Rob Gronkowski is dropping some words of wisdom as Travis Kelce decides his NFL future ... telling the Kansas City Chiefs tight end to "listen to your gut feeling" before making anything official.

The future Hall of Famer shared his advice on "Good Morning America" on Monday ... saying while he feels Kelce would have a productive season if he returned in 2026, he understands it all comes down to what Travis wants to do -- as he's been in a similar place in his career, too.

"The only advice that I would give him, because I've been in this situation before, is listen to your gut feeling. If you truly love the game of football and you feel like you belong out there on the football field, well then go back. Look at your options, see what's presented to you on the table and weigh it all out and take your time."

Even though it's been a foregone conclusion for months, Deion Sanders is finally confirming his romance with Karrueche Tran by taking a meaningful step in their relationship -- going Instagram official.

Coach Prime shared a pic to his IG Story on Sunday, flashing his pearly whites with Tran cozied up on his shoulder sporting a smile of her own.

If I go back and say, 'All right, now you know everything's going to happen, what are you going to do?' I'd do it all again. It's been absolutely awesome."

One of Shawn Porter's kids might be following in his boxing footsteps -- the former champ tells TMZ Sports his two-year-old son is already showing signs he's got the bug!!

Porter opened up on his fam with us ...  claiming out of all his kids, his youngest is the one who puts on the gloves and throws punches.

"The other two, I think they're gonna move on into some other things," Porter said, "But, this baby right here, he might be a scrapper."

"Just keep your head up," Russell said when we chopped it up with him. "Never give up. Keep striving forward. You were the number one pick for a reason. Don't get down on yourself, it comes with the sport."

"It don't work overnight. When you're not doing so good, the microscope on it so much because of you being the number one pick. Keep your faith, keep the film room and the weight room your best friend."

The University of Michigan has hired Utah's Kyle Whittingham to replace Sherrone Moore as head coach of their Wolverines football program after the disgraced coach was fired for having an "inappropriate relationship" with a female staffer.

The big announcement came out Friday evening, with UMich revealing they inked a 5-year contract with Whittingham, which will run through the 2030 season. Michigan athletic director Warde Manuel applauded the deal in a statement, gushing ... "Kyle brings not only a proven track record of success, but also a commitment to creating a program rooted in toughness, physicality, discipline and respect — where student-athletes and coaches represent the university with distinction both on and off the field."

Whittingham spent 21 seasons as head coach of the Utes, but was with the team for a whopping 32 seasons overall, first joining the coaching staff in 1994. He's Utah's all-time wins leader, finishing with a 177-88 record.

Holly Ramsay is a married woman!

The 25-year-old daughter of Gordon and Tana Ramsay married Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty in the UK Saturday. The famed chef can be seen proudly walking with his daughter outside The Abbey Church of Saint Peter and Saint Paul.

He looked dapper in a tuxedo embellished with a white flower boutonniere, while Holly looked like a Christmas angel in a silky white dress that featured a full skirt and ornate lace detailing.

Gordon took to Instagram before he walked Holly down the aisle and gushed that he was "so lucky" to do so, and thrilled to be "gaining an incredible son in law" in Adam.

Brooklyn Beckham and his wife Nicola were a no-show for the Beckham family Christmas festivities this year, instead celebrating with Nicola's parents Nelson Peltz and Claudia Heffner Peltz.

As you know, there's not much peace between Brooklyn and his parents right now. TMZ reported in May there had been issues boiling ever since Brooklyn and Nicola's wedding in 2022, where we were told Nicola was left in tears after Victoria hijacked their first dance. Then, there were tensions when Brooklyn's little bro Romeo Beckham started seeing Kim Turnbull, who Brooklyn had a past with.

The Backstreet Boys made the "right decision" not signing with Shaquille O'Neal back in the day ... so says AJ McLean, who tells TMZ Sports while he adores the NBA legend -- he doubts they'd have the same success had they inked a deal with him.

That's what Heritage Auction told TMZ Sports this week -- just months before bidding opens for the rare Ohtani gear on Feb. 6.

The jersey was worn on Aug. 3, 2023 ... when Ohtani hit his 40th home run of the season against the Seattle Mariners. He also had four strikeouts on the mound for the Halos.
