Daniil Medvedev lost his cool Sunday night at the US Open, leading the crowd in a round of boos for a chair ump -- before he annihilated his racket in a wild post-match meltdown.

The tennis star's outburst began late in his tilt with Benjamin Bonzi at Louis Armstrong Stadium in New York ... after a photographer had left his spot and walked along the side of the court, delaying the action.

The match's official, Greg Allensworth, awarded Bonzi a first serve as a result of the cameraman's actions ... which enraged Medvedev.

Serena Williams is pushing weight loss medication ... and now Jameela Jamil is bashing the women's tennis legend for becoming the face of GLP-1 drugs.

The actress/model just unloaded on Serena in a long social media rant ... warning folks against the side effects of so-called miracle weight loss drugs.

Jameela says these medications, including Ozempic, "come at a price" ... and she says a quick scan of websites for the medications reveal a laundry list of side effects ... including paralysis of the gastric system, pancreatitis, cancer, hair loss, osteoporosis, severe malnutrition, muscle mass loss, depression, thyroid issues, blindness and metabolism issues.

Raja Jackson, the son of former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton "Rampage" Jackson, is in the crosshairs of the LAPD ... after brutally attacking an unconscious wrestling opponent.

The LAPD tells TMZ ... cops were called to the wrestling event Saturday night and took a police report ... and now the incident is being investigated.

As we reported ... video shows Raja pummeling his KO'd competitor, Syko Stu, at a private wrestling event at KnokX Pro Academy in Los Angeles.

The Los Angeles-based wrestling company, KnokX Pro Entertainment & Academy, tore Raja to shreds in a social media post Sunday, adding ... "This egregious act is reprehensible and never should have occurred."

They went on ... "In the 17 years of operation of KnokX Pro Wrestling Academy, there has never been anything as heinous take place such as this and we apologize to our patrons and fans."

The incident occurred at a private wrestling event by KnokX Pro Academy in Los Angeles, and according to wrestling reporter Sean Ross, Syko ended up in the hospital.
