including them smooching in front of the Eiffel Tower.

Jay-Z is going out of his way to expose Tony Buzbee's alleged attempts to get large sums of money from him over 2 different allegations -- one of which was just dismissed, and the other never even ended up in court.

According to docs Jay-Z filed this week, obtained by TMZ, Buzbee sent 2 "demand letters" to Jay in November 2024 -- one of them was over the Jane Doe who accused Jay and Diddy of raping her in 2000, when she was 13. The other was for a John Doe, who, according to the letter, claimed Jay sexually assaulted him at a 2015 Beverly Hills party ... when he was 16, and had been secretly drugged by someone other than Jay.

Now, Jay calls both allegations "false and ridiculous in every respect." As we reported, the Jane Doe accuser filed Friday to dismiss her case ... a huge victory for Jay and Diddy.

Diddy's finally getting a legal victory -- and Jay-Z's celebrating too ... as the woman who'd accused them of raping her when she was 13, is now dismissing her lawsuit.

The Jane Doe accuser filed docs in federal court to voluntarily dismiss the case with prejudice, which means it can't be refiled. It's a huge 'W' for both music moguls, but Jay, in particular, insisted all along he would not give in to the false allegation ... and now he's come out on top.

You'll recall, the accuser claimed she met Jay and Diddy at a VMA after-party back in 2000, but her lawsuit -- which was filed in December -- was filled with inaccuracies, which came out in the weeks following her suit.

Rihanna and A$AP Rocky aren't Pleading the Fifth about their feelings for one another ... showing they're clearly in love while waiting for the verdict in his assault trial at an L.A. courthouse.

The singer and her rapper partner arrived at court Friday ... readying for a long day of waiting for the jury in Rocky's case to come to a decision.

Rocky showed up to court first ... a dark blue coat over a matching suit and black and silver striped tie -- looking calm and cool despite the potential 24-year sentence he's facing.
