The Colonel chopped it up Tuesday with Harvey and Charles, confirming the Ice Cream Man has been reverted to "Coach P" now that he's looking to impact his hometown as the President of Basketball Operations and Assistant Coach of the New Orleans Privateers college men's basketball team.

George Raveling -- a beloved college basketball coach and Nike executive who played a pivotal role in signing Michael Jordan to the brand -- has passed away. He was 88.

His family released a statement on Tuesday via social media ... saying Raveling was surrounded by family when he transitioned peacefully following a courageous battle with cancer.

"There are no words to fully capture what George meant to his family, friends, colleagues, former players, and assistants -- and to the world," his family said.

A woman who dialed 911 to report a domestic incident involving Ryan Crow claimed during the emergency call she saw the Miami Dolphins coach "choking" a woman.

The witness told authorities, according to 911 audio obtained by TMZ Sports, she observed Crow and an unidentified woman getting into it at an apartment complex in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. at around 11:45 PM on Aug. 28.

"A guy started choking his girl outside," the caller said. "And then they went back inside upstairs to the floor and we heard him slam her."
