Richard Simmons' longtime housekeeper -- who's rarely been seen and never spoken publicly -- is addressing rumors about her kidnapping him, and also reveals ... they were kind of a couple.

Teresa Reveles just did her first-ever TV interview, telling TODAY she never held Richard against his will, as had been alleged when he vanished from public life. She laughed off that theory, and instead joke, "No, I think he kidnapped me."

Richard hired Teresa way back in 1988 and she moved in to his L.A. home ... and she says he fell in love with her right away and told her, "No, you're never going to leave me."

Ronnie Coleman's family is providing a sobering, yet hopeful update on the bodybuilding legend's condition, announcing that while he almost died from sepsis, he is now on the road to recovery!

"Ronnie's doctors have managed the source of his bloodstream infection and are now treating it directly -- an encouraging step forward," they said, adding RC also had a "successful, minimally invasive heart procedure," too.

NFL running back Najee Harris sustained an eye injury during a Fourth of July fireworks celebration gone wrong last weekend … his agent announced.

Details surrounding the incident were not revealed … but according to a statement from Doug Hendrickson, the 27-year-old former first-round pick and current Los Angeles Chargers star should be healed in time for the 2025 NFL season.

“Najee Harris was present at a 4th of July event where a fireworks mishap resulted in injuries to several attendees,” Hendrickson said on Thursday. “Najee sustained a superficial eye injury during the incident, but is fully expected to be ready for the upcoming NFL season.”

Footage out of Grand Forks shows the paraglider cruising over the Red River when all of a sudden things go haywire ... the wing gets caught in a power line, setting off a massive blue spark and a flame.

Tangled up in the power line, the paraglider's propeller-powered cart flips and crashes upside-down into the river below.
