H.A. "Humpy" Wheeler -- a legend in the world of NASCAR and the former president and General Manager of the Charlotte Motor Speedway -- has passed away at the age of 86.

His passing was shared on Thursday ... with a statement saying he died "peacefully of natural causes yesterday, surrounded by loving family."

Jim France -- NASCAR Chairman and CEO -- called Wheeler a "visionary whose name became synonymous with promotion and innovation in our sport."

Serena Williams just revealed she's taking a popular weight loss drug, Zepbound, a GLP-1 medication, admitting she first tried to do it naturally ... but nothing worked!

The tennis legend opened up to Vogue about the decision -- surely to be polarizing -- after the tennis GOAT struggled to drop weight with just diet and exercise after giving birth to her second child in 2023.

"My whole life is being in the gym, working out, running, training, HIIT training, dancing, every single thing you can think of," Williams said.

"I would always get to a certain point on the scale, but I could never get below that. That’s when I decided that it was time to try something different and got on the GLP-1 with Ro."

She's "only seeking to get what the law requires Mr. Haney to pay for child support," the lawyer said.

He added, "While he made claims he's defamed by the truthful allegations she's provided in her statements within the litigation, he should be aware that in the law of defamation truth is a defense."

"I think Mr. Haney would be best served to make his case to the family court and not the court of social media."

Devin Haney is suing the mother of his months-old daughter, alleging she's extorted and defamed him, TMZ Sports has learned.
