Tom Brady was one cool pops to his kids on Thursday ... 'cause he made a guest appearance on internet superstar IShowSpeed's stream!!

The collab went down as Speed was kicking off his "Speed Does America" extravaganza, where he is set to explore the country over the next 35 days -- streaming the whole thing for his millions of subscribers in the process.

Doris Burke is losing her spot on the NBA Finals broadcast team -- the famous TV talent is being replaced by former hooper/longtime commentator Tim Legler.

ABC/ESPN's decision was reported on Thursday ... which will end her historic run as the first woman to serve as a game analyst for a men's pro sports championship.

Instead of Burke, the networks will utilize the ex-NBA player to work alongside Mike Breen and Richard Jefferson.

Cardi B had time to meet and greet fans for a quick autograph session on her way out of a California courtroom, but seemed to be tiptoeing very carefully while she did it.

Mark Teixeira is coming out of retirement -- but rather than playing baseball, the World Series champ is running for United States Congress in Texas -- vowing to fight alongside President Trump!

45-year-old Teixeira, who played 16 seasons in the Big Leagues, made the announcement on his official X page ... describing himself as a "Proven winner ready to fight for Texas families, conservative principles, and the America First agenda."

The 3x MLB All-Star is running to fill Chip Roy's seat in Texas' 21st District ... after the sitting congressman announced he wasn't seeking reelection (CR's running for TX AG).

Tex explained why he's decided to jump into politics headfirst.

"As a proud Texan and lifelong conservative who loves our country, I'm ready to fight for the principles that make Texas strong and America exceptional," Teixeira said.

"It takes teamwork to win, and I'm ready to help defend President Trump's America First agenda, Texas families, and individual liberty."

Tex isn't the first former baseball player to run for elected office. Former Dodgers star Steve Garvey recently ran for U.S. Senate as a republican in California, where he lost handily.

No shock there as it's been 36 years and counting since a republican was elected to the Senate in the Golden State. That's obviously not the case in Texas.

"Playing for the Texas Rangers and raising my family in the Lone Star Star has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. Now I'm ready to answer the call to serve my country, my state, and the conservative principles that have made Texas the envy of the nation."

Hulk Hogan's widow, Sky Daily, is "planning" to file a lawsuit against at least one of the WWE legend's doctors and others for medical malpractice she says led to his death, sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ Sports.

The suit, we're told, would center around the neck operation Hulk underwent back in May.

Sky first told us ... she believes Hogan's phrenic nerve -- which controls your breathing -- was "compromised" during that procedure.

Tensions were high at the US Open on Wednesday after Taylor Townsend defeated Jelena Ostapenko in straight sets ... as the two got into a heated confrontation that was all caught on camera.

The beef started as the two shook hands at the net ... when it appeared Ostapenko said something that set Townsend off.

Ben Shelton's toughest moment from the US Open didn't come from one of his opponents on the court ... but from his girlfriend during a postgame media session -- 'cause Trinity Rodman snuck in a savage question about his "slow" serves!!

Scary news from Tour de France winner Chris Froome -- the cyclist was involved in a violent crash during a training session ... sustaining serious injuries, including broken ribs and a fractured back.

The incident occurred on Wednesday when Froome -- a two-time Olympic medalist -- was working out solo in a small French city.

"Chris was airlifted to a hospital in Toulon yesterday afternoon following a serious training crash," his team said in a statement on Thursday. "No other cyclists or vehicles were involved."

Congratulations are in order for Travis Hunter and his wife, Leanna Lenee -- the couple just announced the birth of their baby boy!
