Tragic news from Lewis Hamilton -- his beloved dog, Roscoe, has passed away at 12 years old.

The F1 superstar shared the devastating update on the English bulldog's health battle on Monday ... revealing to his fans he "lost my best friend last night."

The Ferrari driver -- who adopted Roscoe back in 2013 -- thanked his followers for the support and love they've shown his four-legged friend over the years.

Bad Bunny will have to turn down invites to Super Bowl LX watch parties next year ... 'cause he is headlining the halftime show at the event in Santa Clara!

Video is circulating online showing the boxer slowly unbuckling his seatbelt, opening his door and stepping out of the car ... while an officer at his window holds a flashlight in one hand and a gun in the other.

The officer repeatedly tells Crawford to step out ... and, he replies at one point, "I ain't reaching for no gun" -- with his hands up the whole time.

Skylar Thompson -- the Pittsburgh Steelers backup quarterback -- was attacked in Ireland before their game against the Minnesota Vikings, according to reports.

Tom Pelissero -- a longtime sports reporter who now works for NFL Network -- first reported the news that several men jumped and robbed Thompson while he was walking around Dublin earlier Saturday morning, around 3 AM local time.

Thankfully, Pelissero says Thompson -- who is currently on the injured reserve list -- suffered only minor injuries in the beating.

TMZ Sports has obtained police video from the night of Robert Quinn's January arrest ... and in the footage, you can see the ex-NFL star was bleeding from his face -- while appearing to be combative with officers.

The scene all unfolded at around 2 AM on Jan. 10 in North Charleston, S.C. ... after Quinn allegedly crashed his truck into a parked car -- and then attempted to flee the area.

According to a North Charleston Police Department incident report, the former Dallas Cowboys pass rusher was confronted by cops as he seemed to be trying to get away from the crash site via a ride from an acquaintance.
