Madison Beer's mom is spilling a little tea about her daughter's romance with Justin Herbert ... revealing to TMZ Sports on Monday the "Yes Baby" crooner is "happy" with the NFL star.

Tracie Beer made it clear to us while out at the Blue Jacket Los Angeles fashion show in Hollywood she didn't want to say too much about Madison's new 'ship, making a lips-zipped motion when we prodded.

But, she did tell us she could at the very least say Madison "is happy."

Melissa Rycroft admits she's been struggling in the wake of her DWI arrest.

The former "Bachelor" star broke her silence in the comments of her own Instagram Monday, telling a fan ... "Life really sucks right now and I'm struggling, but I'm trying to march forward."

Her last previous Instagram post was over a month ago, but fans have been flooding the comments since news of her arrest broke last week. One fan shared an emotional message about making similar mistakes, writing ... "Don’t ever forget that you are beautiful, loved and blessed. But most of all, you are human. Things happen. Taylor Swift isn’t down to perform at the Super Bowl Halftime Show just yet ... and it turns out, Travis Kelce has something to do with it.

While chatting with Jimmy Fallon on “The Tonight Show” Monday, Taylor addressed a number of rumors about her personal life -- including speculation she turned down the Halftime Show because the NFL wouldn’t let her own the footage.

The alleged victim in the Mark Sanchez stabbing incident has been released from the hospital, the 69-year-old's lawyers tell TMZ Sports ... but with serious injuries that make it hard to even talk, he's got a long road to recovery.

We spoke with attorneys Erik May and Eddie Reichert on Monday -- the men representing Perry Tole -- who was severely wounded after an altercation with the former NFL QB early Saturday morning in downtown Indianapolis.

"He's released from the hospital, recovering, and hopeful that he'll regain function to, you know, his ability to speak," May said.

Mark Sanchez's family is breaking its silence for the first time since Saturday morning's stabbing incident ... saying the former star quarterback continues to receive medical care, while also thanking fans for their support.

"This has been a deeply distressing time for everyone involved. Mark and our family are incredibly grateful for the concern, love, and support we’ve received over the past few days," Mark's brother, Nick, said in a statement to TMZ Sports.

"Mark remains under medical care for the serious injuries he sustained and is focused on his recovery as the legal process continues. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the first responders and medical staff."

Whoopi made the surprising proposal on Monday's episode of "The View" in response to Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem's threat that ICE will be "all over" the Super Bowl.

Mark Sanchez is now facing a lawsuit stemming from Saturday's stabbing incident ... with the alleged victim targeting both the former quarterback and his employer.

The docs were filed on Monday ... with delivery driver Perry Tole suing Sanchez for assault/battery and Fox for negligent hiring, retention, and supervision.

In the suit, Tole states Sanchez appeared intoxicated and instigated an altercation the night of the alleged attack ... and claims he suffered severe permanent disfigurement, loss of function, other physical injuries, emotional distress, and other damages in the violent incident.

The Los Angeles Police Department says its raid at CoolKicks L.A. recovered $500K in stolen merchandise -- including over 2,100 pairs of unreleased Nike sneakers

The LAPD announced on Monday several divisions teamed up to execute a search warrant at the CoolKicks L.A. warehouse located at the 1700 block of Stewart Street in Santa Monica.

During the October 2 raid, law enforcement says it seized a stolen train shipment with more than 2,100 pairs of unreleased Nike sneakers and 150 cartons of Nike apparel.

Mark Sanchez appeared to be in a world of pain after Saturday's stabbing incident in Indianapolis ... with new surveillance footage showing the bloodied former quarterback holding his torso and struggling to walk right after his altercation with a delivery truck driver.

The 38-year-old ex-New York Jets star was captured on video around 12:30 AM ... right after his violent confrontation that resulted in his hospitalization with multiple stab wounds.

In the clip, obtained by the NY Post, Sanchez turns a corner to make his way down a sidewalk ... and it's clear he was struggling.

In the footage, the alleged victim -- a 69-year-old delivery driver -- can be seen sitting upright with a towel covering his face ... moving his arm to duck caution tape while the EMTs roll him toward an ambulance.
