Bill Belichick is finally opening up on that viral beach yoga session he had with Jordon Hudson ... and he's making it clear, he enjoyed it!!

The UNC football head coach appeared on "The Pivot" this week to continue promoting his new book -- and at one point, one of the show's hosts, Channing Crowder, brought up his March sand acrobatics with Hudson.

Bill didn't elaborate too much on how the exercises go with his 24-year-old boo -- but he told Crowder with a smile that he's simply "trying to stay young!"

Folks are dropping serious coin to be at Game 6 of the New York Knicks' series against the Boston Celtics -- TMZ Sports is told one fan paid a whopping $20,000 for one seat at Madison Square Garden for the huge playoff matchup!!

If Diddy needs a couple hours to take his mind off his ongoing criminal trial, he will be allowed to watch the Knicks' pivotal playoff game Friday night, TMZ Sports has learned.

A spokesperson for the Federal Bureau of Prisons tells us ... Diddy will have access to a television with basic cable after he heads back to MDC Brooklyn following the conclusion of Friday's court proceedings.

Former NFL linebacker Adarius Taylor was arrested last week after he left his 6-year-old son in his car to meet up with a prostitute, cops said Friday.

Taylor's alleged misconduct happened on May 8 ... after, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, he responded to a fake internet ad cops had posted that promised escort services for cash.

Police say Taylor took his child to an undisclosed location -- left the kid in the ride, and then made contact with an undercover deputy inside what appeared to be a hotel room.

Former college basketball player Jarred Shaw could face the death penalty after he was arrested in Indonesia for allegedly smuggling cannabis-infused candy into the country.

The 6'11" forward/center -- most recently a member of the Indonesian Basketball League's Tangerang Hawks -- was taken into custody on May 7 after police received a tip from airport customs that Shaw received a suspicious package from Thailand.

Law enforcement raided Shaw's apartment in Tangerang regency and said they seized 132 candies laced with cannabis.

Cassie Ventura just testified on the stand at the Diddy trial that she once stepped out on the rap mogul with an NFL player.

The 38-year-old made the revelation as a Diddy attorney was questioning her about one of the many toxic encounters she had with her former boyfriend during their tumultuous relationship.
